The room was in a very central location, just a 2-minute walk from University Square. Very close to the old town and to buses and the metro. There are two mini-markets right across the street where you can buy anything you need. The apartment was clean and warm (very warm 😁). There was hot water, fresh towels, and the kitchen was equipped with a microwave, fridge, plates, and everything you need for cooking. The only downside was that the elevator didn’t operate at all hours, and the stairs leading up to the room were quite old. The host was excellent and very friendly. He sent us all the instructions we needed to find the apartment, and on the last day, after contacting him, we were able to extend our check-out by 1.5 hours! Everything was perfect!!!

Apartamentul este nou si super, ai toate conditiile, curat super, pentru fumatori este balcon, doar ca este un pic departe de oras daca doriti sa calatoriti mereu spre centru, daca sunteti pentru afaceri sau aveti masina recomand cu mare drag, am fost in multe locatii din Europa si nu numai, dar asa un apartament frumos si curat nu am vazut, recomand cu mult drag!!

Really spotless clean apartment and spacious! Also very comfortable beds there, we had great sleep. We loved the apartment, it is well equipped as well, but the cleanliness of the apartment as well as the bed sheets and everything was totally on point! There are two very good restaurants right across the street of the building, the area is calmer than the central area, but right in front of the building is the metro entrance, so it makes it very easy to get to the center.

I stumbled upon Mihaela's place while I was short on time, and I'm so glad I did! Both she and her co-host were incredibly respectful, friendly, and helpful. It really made my experience enjoyable!

O locuinta superba, dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie. Living spatios cu canapea comfortabila, televizor, conditioner, aparat de cafea de 2 tipuri (capsule si boabe), ceai si masina de spalat inclusiv. De asemenea si dormitoarele sunt dotate cu aparate de aer condiționat, dulapuri, noptiere si in dormitorul principal era si un xbox (Playstation) pe care din păcate nu am reusim sa il testez. Mike este prietenos si mereu dispus sa te ajute. Pentru cei care au crezut ca si mine ca bazinul va fi in ograda casei sa știti ca se afla în alta locatie, la 50-100m de la cada unde vetii sta. Deci, terenul de joaca, bbq, bazinul si locul pt petreceri e la cativa pasi de casa, nu în ograda 😁. Cu siguranta isi merita banii, recomand.

Gazda foarte amabila si foarte receptiva la doleantele noastre, casa frumoasa, curata si dotata cu tot ce am avut nevoie nevoie. Zona este linistita si frumoasa, cu parc in apropiere. Locatia este la 5 minute de metrou, magazin non stop in apropiere.

Place was perfect, you get way more than what you pay for, Mihai was a great host who was always responsive and was very kind. The place is spotless and makes you feel right at home. It’s also just an 8 minute walk to the metro station which makes it even more accessible, views from the balcony are great. There’s also little to no noise which makes it incredibly peaceful. Overall an amazing stay and will be coming back, and if you’re considering visiting Bucharest make sure to come here.

Excellent apartment and hosting. Spotlessly clean. Very cosy apartment with amazing underfloor heating. Located in ideal spot near all amenities. Would thoroughly recommend. Hope to stay again!
