Givoletto : locations de villas de vacances

Siamo stati una settimana ospiti in Villa, ed il tempo ha improvvisamente cominciato a rallentare. Fermi in una poesia. Eravamo 8 bipedi e 2 quadrupedi, e se parlassi il linguaggio dei cani giurerei che forse si siano divertiti moltissimo anche loro. Ognuno aveva i suoi spazi, i ragazzi hanno fatto loro la mansarda e la stanza dei sigari (noi l’abbiamo battezzata così), la piccola Viola e me abbiamo occupato la stanza del ricamo (nostra imputazione) per leggere e disegnare. Il giardino dei cani e dei 4 adulti per tornei di scala quaranta, pisolini, bagni di sole e griglia. La Villa di Elisabetta ha solo un grosso problema…quando ci vai, non vorresti mai più andare via. Elisabetta gentilissima, simpaticissima, come pure Angela (il burro e la sua toma hanno accresciuto il punteggio). Il nostro soggiorno è stato indimenticabile, ed oggi siamo tornati a casa in silenzio…ognuno con un pezzettino di cuore lasciato a Pialpetta.

What an incredible place! The house was absolutely beautiful and interesting, and was well equipped with everything we needed. But the real star was the views - 360 degree views of the countryside from the tower, and magical views of the mountains and valley from the deck. It was hard to leave these views behind. The only issue was being right next to a church, which was beautiful but had quite loud bells throughout the night, which affected some people's sleep, but most of us got used to it eventually! Would really recommend this place, as well as booking dinner one night at the local restaurant (open on weekends by request).

Het huis van Paola was top. Het huis is heel groot en ideaal voor een grote groep vrienden en/of familie. Het huis is zeer compleet en je kan je er zeker vermaken. Ook kan je ongestoord buiten zitten op het terras en ben je niemand tot last.

Cecilia was the perfect host. She allowed us total privacy while at the same time being very responsive to every communication. On arrival she made sure there were a few treats for us including some fruit and cookies. She is just lovely. She even offered to take us to the local fruit and veg market which as vegetarians is wonderful. We travel with two cats who were safe and secure in the little garden and who were able to relax and lie around on the grass and enjoy the country life. We loved our little holiday in Cecilia’s country home. It is the perfect environment to experience life like a local in the gorgeous village of Baldiserro, just 12 km from the very beautiful city of Turin. Do yourselves a favour, if you get a chance to visit, you should.

Charming historic house in a lovely Piemontese village. We stayed for a family Christmas and had a great time. We had a couple of small issues and Cristina was very responsive and helpful.

Adorables propriétaires (ainsi que leurs chiens). Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour d'un mois chez eux. Maison confortable, très bien équipée. Nous y reviendrions n'importe quand. Les photos ne réflètent pas la réalité. C'est magnifique (bien plus beau que les photos). Le logement est immense, sur 2 étages et tout a été restauré avec goût. La maison a un charme fou et une histoire que Pippo se fera un plaisir de vous raconter. Nous sommes nomades depuis 2 ans 1/2 et c'est l'un des airbnb les plus propres que nous avons loué. Il n'y a pas d'insectes non plus. Cristiana et Pippo sont proactifs et vous accueillent en vous recommandant les places à visiter et où manger. Ils connaissent le secteur par coeur. (Il est d'ailleurs architecte). Une recommandation de ma part : la pizzeria Pizza in Piazza est une des meilleures, à ne pas manquer! De plus Pippo fait la meilleure gelato au monde! Casa di Alessandro è stata la perfetta base per la nostra vacanza sulla neve. Alessandro è una persona gentilissima, sempre presente per ogni necessità. La comunicazione è stata perfetta, e la casa è I dintorni sono davvero ottimi. Tornerei qui sicuramente. <3

Es ist eine super tolle Unterkunft, zwar etwas abgelegen aber für eine grössere Gruppe die Ideale Location. Küche, Bad/WC sehr sauber, auch die Schlafzimmer und der Rest des Hauses war sehr sauber. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir würden bei Gelegenheit wieder kommen. Valentinas B&B ist bestens zu empfehlen.

This is a gem of a place! We felt like we were in a friend’s home- so comfortable and welcoming. But at the same time, everything was so well laid out and explained, we had no questions. The hosts run this lovely home like a very high-end business! This home was truly a wonderful place to spend the holidays- we so appreciated the decorations! It was also the little touches like local wine and hazelnuts that added to our cozy stay. Our winter stay was delightful- a cozy fire in the well-appointed kitchen- but I would love to return one day and enjoy all the outdoor spaces. After many home stays all over the world, this one takes top billing! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Gianni è stato un fantastico host. Lui e sua moglie ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e sono stati velocissimi nel comunicare con noi. La location è fantastica, la casa ha un accesso diretto alle vigne e si respite una quiete che rimette in pace con il mondo. Assolutamente raccomandato, per tutte le stagioni. Ovviamente, se si è amanti del vino, estate e autunno sono probabilmente le stagioni migliori.

Piacevole esperienza Le cose molto positive sono la vista, il silenzio, gli spazi e la gentilezza dei nostri ospiti. Molto consigliabile

Casa Clara was a wonderful place to stay - the house itself was impeccably clean and fully stocked with everything we could ever need. The location is perfect with an absolutely stunning view. Completely peaceful and surrounded by nature, but just a few minutes drive to amazing dining. We loved the Roero area. And most importantly, Laura was an incredible host. She was immediately responsive and eager to help us plan our trip. Her recommendations and personal connections were more effective than many 5* hotel concierges. Every single recommendation was excellent and every request fulfilled. We can't wait to return!

Cascina la Galeisa is a wonderful place, a large and very accommodating house in a spectacular setting. The territorial view from the back garden and terrace is a picture book perfect expanse of Piemontese vineyards. As a group of nine adults who enjoy cooking, it was a pleasure to cook in the very large kitchen, which is the best appointed rental kitchen I have ever encountered. There are many pots and pans, even condiments and a salad spinner. This is not your average rental kitchen. The place itself is a centuries old farmhouse very nice remodeled into a showcase with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, as described. Mostly we ate outside but on a few nights when the weather was less conducive to outside eating, we enjoyed the fabulous dining room. The local manager, Franco, is terrific and available for information, help with reservations, or really anything you need. Cars are a requirement for this rental, but there are grocery stores nearby.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft von Marco. Wie schon beim ersten Mal war alles perfekt. Das Haus ist wunderbar gross, sauber,hat einen tollen Pool und ist mit allem ausgestattet was es benötigt. Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Auch der Self Checkin hat super funktioniert. Wer einen schönen Ausflug ins Piemont machen möchte liegt damit genau richtig. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in direkter Nähe. Die Unterkunft können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Casa Magnolia e’ stata una soluzione ottima per coniugare l’esplorazione del territorio piemontese al divertimento . Eravamo due famiglie con ragazzi di varie età e la casa ha offerto servizi e svaghi per tutti i gusti . Soprattutto l’area comune ci ha consentito di condividere cene e serate indimenticabili. La cura estetica degli addobbi natalizi e degli arredi ci ha piacevolmente colpiti mentre le fotografie dei loro viaggi ci hanno fatto sognare. Massimo e’ stato reattivo , riservato e sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. E’ stato un bellissimo soggiorno

Siamo stati da Nicole e Gabriele per un addio al nubilato. Direi esperienza super! Sono stati carinissimi e ci siamo trovati subito in sintonia, abbiamo cenato e pranzato insieme e ci siamo sentite a casa. Una casa con una storia, un vissuto e un’anima. Grazie di cuore

Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Der Vermieter und seine Frau waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden oder zu bemängeln. Wir würden uns sehr freuen dort wieder hinzufahren. Also insgesamt volle 5 Sterne.

Logement au top et à proximité du centre de Turin.

The house is large enough for a a big group and it came packed with everything we needed. We came with 2 cars and they both were parked inside the property, there’s plenty of space. It was nice spending the evenings outside by the pool which was great for the kids. There is a supermarket nearby where you will find the basics and some not so basic stuff. The house was a great base to visit the wineries in the area and finally our host Claudio was very friendly and accommodated all our requests. Recommended and also I would stay again if ever back in the area 👍🏻

We hebben enorm genoten van het fijne huis, de prachtige tuin en het heerlijke zwembad. Echt een paradijsje. Chicca en haar familie waren ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Deze plek is echt een aanrader. Turijn is echt een bezoek waard, ook de Baseliek Superga en Venaria Reaal zijn erg leuk om te bezoeken

Tutto corrisponde a quanto proposto, villa stupenda, molto curata nei minimi dettagli, fruibile in ogni stagione. Loredana è un'Host molto cordiale e disponibile, attenta ad ogni minima necessità. L'immobile ha una posizione strategica, vicinissimo a Torino. Vivamente consigliato!

La casa di Marika e Paola è molto bella, posizionata nel cuore delle Langhe e comoda per visitare la zona. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Migliorerei solo la pulizia degli utensili da cucina. Per il resto, soggiorno perfetto!
