Wonderful stay. Great location near city center. Sam met us when we arrived and gave great info on everything needed. Great reserved parking under cover, modern set up with clean and brand new apartment. Everything was provided to have a wonderful short or long stay. Kitchen well equipped. Sam who helped us was always reachable for information, including going to wonderful restaurants close by. This place is highly recommended. It snowed when we were there so it was a winter Wonderland that was an unexpected fantastic surprise. We will go back every year, especially during ski season

Vesa was always responsive, helpful and flexible. The apartment is centrally located with a lot of amenities nearby, while still not being in the middle of a busy street. Great communication and very helpful. Place was immaculate and very well positioned within shkoder. Parking was tight but they helped us find parking close by very reasonable price

Wow, what a unique and beautiful home! We enjoyed the perfect views and leisurely mornings. Breakfasts and dinners had a local flavor and were prepared by Radomir with love. The house is about 12 kms to the nearest ATM (Berane) so it's a good idea to have cash upon arrival. Radomir goes out of his way to ensure the guests are happy and enjoying their stay. I would definitely stay again!

This place is a perfect weekend getaway if you need some peace from the mess in the city, pretty relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend

Luz and Merita's place is a small two story house set directly across the street from the Furra Lumi bakery. The interior is well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. The location is great for those who want to be directly in the city centre in walking distance from shops and public transport. For those more sensitive to noise, note that it is very close to the street and one can hear the noise from the street at night. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and communication with the owners smooth, despite the fact that they were out of town during our stay. Their son welcomed us and showed us everything. I can easily recommend this place.

My stay at Artans place was amazing! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and Artans mother was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I’d highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again. Thank you so much ♥️

We hadden een fijn verblijf in dit huis met twee vrienden en onze hond. We werkten remote van daar, wat perfect lukte en onze hond bleef in de tuin toen we een daguitstap maakten. De buurman is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Zeker aan te raden voor je verblijf in shkoder!

Ein absoluter Traum! Der Aufenthalt in Njomzas Apartment war einfach perfekt. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung merkt man, wie viel Liebe zum Detail und wie viel Fachwissen sie in die Einrichtung gesteckt hat. Alles ist modern, stilvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – als wäre man in einem Design-Magazin gelandet. Die gesamte Wohnung war blitzsauber, alles wirkte wie neu, und es hat unglaublich angenehm und frisch gerochen. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl und willkommen. Njomza war zudem sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell – man merkt, dass sie Erfahrung hat und großen Wert darauf legt, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Ich kann dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

I stayed for over 2 months here and it was a lovely time. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The high ceilings make it feel really cool and large. Great internet, best host possible, very well stocked with supplies. Hot water works great. Fantastic location, right next to the best grocery store in town and all the best restaurants are just around the corner. Shkodra is a really nice town. Probably best Airbnb in town I would bet. Really the only downside to being here is the church across the street rings their bells every 15 minutes from 6am to 9pm. 1 ring for 15, 2 for 30, 3 for 45, and then however many on the hour for the hour (up to 12). then 3 times a day you get an annoying 2 minute song played on the bells. I'm not from Europe so this was very strange for me to experience and decently annoying but you get used to it, it's not a big deal
