Ev çok merkezi bir konumdaydı. İhtiyaç duyulan her şey mevcuttu ve temizdi. Ev sahibi sorularıma her zaman hızlıca yanıt verdi ve iletişimi oldukça iyiydi. Çok keyif aldığım bir konaklama deneyimiydi.

Minden tökéletes volt, a szállás teljes mértékben felszerelt és a képek tükrözik a valóságot. Egy megjegyzés (amiről a szállásadó nem tehet), az úszómedencében kötelező viselni úszósapkát ami 300 mkd ha ott kell venni. Mindenképen Filip lesz a házigazda, ha máskor is megyünk.

Herşey söylendiği gibiydi. Konumu harika. Ev çok temizdi 👍🏻

Daire tam anlamıyla mükemmeldi. Her şey düzgün döşenmiş ve tertemizdi. Ev sahibi her an bizimle iletişimdeydi ve en ufak ihtiyacımızda dahi yardımcı oldu.

Perfect location near the bus station for our overnight and was super easy to get to. Clean apartment with hot shower, comfy beds and fast WiFi and Netflix. Would have enjoyed staying longer, but we just needed a place to stay for a night.

Even though I made my reservation just a few hours before arriving, it was accepted quickly and the apartment was ready. Everything was very clean and well kept. The apartment has everything necesary and its in a good location. I'm glad I stayed here ; )

Vladimir is a really great host, super responsive and just a generally nice guy. The apartment is great, in what I think is probably the best location in Skopje. You have the park and river right there but you are also close to the city centre. I also love the work are and sound system. Could quite live long term in that flat! I will definitely be back in the future.

From the very first moment entering this cozy house we’ve felt at home. The neighborhood is very friendly, the air is fresh (breeze in the summer, clean air in during the colder month), the house super cozy (outstanding big family bed, romantic fireplace, nice small outdoor/garden place…) and well equipped with all what you need. Taukbahçe Park is reachable on food in less than 10 mins and also Germia park is close by. The owner Hasan and his wife are very easy to communicate with and very accommodating if you have any queries. We’ve extended our stay various times and highly recommend this place.

Ana and her friend were very friendly and helpful. They answered very quickly and helped us with booking a taxi. Very good hosts. At the airport the taxis want to have 2000 mkd (~32€) for a ride to the apartment. For the way back after our holidays Ana booked a taxi for us which was only 1000 mkd. The self check-in was easy and flexible. Directly next to the apartment there is a small shop for food and drinks. In the area there is not very much, but very lovely local restaurants and some bars in 10 minutes walking distance. From the apartment you can walk to a park (behind the zoo), to the river or of course to the city centre. We spent the days in the city centre (lots of hours) but were happy with the apartment in this small lovely area outside of the city centre away from all the tourist restaurants. The beds (4 in total for 5-6 people) are not very comfortable. For shorts nights after some beers it was okay, maybe not good enough for people who get hurt in the back easily.

Luz and Merita's place is a small two story house set directly across the street from the Furra Lumi bakery. The interior is well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. The location is great for those who want to be directly in the city centre in walking distance from shops and public transport. For those more sensitive to noise, note that it is very close to the street and one can hear the noise from the street at night. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and communication with the owners smooth, despite the fact that they were out of town during our stay. Their son welcomed us and showed us everything. I can easily recommend this place.

It is one of the best stays we had during last 10 years. Marco is great host and speaks English very well. It is very welcome house with pleasant atmosphere. Many thanks Marco.

Öncelikle Evin konumu müthiş ve gerçekten fiyatını hak eden değere sahip. Avm karşısında ve her yere çok yakın ihtiyacımız olan her şeye hızlı ulaşım sağlama imkanınız var. Vlatko çok kibar ve gerçekten kusursuz tatil geçirmeniz için elinden geleni yapan mükemmel bir insan. Kendisini tanıdığımız için çok mutluyuz. Tekrar Üsküpe gelirsek tekrar tercih edeceğiz, her şey için teşekkürler.

Mooi appartement met gaaf uitzicht. Schoon, nieuw, ruim, compleet. Je moet wat stapjes doorlopen voordat je binnen bent, maar de uitlegis duidelijk. Parkeergarage is een doolhof zonder bordjes die naar de uitgang wijzen…..😉

Leonid is very kind. The house was 10-15 min walk to the Stone Bridge and Old Town. The building is new and amenities in the house are good. The balcony is just great. 😊😊 however he could be a bit more attentive to cleaning as we saw dust in some places. However, overall we loved our stay in Leonid’s place and would definitely come again ☺️❤️

I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.

Everything was great! The apartment was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Communication was quick and friendly. The self check-in instructions were super easy to follow, which made arrival smooth. Also, the private garage was really helpful for anyone traveling with a vehicle. Overall it was a nice place to relax.
