Flew in from Toronto, Canada to this beautiful home away from home. Barbara, Graeme (and Rosie) were extremely hospitable and welcoming hosts. The cottage has everything you need. Lovely, comfortable linens and beds, clean and modern bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and great and private hot tub. The location is very rural, but easy to find with google maps. The town of Kilburnie is close by with a grocery store, gas station and pharmacy among other amenities.

Had a great time, Laura and family were very helpful with a minor hiccup one evening. Great venue family loved it. Good location for day trips including Loch Lomond and Royal Yacht.

Booked this last minute for my friends birthday and we are so glad we did!. Place was spotless and the host is so friendly she made us feel at home☺️ will definitely be back this is my second time here . Love it

We enjoyed our stay and would be pleased to go back. Handy location for popping into Glasgow and for Loch Lomond. The games hall was an extra we weren’t expecting

Our stay at the Distillers Cottage was absolutely amazing. From the day it was booked we were so excited to get there and it’s safe to say that it did not disappoint, if anything, it was even better than what we were expecting. Jenny was a fabulous host and responded to all questions and made the whole process so easy. When we arrived we loved looking around the place and seeing all the animals. The cottage was very well equipped and had everything we needed to ensure we had an enjoyable and memorable weekend. We also did a gin tasting session at the distillery and this was definitely a highlight. Thank you to Mary for this, she made the experience so fun and entertaining for us. Our personal highlight from our stay was star gazing from the hot tub - just wonderful! Thank you so much ☺️

The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our needs. The house was beautiful and so well equipped. For our party of eight there was space for everyone and there was unanimous praise for the comfort of the beds in all the rooms. The location is amazing, being out in the countryside and yet so close to Glasgow's west end. Gordon was an impeccable host and so helpful when we accidentally locked the keys in the house.

Emily's cottage was the perfect choice,it is in a beautiful,quiet area,but there are lots to do nearby. The cottage was spotless clean,well equipped,and spacious for 4 adults.

Our second visit to the Bothy! Great location, short walk into the pub. Comfortable place for reading, relaxing and a great base for walking.

We had a great time at Libby’s. We used this location as a central landing place after exploring around St Andrew’s, Stirling, Falkirk, Culross. We felt well taken care of and appropriately checked in on. It was a very cosy stay!

We felt very much at home in this cosy, lovingly decorated cottage. Every practical need was taken care of, the heating system worked perfectly. We liked our meals at the big kitchen table and the quaint staircase leading up to the bedroom and bathroom. Personally, I found it hard to sleep because the mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable

We loved our stay here. The cottage itself is beautiful, the photos don’t do it justice- cosy and thoughtfully converted. The location was perfect for us, quiet and surrounded by countryside but only a 5 min drive to the nearest town and nearby to family we were visiting in the local area. We were travelling with our toddler son and dog, so the fireguard and stair gates provided were much appreciated! We felt really relaxed for our whole stay and David was friendly and helpful. We would love to return and stay again.

Kates place was the perfect location for a family break. The open plan living area was a great space with 3 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. We were lucky to have sunshine and got to make the most of the garden as well which with plenty of grassy areas, trees, decking and seating was great for us to sit in the sun trap and watch the dogs and kids to play. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Very peaceful location. Beautiful countryside. Close to popular tourist locations. Comfortable cottage. Made to feel welcome by owners. Dog friendly. Especially enjoyed the woodburning stove, which warmed up the whole place.

One of the most beautiful locations in Scotland and Eleanor’s home is in the perfect spot to take it all in. Perfect for a quick walk to the village but still feels private and safe. Close to nature trails for hiking that have incredible views of the Loch. Eleanor herself was very helpful/responsive when we had questions and the neighbours were very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The view is unbelievable and we had a few animal visitors (red squirrel, various bird species) throughout our stay. We look forward to returning to this wonderful home.

The lodge is a gloriously secluded haven surrounded by beautiful countryside. We went with our 4 and 6 year old boys. They loved exploring the extensive grounds. They would have spent the nights sleeping in the tree house if we had let them. Still it was February so a little chilly. Not in the lodge where the wood burner pumped out much needed warmth and proved a focal point for our evenings. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds meant that we wanted for nothing. Amy could not have been more welcoming. Highly recommended.

We’ve been a few times now and when we’re up in Glasgow, we always look to see if this is available. Perfect location, amazing hosts, we would always recommend

Fabulous & comfortable house with the best enclosed garden for our dogs, loads of birds & wildlife. Saw many red squirrels & even a pine Martin! The surprise is the wee sitoutery at the bottom of the garden with the wood burning stove. There are great walks all around with stunning views. We’ve arranged to go back again, Peace perfect peace. Lovely little cottage with everything required for a short stay (or longer if you’re lucky enough!). Victoria was a lovely and communicative host from the second we made our booking. Very quiet and comfortable accommodation with easy access to the centre of town and just 30 seconds from the sea. A sweet welcome pack was very much appreciated.

We had a weekend of wellness here and it was amazing . All our guests from all over the UK commented on how amazing the place was . The views are absolutely amazing and the whole house is so cozy , the kitchen is huge and we used it for all meals to eat in as well. I would thoroughly recommend staying here , there are local shops nearby and most places are 10-20 mins away depending on what activities you would like to do . Overall an amazing wee place to stay , we will see you again. From all the guys from the SWS Group

A great cosy cottage for a weekend break. equal distance to both Balloch and balmaha and walking distance to lovely sights

This was a wonderful base for my friends and I who attended a birthday celebration in Glasgow. The house was spotlessly clean, warm, well furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped, bathrooms had lots of towels and the beds were super comfortable too! June was an exceptional host. Really helpful, communicative and even offered to leave a hot dinner for us as we had a late arrival on our first evening! Thank you Andy and June for a perfect stay!

We've had a lovely stay - it's a well equipped cottage (including kitchen utensils, reliable WiFi, easy to use heating), with plenty of space for two people, wonderful walks available from the doorstep, and great hosts! Would happily stay here again.
