The property is fantastic and David is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to check in as well as recommendations for the local area.

It was a home from home. Comfortable for all the family and pets. Perfect for our needs when moving home locally

What a place !! honestly the nicest lodge we have ever stayed in and they had really thought of everything !! Gorgeous scenery, stunning decor ! and a bath next to the bed ! there's also a tv you can turn to watch anywhere in the lodge ! never been in a place like it ! they also gave us a welcome pack with local recommendations of eating out and takeaways ! Honestly we will be regulars from now on !!! xx

Vielen Dank Marjory, es war uns ein Vergnügen bei dir wohnen zu dürfen! Ein tolles Haus, eine vollendete Ausstattung, der es an nichts fehlte. Es hat uns sehr gefreut, in dieser Art willkommen geheißen zu werden. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Berge wurde schon beschrieben, und trifft es voll und ganz. Wir haben jeden Tag in deinem Haus genossen. Es ist geräumig, vollständig und mit Liebe eingerichtet, eine Unterkunft in die man ankommt, und nicht wieder abreisen will. Wir werden wiederkommen, wenn es uns nach Schottland verschlägt. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge nach Glasgow, Perth, Dundee und natürlich Edinburgh. Nochmals vielen Dank!

Lovely clean home, very quiet and peaceful. We loved the hot tub too, so easy to fill and heat. The garden seating areas could do with a spring clean, lots of cobwebs, moss etc but still a lovely quiet place to enjoy. The village is small but has everything you need for a short stay. The pub has lovely food and very friendly staff and locals!

Das Haus von Heather ist wunderschön und mit absoluter Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alle Räume sind in ansprechenden Farbkombinationen großartig gestaltet. Ich habe meine Tochter mit Mann und Enkel eingeladen und wir haben uns sehr wohl und schnell wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Energie in diesem Haus ist sehr friedlich und wohltuend. In der Küche ist an alles gedacht. Der Garten ist ein Traum! Wunderbar gepflegt und herrlich anzusehen. Besonders gefreut hat uns das im Boden eingelassene Trampolin, auf dem ich mit meinem Enkel viel Spaß hatte. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Am liebsten wären wir alle direkt dort geblieben.

what a beautiful home! The house was so spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed making home made dinners in the spacious kitchen and being able to dine as a family at the lovely big table. This was also great for playing games together. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. We also made use of the firepit to roast marshmallows over the fire which was lovely! The hottub was also great after a fun filled day. Thanks again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The host really thought of everything—like having water bottles and blankets by the fire, plus all the little extras like toiletries and a hairdryer. It’s those small touches that really make a difference. The garden room was spotless, and the scenery around was gorgeous. Even though there are three other hideaways nearby, you wouldn’t even notice because it felt super private. The honesty hut was a nice bonus too, perfect for grabbing snacks or drinks anytime. We can’t say enough good things about our stay, and we’ll definitely be back!

This apartment was even better than the pictures!! It was so beautiful and clean, and so much bigger than I expected! The host was very responsive and helpful as well.

Second stay at Liz’s place. We were happy with it on the first stay but the second proved we were right to go back. Everything you need for a home from home. Ideal location. Close to town and beach. Everything in the house is quality. Very comfortable all round. Facilities are easy to use. Good restaurants and bars very close, also not far from the train station. We were in Glasgow within the hour. We had a lovely break this time as well. Look forward to the next time.

Lesley was a welcoming, kind and friendly host. Everything was perfect in the apartment and exactly as described. It was helpful to have her living on site as she could assist us with any issues immediately; especially with bad weather warnings and giving directions and tips about the area. She was flexible with the checkout times due to the snow which helped us alot. She facilitated our pet cat very well. We are grateful to her for sharing her beautiful home so warmly and generously. We highly recommend this location as its beautiful and would come again. We give Lesley a full, 5 star thumbs up for her impeccable service. Thanks!

A location with an interesting history; just a few minutes walk (beside the river) from Dunblane’s centre but tranquil, comfortable and secluded. Perfect to visit the surrounding area but also an easy train journey to Stirling and Edinburgh for the sights.

Andrea was amazing, warm welcome right from the check in and gave an informative house tour. The house was beautiful even with the pictures it was just even better in person from the pond to even a view of the loch. Amazing host with amazing marshmallows and fire place, will defo be returning for the summer 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Had an amazing weekend away. The cabin was lovely and in such a nice location. Hot tub was great!! Leigh was a great host always on the other end of the phone answering our questions. We will definitely be back! would highly recommend

I had the most amazing time away on my first ever solo trip. From the moment I booked all the way through my trip the communication and level of thought from the Charlie has been out standing. The KABN itself was stunning and everything I needed it to be and more and the view was everything! I booked for late November and decided to make the most of staying in, having a fire to get all toast and make some home made comfort food. Amongst all that took a few small walks along the beach at Loch Fyne and took in the breathtaking scenery whilst on the look out for Seals. I will 100% be back, and will certainly recommend the KABN Company. Thanks again x

This is a gorgeous lodge to book. It is perfect for 2 couples to stay overnight with a separate lodge for each. The fire hut is a great place to relax and stay warm. The games room is fun. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating with great communication. The rooms were stunning and clean. There are massage chairs in each lodge which were amazing. The lodges are well equipped, there was an air fryer and coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker. I would highly recommend this place and would love to rebook in the future.

A beautiful cosy comfortable cabin in a lovely peaceful area. Great communication and easy entry into the cabin. We loved the extra touches of games and books. Everything you need for a cabin stay and if you forget anything there is a great vending machine for extra marshmallows fire wood ect! Can’t wait to return with our kids and explore the area more and use the swimming pool too!

Our recent 2 night stay was exactly what we were looking for - total relaxation. The pod was spotless and well appointed in relation to crockery, utensils and cleaning products. The whole outside area was just perfect and completely private. The privacy screens on the pergola were very handy as it was really windy and we were able to pull them down to stop all the leaves getting in the tub. Loved the list of recommendations for places to eat - we opted for the Royal Bar, and it didn’t disappoint. Communication from Bruce from start to finish was excellent. Would definitely recommend this for a totally relaxing time. Loved every minute of it. Thanks guys

This place was lovely, the host’s paid attention to small details, leaving nice welcome gifts easy to follow instructions and even pre lit the fire for our arrival after long stressful day. They also warned us about local road diversion which was very helpful for the direction we were heading from as the roadworks were not on Google maps. It’s in a great location for what we wanted to do, which was hiking mainly and I had a Gym competition in Glasgow so not to far away (45mins from the SEC) but far out weights staying in a city being surround my such natural beauty. It was very peaceful eating breakfast by the burn of mar which runs through the back garden and watching the birds on the bird feeder. I’m also very particular where I park my car. This place offered great and secure parking
