Very good place to explore west coast of Scotland. You have here all you need. Additionally - great view from the window on Loch Long. For us it was another segment of our hike around Great Britain Coast Line. We booked the flat for 1 week but as the weather cleared we asked Simon for another week extension and there was no any problem. Sorted right away.

David's place was fantastic and he was a wonderful host. The place was spotless and the building itself is great! Private and quiet even while on a main road. There was some wind noise from the storm that rolled through but even that was quite cool. Spacious and well appointed, felt right at home. David met us himself to drop off the key, let us into the building and show us the ropes the first time. He was extremely responsive and accommodating. Having read the review just before mine from a week ago, I was quite concerned about what we would be walking into, but I cannot fathom that the person stayed at the same place I and my friends did. There was no smell in the hallway except for once and it was clear one of the neighbors was cooking something. He explained the quirk with the water (it needs to be reset after so much time or so much water running, it was no big deal even with three adults in the flat). The place was immaculately clean. I would happily stay here again.

Herb’s place was exactly what it said on the tin. Great place to stay and has everything you need. What sets it apart is the view from the living room window across the water and over to the Isle of Arran - spectacular. Would love to go back!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during Christmas! The cozy atmosphere, prime location, and festive surroundings made it a memorable holiday experience.

Alles prima, immer wieder gerne. Gepflegte, sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Claudio's flat was the perfect location for a stay in Largs. Very close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Ideally situated on the seafront next to the Ferry terminal. The views from the bay window were stunning and the sunsets were spectacular. It was most enjoyable watching the ferry going back and forth to Cumbrae and watching everything through the telescope made it more enjoyable. It had the added bonus of being able to sit outside on the roof of the restaurant below! The welcome pack of bread, milk, eggs and pancakes was greatly appreciated, although teabags would have been useful. Fortunately there's a Co-op supermarket close by. The extra, very cosy blankets I found in the cupboard were great on the chilly nights. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware so eating in was easy. TV reception wasn't always good as there isn't cable or satellite, but still got a good range on Freeview.

Great wee place from which to explore Rothesay and Bute. Everything in the flat worked well and I really enjoyed my stay…..can’t wait to buy return.

Absolute gem! I’m remiss to write such a glowing review because I don’t want to it to be fully booked up next time I’m back. The home was absolutely spectacular, truly the only thing the might outmatch it was the wondrous setting. Could not recommend more! Thank you again Brian.

Mel’s place is nothing short of incredible. From the minute we booked to the minute we left Mel was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The welcome hamper was perfect for us and very generous. The place itself is idyllic. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but yet you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. The house is clean, well equipped, comfortable, warm (we stayed in February!) and has lots of high quality features. The view over the loch is incredible and changes everytime you look at it which only made the whole trip even better. We managed a boat trip with Cruise Loch Lomond on Mel’s recommendation and a walk up to the hydroelectric station again, on Mel’s recommendation. Both amazing experiences. I would recommend a stop at the farm shop in Luss for some square sausage and rolls for breakfast. Thanks Mel 🙂 Lou, Darius and the kids.

We had our mums 80th with her family and the place was so well equipped with everything you need the rooms and space was fabulous and very well presented with its own individual character,the area brought back so many memories for my mum we can not thank and praise Alan and the place enough Thank you

We had a fabulous trip to Largs, the accommodation was lovely. The photos do not do the space justice. Bedrooms were very spacious and living are was really comfy. Location was superb, really near the town but also very peaceful. Thank you Laura for a fabulous stay, we will hopefully be back!

A real home away from home, I highly recommend staying here! The hosts are lovely, the location is beautiful, the beds are comfy and the house is immaculate. This is a real gem and the pictures just don't do it justice!

We had a wonderful stay!! Lynn is an amazing host: very responsive, friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The home is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic view of the loch. There were seven of us (adults) and we were all very comfortable. The garden (yard) is large with soft, mossy grass, which our dogs loved! Helensburgh is not too far and offers nice places to eat (La Barca's) and fun stores for shopping (Tweedies). Highly recommend! 5 stars🌟

Gorgeous place to stay right on the river on the edge of the Trossachs. Was a lovely place to stay, exactly as advertised and Anita was a very responsive host who provided us some very useful instructions. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful split-level apartment in Ardrossan, full of period character and charm. We were warmly welcomed by Frances, who gave us a tour and instantly made us feel at home. Thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge for a well-needed cuppa and bathroom essentials were really appreciated after a long journey from Preston. The apartment offers stunning sea views, ample parking, and plenty of space for six people. It’s a fully functioning home-from-home that had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you for such a warm and welcoming experience; we’ll definitely be back next time we’re visiting family!

This place was perfect to stay at for walking the hills nearby. The lochside garden was beautiful to sit and relax at as the sunset. Very easy to walk to nearby pubs and a little shop. Details to get to the place we're spot on and really helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again

We spent a long weekend here and had a great time ☺️ The flat is very close by to local transport and grocery shops, and has a private parking space. The flat is spacious, clean, and easily accessible via stairs or lift with a large lounge / kitchen which was perfect. The host was very friendly and communicated quickly with us. They very kindly allowed us to stay an extra hour over checkout time due to clocks moving forward! Would highly recommend staying

Can’t beat the location for access to grocery stores, the trains, subways and things to do. I really like the basket of guide books. Very helpful.

Jill is a fantastic host! She was proactive with instructions, directions, things to do and restaurant recommendations. She even offered to make a dinner reservation for us the first night & we loved her suggestion! The home was tidy and peaceful with thoughtful touches like cookies & a pitcher of milk for the tea and coffee.

What a perfect find!! We were looking for a quiet spot to get away from it all for a couple of nights. The Old Post Office could not have fit the bill any better. From the start, Vince was exceptionally proactive with clear communication and instructions. On arrival, everything was exactly as expected.. Spotlessly clean and pristine throughout. Extremely well appointed with lots of lovely touches by Vince and Nicole. Plenty of snacks, biscuits and porridge pots to keep us going for our stay!! We were blessed with amazing weather - the beach was literally 10m from the front door with incredible views across the water to the Holy Loch, Dunoon and Gourock. Sunsets in Cove are beautiful and we were able to enjoy them fully, sat on the perfect little bench at the front of the apartment. Absolutely no complaints and we would thoroughly recommend others to try it out. PS: There’s a little shop only 30m up the road that does amazing ice cream!! Enjoy!!😊

Loved this apartment and the area. Very quiet, well equipped, clean, perfect for a couple. Great bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Great instructions for getting in to the apartment and clear checkout instructions too - stress free and simple. Can’t wait to return
