Gleizé : locations de vacances avec terrasse

This was a lovely spot to spend a week in Lyon. Plenty of space for a couple with beautiful views to enjoy, just make sure to buy your public transport pass for the funicular to get up and down the hill from the city. Good local recommendations along with communication about accessing the property. The car parking was very handy for us, secure as well in a modern underground parking garage. We really enjoyed our week here.

Excellent quiet location with shops and restaurants on a lively and charming street; Great clothes washer and nice hanging rack for drying; Lovely relatively new kitchen appliances with clean and spacious refrigerator, induction stovetop, nice dishwasher and oven – we did not use the oven Air conditioning and heater are effective and towel dryer works. A couple things worth mentioning: The apartment is NOT non-smoking, which is obvious when you walk in the door. As the write-up says, this is actually someone’s living space. The closets and dresser are all full; even the top of the dresser is almost entirely covered and there are no little stands beside the bed. It’s difficult to tell what we are meant to use and what supplies to leave alone; the freezer is totally full. The bed is tucked under a slanted roof with a beam across – tall people need to watch their heads

Friendly and accommodating host. The apartment is as described/seen in the pictures. We had absolutely everything we need. Sadly, we didn’t use the terrace because of the weather but the terrace adds a charm to the place. Everything you need is at walkable distance (i.e. restaurant, café, metro, supermarket,…). Really really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come again.

리옹역이 내려다 보이는 매우 좋은 위치의 신축 아파트입니다. 숙소에서 보는 리옹의 뷰는 정말 아름답습니다. 남서향의 빛이 내리쬐는 거실에서 해가 뜨고 지는 걸 보며 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다. 신축이라 깨끗하고, 무엇보다 숙소 내 가전과 비품들이 최상품이었습니다. 삼성 냉장고와 전자렌지 세탁기! (가전 볼 줄 아는 호스트들입니다!) 아파트 앞에서 공사를 하고 있어서 소음이 있지만 그건 이 숙소의 잘못이 아닙니다. 호스트는 체크인 시간을 배려해주었고, 덕분에 이동 또한 수월했습니다. 여러모로 좋은 숙소였어요. 감사합니다!

Accueil excellent et réactif des concierges pour préparer notre arrivée. Logement calme, à l'état neuf, très propre, bien équipé, dans un quartier récent. A proximité de deux lignes de bus.

Très bon week-end ! Les hôtes sont très accueillants, l'endroit est calme et paisible, parfait pour notre week-end entre copines. Le petit plus : un petit déjeuner délicieux, n'hésitez pas.

We stayed at Ouda’s property as a short break in the summer holiday and we were not disappointed at all. Everything was as described and the property had all that you could want in a home away from home. The pool was a welcome addition but a little cold in the mornings, the ping pong table was great fun and the bbq was a great bonus. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area and Ouda gave us very detailed recommendations of attractions that we could possibly do. The house was 1 hour 45 from Geneva and 30 minutes from Lyon centre which has lots of shops and restaurants. There was an inflatable water park nearby with a lake which the kids thoroughly enjoyed and was much needed on a hot summers day. There were also a lot of waterfalls to see and we chose cascade de Claire-Fontaine which was amazing to see and climb. All in all we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Ouda and her property for anyone thinking of staying in the area.

Very comfortable place, very cosy and warm. We would not fault anything. The entire house was spotless. In all fairness, the best we have stayed in so far. Jean-Pierre and Alice very also extremely friendly. Will definitely come back when we visit the region.

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, les hôtes étaient super accueillants et très gentils. L’appartement correspondait bien aux photos et était propre et agréable. La localisation est pratique pour la tranquillité et les hôtes n’ont aucun soucis avec le bruit par contre il est important d’avoir un moyen de déplacement.

Le logement proposé par Virginie correspond parfaitement aux photos. Extrêmement propre, bien agencé et décoré on se sent très à l’aise dans cet appartement cocooning. Virginie est très réactive, accueillante et chaleureuse. J’ai passé une nuit très agréable dans l’appartement de Virginie. Merci encore ! À très bientôt peut être 👋

Renata est une hôte réactive par message. L'endroit est très calme. Pour les saisons plus chaudes, un salon de jardin et un barbecue sont disponibles dans le petit jardin.

Le logement était très calme, idéal pour se reposer, et la terrasse offrait une superbe vue. Michel était très amical et réactif, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

Just spent three weeks at Cile's lovely and spacial apartment. It was as described and Cile was a very helpful host - explaining everything clearly to us and immediately attending to one small issue which we had. The apartment is a little out of Lyon centre, but an easy bus ride. The view of the river and having a great nearby boulangerie and fromagerie easily make up for that. It was really pleasant. As a group of four - we really appreciate that there was adequate seating in the living space and dining room and sufficient space in the fridge and kitchen for us to cook when we wanted. It was also great to have the toilet separate to the bathroom. We did find it a little awkward to walk through the main bedroom to the bathroom - this wouldn't be a problem with family however. To be fair, I think this detail might have been lost in translation from French to the English in the website description. Would definitely recommend Cile's apartment

We loved our stay at the super studio. It was comfortable, and cozy and very convenient with easy walking distance to great restaurants, the public market and metro. We loved the neighborhood. Our host was very responsive to all of our questions and communication was A+ We will request to stay here on future trips we are planning- it had everything we needed and was comfortable, safe and very accommodating and helpful hosts.

Un petit havre de paix pour qui recherche le calme dans un lieu paisible. L'extérieur est particulièrement agréable ! Le p'tit plus : le repas Brésilien proposé excellent et copieux, recommandé !

Studio sympa au calme avec une petite terrasse privative , à proximité du parc Lacroix Laval. Lyon est assez proche en voiture 15min. Top pour un court séjour ou week-end. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Sandrine et son mari ont été super réactif et disponible. Je recommande ce Airbnb sans hésiter.
