Mark’s place is lovely and peaceful, with a gorgeous view and easy access to the lake. The guest house is comfortable, and cozy. Would definitely return.

Martli was an incredible host and her home exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect location for our girls’ weekend with the waterfront, restaurants, and quaint downtown shops just a pleasant 10 minute walk away. With three bathrooms, ample bedrooms, a cozy open concept main floor, and a kitchen filled with all the amenities, we felt at home. We have already booked with Martli for our next girls’ weekend!

This was our second stay at Marwin’s Cottage on the river. We stayed for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary in peace. I love waking up to the sound of the river and the great scenery. Getting to see all the friendly wildlife stop by for a visit is like being in a fairy tale. It is also so close to Hespeler for restaurants and shopping! We will certainly be back for a third time! The place is absolutely beautiful, it was spotless on arrival and there were so many added touches to welcome us!. Our stay was simply amazing, everything was perfect and spotless - this place is quite pricey but if you are a large group splitting then I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially with children. We were there for my son's wedding and the groomsmen had their own separate "apartment" to get ready, completely private. Myself, my other adult children and the grandkids had a blast in the pool and hottub - in fact they had just as much fun exploring the home and trying to find their way back - hide and seek was never so much fun! The only real issue we had was the roadway - it was in was complete disrepair and incredibly dangerous BUT we know this was as city issue and certainly not the fault of the host -I do recommend checking before driving down (it's just a very short walk if you cannot drive) you will wreck your car. Aside from the road - everything else was simply AMAZING!!

Pearl Lodge was much more than expected: the house sits on a gorgeous property with lots of parking and activities for all ages. The kitchen & bathrooms were spotless, and with multiple bedrooms, it was everything our group needed! Habib was extremely accommodating, and responsive with the questions I had upon check in. Would definitely recommend for larger groups & future guests in the area!

Perfect little bungalow for a long weekend away. Very cozy for a winter visit. I would love to come back during the summer when the pool is open!

The apartment is absolutely lovely and cozy, and the location is also perfect for exploring the town since it's close to almost everything. Moreover, Shannon is very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Shannon's place; it was the ideal get-away from the city that we were looking for. If ever we have a chance to be back in town for a visit one more time in the future, we would definitely choose to stay at Shannon's place again!
