Very spacious and clean! I attended a conference at the Fairmont which was a minute walk away. Brought my family as well and our accommodations were perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Beautiful decor. Well stocked kitchen everything you would need. We hiked lookout Mtn multiple times and day tripped to Sedona and Saguaro National Park. Great feature of the home is the two master suites, perfect for two families. The kids loved the pool and pickleball court.

This was the perfect location for our large family gathering (19 people). Everyone was comfortable with enough space to spread out and still spend quality time together. The villa is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need!

Great stay! The unit was exactly as advertised - spacious and with a great view. The plunge pool / hot tub worked perfectly. The Rocks community was also a highlight. The clubhouse was located across the street. What an amazing resource. We are breakfast and dinner there almost every day.

We recently stayed at Christina's AirBnB for a weekend getaway. We chose her place because we loved the decor in the photos--and it did not disappoint! Her space is even more beautiful in-person. The unit is easy to find and has excellent access to major roadways. We had a minor issue with the wifi during our visit. However, Christina was incredibly responsive and had it fixed for us right away. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely, spacious, comfortable condo right on the golf course near the McCormick Millennium Hotel. Nicely furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of gathering spaces indoors and outdoors, three bedrooms and two and a half baths. All bedrooms have TVs and large closets (the primary suite has two). Quiet and peaceful, a perfect place for four of us to stay while visiting family nearby.

we had an absolutely wonderful stay and loved the home. It was fully stocked with all things needed to maintain the house as well as ample towels, paper and toilet paper rolls as well as beautiful dishes and good pots and pans. The pool was great my kids really enjoyed feeding the coy fish and turtle in the backyard small pond. We will definitely be returning! Thank you avant for the goodies as well , the sunglasses and caps were perfect! see you next year !

Everything is top notch at the Villa! Great yard, pool and hot hot tub! Beautifully equipped kitchen! Every bed was very comfortable with lovely linens! TVs were awesome and easy to use! Extra touches everywhere! Such a kind and attentive owner! Every want and need was there and taken care of! Thanks Lestia! Can’t wait to return!

This place was great for our 3 families to spend spring break at. The host was very responsive. One of the outdoor lights that shined on the pool was burnt out and they had it fixed the next day! The house is huge and has plenty of space for multiple families. The neighborhood is gorgeous and felt super safe too. Great stay!

This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday! There were 10 people total, and I felt like there was plenty of space. The open floor plan and spacious backyard allowed for people to spread out and not feel like they were on top of anyone. The outdoor covered patio with the benches was a perfect place for breakfast! The outdoor lounges with the option to use an umbrella were also great. The common spaces indoors were really fun and great. The bedrooms felt a little tight, but luckily we did not spend much time in them. I do wish the bedrooms had darker blinds or curtains. The makeup bar was really nice, but I wish it had better lighting directly around the mirror. It was also a little annoying to have the pool vacuum stay in the pool, since the hose took up space to float. None of these comments were detrimental to the experience, but it would be nice enhancements. I would love to stay again!

Our family makes the trip from Chicago to the Phoenix area at least 6 times/yr. We usually stay at the AZ Biltmore or Fairmont Princess for the amenities and confidence in cleanliness that comes along with staying at a 5-star property. This trip we wanted more space along with the freedom and convenience to make our own meals and feel an at-home level of comfort. This house was exactly what we had hoped for. Pool and spa are great and super clean. Basketball court, pickle ball, and putting green w/ chipping mat allowed for lots of outside time. The outdoor sectional with an outdoor smart tv proved to be another way to enjoy the warm weather. Indoors, the open floor plan along with the kitchen island allowed for me to still be a part of the fun while preparing fresh and healthy meals. Primary suite is on one side of the home while the other 3 bedrooms are on the other-great for Moms 10pm bedtime. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to the next! 5-Star all the way! ❤️

This house and host were perfect for our large group! The home is so well appointed and decorated beautifully!! Indoor and outdoor doubled beautifully with a lot of attention to detail. The greeting and instructions were some of the best we have experienced and we stay at a lot of properties. It is perfectly located close to old town any many fun activities. The neighborhood isn't as nice as the house but you forget about that once you pull into the driveway and enter this gorgeous home.

What a wonderful space to relax! We all loved staying here. It is as described and the heated pool was wonderful!! I'm so glad we were able to stay!

The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!

This is a lovely place and we had a great stay! Awesome layout and accommodations for a larger group. The home was bigger than it appeared in the photos on the listing. Private bedrooms allowed us to hang out in the common areas after our kiddos went to bed. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook and eat in easily. One of the biggest perks was having a full-sized crib (and not just a pack and play) plus toys for our younger kids to play with - this was a huge hit! Would love to come back when the weather is warmer and take advantage of the pool and backyard. I’d happily recommend this listing!

Perfect place for our family reunion. The backyard is your own private retreat. We used the hot tub, pickleball court, basketball court, golf and barbecue. The kitchen and dining area was large enough to accommodate our big group. There was even a few extra blankets in the closet which was an added plus. Highly recommend this rental. Super responsive communication!

We loved our stay and Jordan was an amazing host! She was very communicative and helpful. She went above and beyond to keep us stocked up at the house. The listing mentioned a sound machine would be available for use and when we got there we couldn’t find it. Jordan immediately ordered a new one and it was delivered to the house within a couple hours. She also had toilet paper delivered to us when we ran out. I’ve never had a host so on top of it, let alone sending us things to the house. Thank you Jordan! The house itself was beautiful, it felt like our own little oasis. We had two families (4 kids) and the setup was perfect! We spent hours outside each day, the yard is even better and bigger in person! Our kids could not get enough of the pool. There were several floaties and even some balls/toys to play with. There were also little details in the house that stood out. The labels on the light switches and where all the dishes go was so helpful! Overall we loved our stay!!

Amazing place to stay. Very large space and amazing kitchen. Sheets and beds were luxury. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to nearby places.

The home was perfect for the group we had. It had plenty of space and amenities both indoor and outdoor to keep the group comfortable and entertained. I wouldn't mind returning in the future preferably during warmer months to take advantage of the pool. Hope to be back someday.

This was the perfect place. Much bigger than the pictures look. Had a 50th birthday party there and it was perfect! John was a wonderful host. Very accommodating and extremely responsive. Would stay in this or any of his properties again for sure!

We booked this place over a year ago to celebrate my boyfriends 60th birthday. His wishes were no party, just golf! The place was big enough for all of us, kids and grandkids. We had a total of 13 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The backyard was a beautiful oasis where we spent plenty of time relaxing, enjoying the weather and sunshine! The co-host of the property (I believe his name was Jason) was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a large family or group celebration! Side note: Stores, restaurants, attractions & golf were about 30 minute drives or more. We planned ahead to have food, paper products and beverages delivered upon arrival. Epic time, place & host!

Our family had such a wonderful, peaceful weekend here. The lake view cannot be beat! the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very communicative. 10/10 would book here again or any other property hosted by Melody!

We were looking for a nice sun filled getaway for Spring Break and this was definitely it. The house was perfect and the backyard was great with plenty of places to sit, gather and relax. The pool and spa were the highlight with a great view and plenty of area to soak up the sun. Our goal was to hike in the morning and spend time by the pool in the afternoons and the house was perfectly located for that. The owners were great and very responsive from the beginning and throughout the trip. The house was clean and was nicely laid out with all the furnishings we needed. We would definitely stay again.
