Clean, comfortable private apartment in a well maintained condo building with pool, hot tub and peaceful outdoor spaces (yes you’re definitely near the airport). Nice having washer/dryer to ourselves. Walkable to ASU, restaurants, brewery and Tempe beach park. Nice that there were cooking seasonings to help with the meals we decided to make. We were very happy with our stay.

Very nice, clean and comfortable space. Quiet and nice area to walk, play tennis or swim. Not on a busy street and easy access to the interstate, 30 minutes from airport. Covered parking and quiet condos.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped unit. Kitchen was very up to date. Everything was tidy and had a nice aesthetic. Proximity to the lake is wonderful yet felt very private. Great communication from the host.

It was very comfy, private, quiet and relaxing. Very well located to different attractions and restaurants. The family and I simply LOVED it and can't wait to come back again.

I had a nice stay here. The place was comfortable and the pool/outside area was pretty. If you’re ever curious how soft it feels sleeping on a cloud filled with baby chinchillas, then this is your place! Top notch pillows!

Lili's condo was clean and comfortable and safe. She was super flexible at arrival, even with a very late arrival time. We found everything exactly as listed in the Airbnb app along with all the directions/instructions. We liked the easy access to the pool and the location was near to family that we were visiting. We enjoyed our stay!

The place was great and conveniently located by the airport and the Tempe waterpark where we attended a music festival. There were great food options nearby - Press coffee, First Watch for breakfast, Culinary Dropout (dinner) and The Shop Beer for drinks and a great food truck there. Linda was very responsive and the entire stay was great. Thanks!

This was our first time in Phoenix and the trip did not disappoint! Tiko’s place was so convenient to all the excursions we had planned, and also in a very walkable neighborhood. We enjoyed taking a walk to Starbucks in the mornings for a cup of coffee, though it probably was an unnecessary expense considering the unit was fully stocked with coffee AND TEA! We ran into Tiko on the weekend and he was so friendly and offered suggestions for local restaurants and activities. The unit was beautiful, comfortable, totally stocked with everything you could possibly need! 10/10 will stay here again when we return to the area.

We loved our stay here! The home is one of the better rentals we have stayed at. It was stocked with everything we needed and Christian was a great host. We would stay here again should we come back to the area.

This place was amazing, the Pool and Spa were the perfect addition to an already cozy and amenity filled home. Virtual Golf and Putting Green, Super fun! Pet friendly stay with plenty of spaces for our little dog. 10/10 will definitely book this spot again.

Brandon and Nicole's place is AMAZING! It had everything that my family needed for our stay, and it was close to everything we wanted to do...Sloan Park (Cubs Spring Training), Airport, Tempe Marketplace, Phoenix Zoo, and hiking. We also loved that there were vehicles available to rent, and an airport shuttle. These were bonuses that made our stay super easy. The house was extremely clean and tidy and had a ton of space which was needed for our kids. The arcade games were a big hit with the kids and adults! Galaga, Frogger, and Pac Man kept us all busy when weren't out or enjoying the beautiful backyard and heated pool. The house also had a pack and play, high chair, and baby gates available which was perfect for our 11 month year old. It really saved us from lugging those items along on our flight. Brandon and Nicole were nothing short of the BEST, and made you feel like you were old friends. Thanks for sharing your home and we look forward to staying there again!

It’s a beautiful home in a peaceful quiet setting on a small lake. We enjoyed our stay there very much. John is a responsive, caring host. We would gladly recommend to friends and family.

We loved our stay with teen and adult children! They loved the games and the pool, plus it was a convenient location to get to downtown Gilbert. The house was clean and felt like home. Would book again!

We had so much fun at this home! You get the lake feel and the pool is amazing! (The lake isn't swimmable.) The pool is very clean and watching the birds around the lake was highly entertaining. This property is close to some decent, casual restaurants and Fry's for groceries. The walking paths are endless! The house has beautiful palms and cacti in the front and back yard and there is little orange tree that provided many delicious oranges. The inside of the home is also fantastic! There is plenty of EVERYTHING you need. The bedding is like butter. The kitchen is large and spacious. TV is huge! All of the promised toys in the garage were actually there! We already hope to return to this property. Enjoy!

Yamilet was such a welcoming host. She was kind, accommodating and never seemed to be impatient even with the smallest of questions. Her home was absolutely gorgeous. It was relaxing, quiet, peaceful and serene. We spent relaxing mornings on the backyard furniture looking at the beautiful mountains. I was glad I brought my sleeping mask, though. There are no black out shades in the main bedroom, so you definitely wake up with the sun. She has a pedal boat in the back. It was SO much fun to pedal around the little river with my husband. Great way to get little morning workout in and not really feel like a work out. She even had some fun games to play. My whole family enjoyed the stay and we will definitely stay there again!

This house in Avondale was great. Good proximity to spring training games and Westgate Entertainment and shopping district. House was very clean and Nadia was extremely responsive. The pool heater was broken when we got there but Nadia had it fixed by the second day and refunded us two of the heating days proactively as a result. We’d stay again. Loved being on the pond. Our boys loved being able to fish off the dock.

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

Location was good for visiting family. Nice to have the additional amenities to start off our week, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, water, coffee, etc. gym is great on property. Pool looked great, we just didn’t have time to use it.

This place was great. Very central, close to shopping, restaurants, bars, ball parks etc. It was very quiet. I typically need ear plugs when I am not at home and didn't need them once here. The beds were great. It had everything we needed.

Lovely condo with a well stocked kitchen and other nice amenities. Safe and easy to find location. Communication with Collette was great. We enjoyed our stay- would definitely recommend!
