What a great place for a family to come together and spend quality time! The house was more than we expected a Ray flexed to answer and solve issues that we did have. Definitely a wonderful place to visit during the Winter season and enjoy the crashing waves of the Oregon Coast. Very thankful for a well stocked kitchen, as we had 10 family members, and enjoyed cooking and preparing during the Christmas season. Absolutely a wonderful spot and we look forward to the next time! Thanks a bunch Ray!

We loved The Whale Pod! Great views of the ocean, well-stocked kitchen and overall a comfortable place to be. Also, the walk-in closet was invaluable as an extra "bedroom" for an 11 mo-old in a pack-n-play. The club house pool was also a nice additional activity for kids to do.

This cottage was the perfect getaway for my husband and I to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We were right on the beach with breath taking views. Access to beach was a short walk. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen had Everything we needed to make meals , if we felt like cooking. The grocery store was right around the corner. The king size bed was comfy and we had a direct view of the ocean from bed , what a way to wake up! The only issue was a smell in one of the bedrooms we could not figure out what it was. This was a very cozy place. We did not get to use the hot tub, as it was rainy and windy. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Perfect place to use as a landing spot when enjoying Lincoln City! Walk across the street and see a perfect view of the ocean - with beach access!

Great location in the Nye Beach Neighborhood. Plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. This is our second time staying here and enjoy the location. The spacious kitchen also allows for family dinners and we like to take advantage of the outside grill.

This place was a spectacular view of the ocean and we loved the hot tub. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was tastefully decorated.The kitchen was clean and well organized. We would recommend this place- beautiful condo!

Miel’s place was a fantastic getaway complete with amenities for a cozy weekend in any weather. The interior is charming, comfortable, and has a nice fun factor with the loft. The jacuzzi on the outside is wonderful even in the cold weather and is tucked away enough to feel private. There is only a short walk to the beach which makes it convenient for getting out there when the weather is nice. Miel’s place had everything I wanted and more! Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite places to stay. It is so private and the yard is so beautiful--it enhances the pretty house. Landscaping is gorgeous. The house is so comfortable and clean; and I love the ocean colors throughout. The furniture and house are so interesting, too; I like the floorpan a lot. Two bathrooms being offered is wonderful. One bathroom is quite small but certainly adequate. Lisa is very talented at making a place comfortable and pretty and she thinks of everything one might need. Thank you, Lisa!

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

Great place with a great view! It felt like home. Cozy and comfortable. The bed was great and I love how the shower and bath tub were separate. Cathi had everything that you would need just in case you forgot something. Great experience and a great host!

The condo is in great condition and was very comfortable for our 2 night stay. It’s walking distance to the aquarium but we ended up driving due to the weather. The views are amazing and we spent a lot of time just watching the river. We didn’t cook any meals this trip but the kitchen is very nice. Overall our stay was phenomenal and we would definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

A nice little place within walking distance of many things to do.

Brianne was so responsive and accommodating. The house was cozy and comfortable and had all of the comforts of home. We woke up to a family of deer right outside the window. The view was spectacular. Our dogs were welcome and that was the most important thing for us. The local restaurants were so good. It was an awesome trip and we plan to return.

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

As with the previous times we have stayed in Troy's condos in this building, the place was comfy and conveniently located great, and the price is right. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The only small trouble was that the knives were very very dull--I wish we had brought our own. But we will come back again!

We had an amazing stay at the Finders Keepers unit on the 3rd floor! The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking and completely unobstructed, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The unit itself was cozy, clean, and had such a welcoming, homey feel. It was clear that every detail had been carefully thought out – from the well-stocked kitchen to the binoculars provided for a closer look at the ocean view. The space was updated and modern, and didn't feel stuffy. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The pool was a big hit with the kid, and the convenient parking made coming and going a breeze. The location couldn’t be better – it’s close to everything we needed and so easy to get around. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future! Highly recommend!

The Unit we stayed in was much nicer than the pictures suggest. More spacious than expected with an awesome ocean view. The complex also has three separate pools each with adjoining hot tubs. One of the pools and hot tubs is fully indoors. There are also multiple indoor recreation spaces. Great for kids.

The Sea gypsy is by far one of the best spots that I've ever stayed at. Troy and his crew are helpful and very good at communicating... I love the super easy walk right onto the beach easy for anyone to do!!! also unlike some places you stay and pay a cleaning fee and then you end up having to do a lot of the cleaning on your check-out list , Troy and his crew have very reasonable expectations of what needs to be done and they're more worried about you not forgetting anything then they are about needing to mop the floor or wash your towels. I truly enjoy everytime we stay here and look forward to our next stay at the sea gypsy

This is a beautiful home, with the most amazing view! It was clean! Master bed was very comfortable, Murphy bed not so comfortable. Troy was great, great communication. Our 10 night stay was perfect for us, we will definitely be back to stay here! Thank you Troy for sharing your beautiful home. The sauna felt amazing btw 🤗

This place was great for my family of 5 We went down to Lincoln City to look for glass floats and This was the perfect place for this just steps away from the beach.Troy was a great host Gave us easy instruction to follow for check in and check out
