The home was welcoming, clean, very comfortable. Excellent kitchen supplies sugar/spices condiments (which we added too) to cook with. Appreciated 3 different nice coffee appliances. Nice bedding and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are small but nice. Nice towels, beach towels. Beach chairs and coolers available. Outdoor seating areas were nice. comfortable new cushions, pillows. Everything was good quality and great working order. We enjoyed the heated pool. Thanks Nick for the easy last minute check in. We had a great stay!

This was a great place my 3 yr old daughter did not want to leave , super comfortable and close to everything fully recommend and will come back again!

We enjoyed staying at this property prior to our cruise. It had all it marketed and was a nice place for myself and my buddies to hang out.

Place was easy to check in to with a video instruction. The host was very responsive and even gave us a last minute later check out to help with our needs.

The place was exactly as advertised, comfortable, peaceful, and incredibly clean. The host provided all the amenities we could have needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. The parking was a huge plus. It was also very conveniently located, with quick access to downtown, the beaches, and local attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

My family and I stayed here for a week over the holidays(2 adults/2kids under 10). We all were comfortable and had a great time. The house was clean and fresh. It had everything we needed. The hosts surprised us with a thoughtful welcome gift. The location was great. We spent more than half of our time enjoying the pool and backyard. We will be back. Thanks so much!

Reza ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Sie hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und die Absprache mit ihr war sehr angenehm. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls super - alle Spots sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Gerne wieder! :)

Michael’s place is beautiful and super clean, as well as private!!! The decor is lovely and the bed amazing! Relaxing in the hot tub with the magical atmosphere and lighting is so luxurious. Awesome Nine-Day Family Getaway! We just got back from an amazing nine-day stay at this apartment, and we had such a great time! The park right out front was perfect for our kids to run around and play. The kitchen was super handy for making family meals, and we loved having beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for our beach days. The swimming pool was a total hit! It’s not heated, but honestly, it was refreshing and just what we needed in December. Our kids had a blast splashing around! Plus, having Netflix for the kids was a lifesaver during our downtime. The place was super clean and cozy, making it feel like home. We really can’t wait to come back! If you’re looking for a fun family spot, this is it!

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

Empatia e atenção foi primordial, ficou poucos dias porém o suficiente pra ficar com gostinho de voltar. A vista do apartamento é espetacular.

Beautiful views Great communications and instructions from the host and property management. Overall highly recommend Great location Well equipped Note: the building would not let us use the pool or the spa on our last day and wasted 1 hour of time calling around on why our passes expired without solving it (pool is run by W hotel)

The location was very close to shopping and a few blocks from the downtown area. It was a good size one bedroom apartment big enough for a couple spending a few weeks. The appliances were new and was nice to have an outdoor grill for,our use.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Es hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünschen kann (sogar ein Haargletteisen und ein Föhnaufsatz für Locken). Es ist perfekt mit einem Kleinkind, es hat ein Babyhochstuhl, Plastikgeschirr usw. Die Wohnung war sauber und Carla war immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Sie gab mir sogar den Türcode früher, da wir eine sehr lange Anreisezeit (über 12 Stunden plus die Zeitverschiebung) hatten und nachher kein wifi bis zum Check in. Wir danken Carla für die schöne Zeit und würden immer wiederkommen. The apartment is a dream. It has every amenity you could wish for (even a hair straightener and a hairdryer attachment for curls). It is perfect with a toddler, it has a baby high chair, plastic dishes, etc. The apartment was clean, and Carla was always available if I had any questions. She even gave me the door code early, since we had a very long travel time (over 12 hours, plus the time difference) and no Wi-Fi until check-in. We thank Carla for the wonderf
