We loved this place. Plenty of room for everyone and very quiet. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking items. We paid to have the pool heated and we were not disappointed! We used the pool and spa even though it was in the 60s. There were extra towels and beach towels. The beds and linens were nice also. Overall this is one of the best rentals that we have stayed at! We do plan on coming back.

Can’t say enough about our stay at this house. Nicely furnished. Swimming pool and backyard was wonderful. Private and quiet neighborhood. Had one little problem and Brian took care of it as fast as possible. Would stay again.

We stayed at Jason’s place for a wedding in Apache Junction and it was the perfect stay for our family! We had a slight issue with Wi-Fi but Jason responded immediately and helped us get everything worked out! Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Spacious house, nicely furnished, well equipped, great view, quiet area. We also appreciated that there is a water filter under the sink in the kitchen, a hair dryer, a flat iron and a makeup mirror in the bathroom, a good quality washer, nice patio furniture, plenty of towels, dishes and much more...The house had everything we needed. Rita always responded quickly when we had a question and was very friendly. We are looking forward to rent Rita's house next year again.

Larry‘s place was very roomy. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The stores were just around the corner. There was walking paths through the housing area that were beautiful and Larry is very easily to get a hold of. We definitely recommend this place and if we come again to Phoenix will try to rent it again.

Very well kept condo. The area was very friendly and peaceful. Everything was as described and all instructions were well worded and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a great stay and Harvey always responded quickly with any questions we had. The house was clean and beautiful on the inside. Safe neighborhood for daily walks. The value for the nightly price was amazing. Especially for peak tourist season. Don’t miss out on this one if you have the opportunity. Also, I would recommend San Tan Flats for lunch or dinner. Unique atmosphere and good food.

Place was very convenient for us to attend a wedding at the Big Tin Cotton Gin. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. Beds were comfortable and our toddler was able to watch her favorite movies without trouble on their tv.

The house was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a wonderful family getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the San Tan Valley area in Phoenix, AZ!
