Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable chez Steinar, sans aucun doute le plus bel endroit où nous avons séjourné. La vue est tout simplement indescriptible, à couper le souffle ! La maison est parfaite : extrêmement confortable, d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipée. Steinar est un hôte absolument adorable, toujours disponible pour prendre de nos nouvelles et répondre à nos questions avec gentillesse. Nous espérons vraiment pouvoir revenir un jour, tant nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Merci encore pour tout !

Our stay at The Opera Farm was so peaceful and absolutely beautiful! We came to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and we had the best time seeing the lovely views, hiking near by and going out in the paddle boat on the lake. The house was cozy and quaint and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook while we were there. We decided to eat two of our meals at the hotel on the mountain above our house that is owned by the farm and it was the most amazing dinner and breakfast I have ever had! The chefs were fantastic and the food was unique and so flavorful in every way! Everything was perfectly cooked! The view from the hotel restaurant is breathtaking. I highly recommend anyone who stays in this house to at least eat one meal at the hotel. Everyone we encountered from the beginning to end was so kind and helpful to us. We would definitely love to go back and stay here again sometime in the future!

During a week of our stay in Norway, this is the first time for us staying in a house where there is no other house nearby. The house stands alone, very private and serene and it's at the very end of the road. There's even a forest and a little water fall if you walked further about 200 meters away from the house. We were very comfortable sitting on the living room as it has a very big TV with good sound system, a warm fireplace and a small reading room that has an amazing view facing the snow capped mountain and the lake. They also have their own deck that you may sit and BBQ next to the lake and do some kayaking. But on the day we stayed here, it was beginning of April, the temperature were still too cold about 2-6°c to sit outside. Next time we would love to come back again and stay longer to do some BBQ by the lake and swim and kayaking in the lake.

Heel blij dat we daar konden verblijven . Zeer mooi huisje en zeer mooi gelegen . Het was heel aangenaam om thuis te komen in het huisje nadat je een dag weg was geweest . We hebben er echt van genoten en hopen hier nog eens te kunnen logeren . Dankjewel.

Mooie rustige locatie direct aan het meer. We waren er met drie kinderen en hadden erg veel ruimte. We hebben erg genoten van het meer waarin we konden zwemmen, vissen en bootje varen. Margunn en Olav waren erg behulpzaam met raad en daad. Aanbevelenswaardig!

Veldig trivelig opphold i fin leilighet! Kommer gjerne tilbake ved en senere anledning.

Skøn udsigt over fjorden og fjeldene fra stuen, og fra terrassen. God plads i boligen. Funktionelt køkken og badeværelse. Dejligt varmt vand og rigeligt af det. Indretningsmæssigt og stilmæssigt som at træde ind i en tidslomme fra 1960'erne. En interessant oplevelse. Vi kommer gerne igen.

The house is very cozy and spacious, the view is priceless, and Mr. Olav is very helpful and kind. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend the place.

We stayed at Ola's house and was the best decision when visiting the area. The house was so spacious which could host a big family too. It was very cozy and always kept warm so we really didn't need to turn on any heating system. The kitchen is very modern with induction system. All basic kitchen ware could be found. The house was sparkling clean and in the bathroom you had the option of shower, bath tub and also sauna! The magnificent view could be found all around the rooms which was awesome. I haven't had such a relaxing sleep in a while, watching over the fjord, a complete dream. Ola was very attentive and friendly which made us feel as home all the time. We went to a fishing tour with his son Ola which we found so much fun! His knowledge was surprising for such a young age and he was very talkative and friendly. A very nice young man. I can't recommend Ola's place enough. We hope to come back soon! Thank you so much Ola and Ola Jr!
