The rooms are well equipped, 15-20 minutes walk to the business district and train station, will stay again next time.

Cute, convenient and affordable flat close to great pubs (Golden Lion) (Staff of Life), a great Thai restaurant (3 Monkeys), a great Pizza place(Site Pizza). I took a wonderful class in town and my husband had lovely walks each day by the canal which our deck overlooked. And there’s a great antique store right across the street. Nick was warm, welcoming and flexible with our check in and full of recommendations.

Rizwan’s place was great place to stay at for our little family. Had all necessary equipments, close to the city centre, clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

Great apartment. Very easy to find and get into as well. The apartment is nice and I love the en-suite in one of the rooms as well. The balcony was really nice also so peaceful and a beautiful view. Naz was a fantastic host very responsive. Even left some snacks on the cooker for us which we all loved. I would definitely be back.

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

Took my kids down for a couple of days to do some activities. We booked this thinking it would be good to have rhe pool to use. Unfortunately we didn't realise you had to book and it was fully booked during our time there. The apartment was very clean, however the over tray hadn't been cleaned in a while. Think maybe just missed. And my only other wee complaint would be that the bed that I slept in was definitely broken and very uncomfortable. It was as if part of the mattress was sunken into a hole which I kept waking up in. Overall a positive and enjoyable stay just a couple of small details that could make it perfect.

Loved our stay. We took a short bus journey from the airport and were dropped off at a stop nearby the property. In a perfect location for visiting Altrincham/Hale. The house was pristine and homely, matching the host’s description perfectly. Maurizio responded to any queries promptly from initial booking to checking out. No hesitation in recommending this property and would love to return soon.

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Michelle is an exceptional host —thoughtful, accommodating, and highly responsive. She has truly gone above and beyond, equipping the property with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The accommodation was immaculate, perfectly located in the heart of the area yet offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere for a restful stay amidst beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend

Amy and Oliver - I actually have no words for how amazing this place was! I first put it in my wishlist a long while back and somehow stumbled upon it again to stay for the first time this weekend. My family and I were completely amazed at absolutely everything - every detail and the handiwork you have both put into this place is just immaculate. I’m so grateful I was able to find this place - it was so homely, so clean, absolutely stunning, the most equipped place we’ve stayed in and so much more. My only complaint is that we wish we stayed LONGER! I hope you will continue to keep your home open as it’s an amazing place to stay - we hope to be back (and perhaps with others who haven’t been blessed to see it yet). Thank you for everything you supplied us with this weekend - we were fascinated by everything and we are still talking about the home now that we’re home! A great place to stay, a clean welcoming home from home with some thoughtful touches, bread, jam, marmalade and butter plus some cookies. It was a great location for us to visit family in the local area.

Wow, we loved our stay at Michael’s place and he really is a super host. Couldn’t fault his service in any way. The house itself was perfect for our group, left clean and comfortable by his lovely cleaner (Mum!). Michael was also super responsive and receptive to our needs and really friendly guy. The location itself was perfect to our needs, tucked away but still local and central. Thanks Michael, we will definitely return!

What a fabulous gem nestled in the stunning Derbyshire countryside! Wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home, perfectly equipped accommodation and perfect for a stay with the dogs! The enclosed dog paddock was wonderful with enough room for them to run and play safely. The yoga studio was a beautiful place to practice and a real bonus to the stay. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

Loved our stay in Sheffield. Location was perfect - unbelievably quiet as it was so close to restaurants and shops. Easy walk into the centre ( about 1 -1.5 miles) . The apartment was perfect, exactly as described. It had everything we needed , was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Beds were very, very comfy and rooms were spacious. Jermaine was very helpful and responded quickly when we messaged. Would love to return and highly recommend a stay here.

The apartment is as described - cosy, compact and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thought has gone into details - such as nice toiletries in the bathroom and a ‘Struggling to sleep’ box by the bed. Andy, the host, was helpful and easy to contact. A fantastic find! A beautiful apartment and very clean. The little treats waiting for us was a thoughtful touch and the key safe to check in meant we could arrive anytime. There was board games & a tv with a fire stick. The apartment was warm, welcoming and we look forward to staying again!

Spent a long weekend walking in the Peak District with my daughter. Richard is an excellent host who responds quickly. The place is as described, clean, quiet and provides everything in terms of kitchen equipment to make our meals during the time we spent there. The property provides everything needed for a home from home stay. There is a large Tesco and CO-OP in Whaley Bridge. We enjoyed walking Stanage Edge, Jacobs Ladder & Kinder Scout. Bugsworth Basin also provided a lovely flat canal side walk on Monday before our return home. Recommend Bridge Bakery in Whaley Bridge for great selection of post walk cakes, and they also have a really good selection of breakfast in a box.

I stayed solo for a week on business, Beryl was great when I arrived, welcoming, quickly showing me round the space and what switches operate what etc. I had no issues during my stay but felt welcome to just ring the bell if I needed anything. Milk, butter, & crumpets were a nice surprise and sorted breakfast all week. There's a well stocked co-op at the end of the road, so I made use of the excellent air fryer in the evenings. I also discovered some beautiful canal, wetland and lake walks opposite the co-op and took advantage of the beautiful weather to explore them. I had everything I needed and even washed and dried my clothes before packing for home. It's a little dated and a little quirky, but I slept soundly, it was comfortable and the garden was beautiful to sit in. I'd definitely stay again.
