LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

We were so blessed to find this space. Family came from across the country for a celebration of life for a passed on loved one. We needed a space where we could gather to laugh and cry but also have our own comfortable rooms where we could retreat to when we needed time to process. The place was conveniently located, filled with sun, and decorated in such a way that it felt warm and inviting. We're just so appreciative of having found the perfect place to provide us respite from the storm we were enduring.

Had everything you needed to sleep, cook and stay while visiting family.

Wir haben eine knappe Woche in diesem wunderschönen und gemütlichen Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen, alles war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles, was wir für den Aufenthalt benötigten. Das Haus steht in einer Einfamilienhausgegend und es war sehr ruhig. Der Garten hinterm Haus könnte ein bisschen Zuwendung gebrauchen, aber da das Wetter nicht danach war und wir sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, hat es uns nicht gestört. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier eine so schöne Zeit verbringen durften.

My family and I needed to find a place to house us all to attend a family wedding and Andrea‘s house was just the spot! Conveniently located to the venue as well as close to town, we found a little oasis tucked away in Cohasset. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the area. The property is beautiful, unique, private, and very large. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Parents - do not hesitate to book! This cabin was the perfect place for my family of 4 to stay. The front room with the bookshelf full of toys is where we spent the majority of our time. I enjoyed drinking coffee and taking in the view from the GIANT WINDOW SEAT (seriously perfection). I have a 10-month old and an almost 3-year old and this was seriously the perfect rental. The host offered a pack & play and a high-chair seat that worked perfectly for the baby. The toddler was entertained by all the new things to play with. The front deck is the perfect spot to get some beautiful family photos. We will be booking again if we are in the area.

Kristen was a wonderful host and we had an amazing stay at this house! The place was perfect for a weekend away and we wish we stayed longer! It’s in a great location near beaches and close to Portsmouth too! Hope to go back soon.

Great location with lots of charm in a very walkable area of Boston. The hosts recommendations were excellent! This was the perfect place for our vacation.

This is a beautiful apartment located in the heart of Rockport. Will definitely come back here if possible for another trip!

Hipster base camp did not disappoint. The apartment was cozy and welcoming, and the fireplace made me crave returning there in the evening to settle in to our beautiful surroundings. It was truly an elevated experience— from the espresso machine to a cabinet full of all the essentials and even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us in the fridge. Even a customized guidebook with all the how-to’s and recommendations of things to do nearby. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place for our weekend trip! We planned to visit Salem & Boston, and it’s located pretty much in the middle of the two places so it worked perfect!! It was a good amount of space for the 4 of us! We enjoyed the patio on evening, that was a very nice additional space.

Susan’s place was stunning. I grew up close to this area so I knew what to expect, but in all honesty, the back yard was still a bit unreal. You can’t beat open ocean views, a hammock, and sitting area, and a porch/deck with levels leading down to the ocean. The space itself was more than enough room, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and our young son had the space to enjoy himself. We would definitely book with Susan again!

Ryan’s place is exactly as described. Great location for very easy access by the blue line train to almost everywhere you want to go. Studio was clean and tidy but towels and bedding were still going in the dryer on the wrong setting hence it not drying until I noticed why and needed to be folded and put away when it was done. Nothing that would stop me revisiting the place however. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely air b n b studio

No, this place wasn’t located in downtown Boston, it was very easy to get there via Subway, which was only two blocks away from the place. It cost us less than five dollars for a round-trip each time we went into the city. There is also a running path right near the home and several parks for our kids to play in. There is also Whole Foods about a 12 minute walk away and a little corner store/coffee shop which had excellent coffee only about a five minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen is amazing!

Juan's place was perfect for our stay. Everything as described and reasonably priced.

Rong was very friendly and helpful and communication with her was very reliable and uncomplicated. We had a good stay and the accommodation is a good base from which to explore Boston.

Mark and his villa were perfect for us during our "displacement" for almost 2 weeks while our floor was redone. He was the perfect host: 1 - being beyond accommoative with our quick displacement 2 - was an excellent communicator and lightning quick responses before/during/after our stay 3 - the villa is in a gorgeous area, with plenty to do nearby and all the amentities you could want: grocery stores, restaurants, and things to see/do super close 4 - there's plenty of room throughout the house for everyone (including our dog!) 5 - the kitchen is well-stocked both with cooking staples and equipment, even had a fresh bag of coffee waiting for us! I can't recommend him and this listing enough, whether you are displaced during reno's like we were or just in the area and looking for a place that can feel like a home away from home. It has everything you could need/want from my perspective, and I am very picky when I am spending an elongated period of time. Thanks Mark, was a pleasure :)

This is my third stay at Anna & Samuel! The house is always very clean, warm and comfortable. The neighbor is quiet and inviting. Anna is always very accommodating, helpful and friendly. She is a sweetheart and takes pleasure and pride in hosting.

We had a very pleasant stay! I recommend the home and experience to those looking to enjoy time with family and friends. The backyard is amazing and location was close to everything we wanted to do

Visiting Anna and Samuel's home allowed for an immediate positive impression of Boston/MA. We felt lucky to be in such an enchanting house and room. More importantly, Anna was extremely kind and helpful. She was always present to guide us and all of her efforts for us (and other guests) felt genuinely friendly - I'd never seen anything like it, but she truly brought guests together and created a cozy environment for all of us. Very unexpectedly nice... I'd love for us to return next year! I recommend this place to any visitors of Boston/MA.

I stayed with my friends for one night and it was an amazing stay. Anna and Samuel were very nice and the room was beautiful, clean and well kept. location was excellent as well.I recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Boston.

Beautiful well appointed home with lots of space for sleeping, bathing, and common spaces for gathering. Beautiful modern kitchen with everything we needed for our seven person group. Comfortable beds and overall surroundings, beautifully decorated in great condition. We stayed in the winter so we did not get use of the pool or hot tub, even though I believe the hot tub was ready to jump right in, but it was 25° out with wind chills in the teens. The master bathroom suite was probably our favorite thing about the home, heated floors and towel bar with a soaker tub and multi outlet shower as well as a heated toilet seat with modern bidet features. Didn’t use the fireplace or the sauna, but the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely stay here again!
