The wooden house is very cute, warm and clean + the location is great! We had a great time with my family there. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking. Also, there is a fireplace, so you can prepare meals outdoors and just behind the house there is a forest where you can have a nice walk. The only inconvenience was sleeping area that is too small for 10 people. The sofa in the living room is great for 2 people, but 3 feels already crowded. And a small sofa on the second floor is not really comfortable. All in all, we liked our stay and the communication that was meaningful and timely.

We loved staying at Bozenas place. The house was spacious, neat and comfortable. The garden was absolutely magical and the view was terrific. Our children really enjoyed the playground and secluded firepit with the bbq facilities. Bozena was extremely kind and friendly and we were made to feel right at home. We would definitely love to return on our next trip to Poland and highly recommend it. 😍

Úžasné, nádherné a perfektní místo pro super odpočinek. Spousta aktivit a krásná příroda všude okolo. Za mě ten nejkrásnější pobyt a rozhodně bychom si ho ještě zopakovali, ale na daleko delší dobu než teď. Rozhodně to za to stojí. Moc děkuji za skvělou dovolenou 😊

Super miejsce na wypoczynek, cisza, spokój i świeże powietrze. Domek ma wspaniały klimat oraz wiele udogodnień. Kontakt z właścicielem zrobił na nas wielkie wrażenie jeszcze nigdy nie spotkaliśmy się z tak dobrą obsługą. Polecamy każdemu z całego serca

We spent our Christmas and New Year holidays in this wonderful house, and it was a fantastic experience. The house is very spacious, making it comfortable for us and our two dogs. The garden provided plenty of space for the dogs to run and play, which they absolutely loved. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, making meal preparation a breeze. The house is warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the convenience of having a bathtub and a shower on different floors. Parking is easy, with ample space for a car, and the location is great — just a 15-minute walk to the city center. Overall, it was a perfect stay for both us and our furry companions. Highly recommend!

To był wspaniały pobyt miejsce jest nowe i idealnie czyste. Właśnie na taką jakość liczymy jako goście😃 Szczególnie podobał nam się bliski kontakt z przyrodą i zwierzętami. Fajny pomysł z koszami śniadaniowymi

miejsce jest cudowne, okolica spokojna, cicho, otaczającą natura, można spotkać wiele dzikich zwierząt. nam udało się dostrzec stado około 30 jeleni które spacerowały sobie tuż obok naszego domku, widzieliśmy je zza szyby, coś pięknego! Sam domek jest cudowny, ciepło, klimatyczne pomieszczenia, duża łazienka, super telewizor, wygodna kanapa. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone, w każdym można znaleźć bardzo dużo gier planszowych i książeczek dla dzieci co się rzadko zdarza. gdybym był z dzieckiem to miejsce z pewnością by mu przypadło do gustu. Kuchnia wyposażona w sporo rzeczy, jacuzzi nagrzane od początku. żyć, nie umierać! z minusów jeden palnik kuchenki elektrycznej, nam na weekend to nie przeszkadzało ale jeśli miałbym tam być na tydzień to raczej słabo gotowac na jednym palniku. i przede wszystkim czystość. po rogach gdzie niegdzie pajeczyny i kurz, nie powinno tak być. Nie zmienia to jednak faktu że miejsce jest cudowne i na pewno jeśli będę miał okazję to wrócę do niego i każdemu polecam

Great location not far from the main shopping street & restaurants. Clean apartment, one large room with dining table, one small room with single sofa/bed. Kitchen was small but functional and had everything we needed. No oven though, just induction hob & microwave. Parking behind the apartment was very limited/ tight (local residents etc), but we managed to park on the path, blocking the steps sometimes without an issue, i had hire car with full insurance so had no worries 😀 . Parking free at front on weekends (was busy though). Not far from a Lidl 😀 beware though, need to register your car for 1hr free parking

Super mieszkanie, przestronne i jest wszystko co potrzeba. Blisko 2 pizzerie, piekarna i przystanek autobusowy oraz basen Cyganski. Polecam jest bardzo wygodne dla 4 osobowej rodziny. Dziękujemy 🤩

Wir haben bereits mehrfach Häuser gemietet und können daher auf einige Erfahrung zurückblicken. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, unweit eines Ski-Gebiets, und liegt am Rande der Siedlung mit einem wunderschönen Blick in ein Tal. Von den anderen Häusern der Umgebung bekommt man nichts mit, was für eine sehr hohe Privatsphäre sorgt. Die Einfahrt bietet ausreichend Platz für Autos. Ansonsten entspricht das Haus in allem den Bildern. Das Haus ist in seiner Bauweise leider recht geräuschintensiv. Man hört jeden Schritt aus den oberen Etagen sehr laut und deutlich. Besonders störend sind die Betten im Keller, die von sehr minderwertiger Qualität sind. Bei jeder Bewegung knarren sie so laut, dass man davon aufwacht. Hier hat Krystian bereits zugesagt, Nachbesserungen vorzunehmen. Für besonders geräuschempfindliche Gäste könnte das zu einer Herausforderung werden aber für alle anderen ist das Haus eine klare Empfehlung! Daher auch 5 Sterne!

Pobyt ponúka výbornú lokalitu s prístupom k oddychu a súkromiu. Vybavenie je na vysokej úrovni, ideálne pre komfortný pobyt. Hostiteľ je veľmi priateľský a ochotný, čo dodáva celému zážitku príjemnú atmosféru. Celkovo ide o skvelé miesto na relax a únik od každodenného zhonu. Ak hľadáš pokojné prostredie s kvalitnými službami, tento pobyt určite odporúčam.

Wspaniałe zakwaterowanie, spokojne miejsce wśród drzew. Świetnie się bawiliśmy i czuliśmy się jak w domu. Gospodarze są zawsze w kontakcie i gotowi do pomocy w przypadku jakichkolwiek pytań. Chętnie przyjedziemy latem!

The place is very cozy and cute. We had one major issue - heating. The only heating you get is from heating pads on the ceiling and air conditioning. We managed by lighting up the fireplace. But the bathroom was near the entrance apart from the main space - so it was cold. The only thing that heated it was small heating pad on the ceiling. It was not near enough, showering in February was a challenge, our towels didn’t even dry overnight. Apart from that only concern, everything was great 😊

Vrelo odporúčam. Prostredie dokonalé na vypnutie od reality a užívanie si času sami pre seba. Oddýchli sme si poriadne s komunikácia bola skvelá. Hostiteľka sa nám snažila vyhovieť vo všetkom.

Bardzo klimatyczna i piękna chatka wraz z całą działką, idealna na na długi weekend. Właścicielka bardzo życzliwa i otwarta oraz dbająca o to by pobyt był udany.

Srub byl čistý, nic nám v něm nechybělo. Zahradní ohniště jsme rádi využili. V okolí je krásná příroda, kolem srubu udržovaný trávník. Pěkné venkovní posezení, houpací síť ideální na odpočinek. Hostitelka milá, příjemná a usměvavá.

Dzięki wielkie za przestrzeń w domku. Pani Gospodarz zaopiekowała się nami od samego początku kiedy pojawiliśmy się na działce. Elastyczność co do za i wymeldowania. Domem jest dobrze przemyślany i komfortowy dla wszystkich osób. Balia i sauna była cudownym dodatkiem. Podsumowując polecam całym soba.

Bardzo urokliwe miejsce, blisko do jeziora oraz plaży gdzie można uprawiać wiele sportów wodnych. Apartament czysty, wygodny, z dostępem do własnego grilla z którego można było swobodnie korzystać. Bezproblemowy kontakt z przemiła obsługa obiektu. Za te cenę jest to zdecydowana perełka wśród apartamentów nad jeziorem Żywieckim :)
