Gmunden District : locations de vacances en appartement

This was our first time staying in an AirBnB in Austria. We love to travel and discover new places, so instead of the anonymity of a hotel, we sought contact with a real local family. Our experience was short, only two nights, but absolutely positive and we would like to thank Edith and Bernd who welcomed us with great kindness and friendliness. It's easy for us to give 5 stars and we really recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the Traunsee region.

Sehr saubere, schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft. Wir konnten die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche alleine nutzen. Badestelle am See gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Brigitte war reaktiv und hilfsbereit !

Das Apartment war wirklich toll - genauso wie es die Fotos zeigen. Die Lage ein Traum und die Terrasse war südseitig mit traumhafter Aussicht. Unser Navi hat uns zur Rückseite des Hauses geführt - wir haben Klaus angerufen und er hat uns via WA-videophone zum richtigen Eingang gelotzt. Er hat immer sofort reagiert. Das Apartment war gut geheizt ☺️ … bevor es zu lang wird: einfach Alles top & sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir durften in der Unterkunft ein paar wunderschöne Tage Auszeit genießen. Sie ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für und ruhiger Erholungsort nach Bergtouren in der Gegend. Bei Fragen war Niki immer sehr schnell erreichbar und entgegenkommend. Danke!

Toller Kurztripp für uns als Familie - gute Lage, viele schöne Wanderziele und auch ein großer Spielplatz war vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat - wunderbar!

Wir haben die Silvestertage in dieser Wohnung verbracht und können sagen, dass es die bestausgestattete und durchdachteste Unterkunft war, die wir in unserer bisherigen Airbnb-Erfahrung in Europa hatten. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass in der Wohnung wirklich Leuten leben und man zu besuch ist. Besonders in der kalten Jahreszeit war der Ofen ein echtes Highlight. Einzige kleine Anmerkungen: Das Bett war mit etwa 190 cm etwas zu kurz und die Übergangskanten des Fußbodens könnten etwas besser angepasst werden.

Das Apartment war sehr geschmackvoll, neu und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt und zentral. Alles Top!!!

Very good quality budget accommodation, well equipped. Looks exactly like the pictures and is conveniently located in the centre of Bad Ischl, a great base to explore the Salzkammergut region too. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice location, good apartment with very much extra equipment and materials in the kitchen. Many towels available, nice terras, wonderful wasmachine and good system for the waist. Very spacious flat in a great location. Two dedicated bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. Sheets and bedding available for us to make up sofa bed. Excellent location and close to everything - no more than 5-10 mins flat walk to shops, bus, train station, restaurants. A really convenient base to explore the area. We did day trips to Hallstätt (20 mins on the train) and a day skiing at Dachstein west (40 mins directly on the bus). Stayed with my senior citizen mother and two sons, we all liked it.

A lovely studio apartment directly next to the Katrin mountain in Bad Ischl, which is a beautiful location and about 10 minutes by bicycle or a 30 minute walk to anywhere within Bad Ischl. The balcony is lovely with a great view when the weather is good, and otherwise the apartment looks exactly as it was listed. Maximilian was also a very helpful and gracious host, providing good recommendations for Bad Ischl and helping out if anything was wrong with the apartment.

Wir haben in dem Apartment zu zweit mit Hund eine gute Woche verbracht. Rita hat uns nett begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Der Kontakt zu Stefanie war problemlos und nett. Der Ausblick aus dem Apartment ist toll. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt eine große Couch und einen schönen Holzesstisch. Die Betten sind bequem. Zu dieser Zeit im Jahr war es im Apartmenthaus sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig für viele schöne Ausflüge. Wir haben Schneeschuhtouren gemacht und Glück mit dem Wetter gehabt. Auch mit Hund sehr empfehlenswert. Unsere Hündin hat sich schnell wohl gefühlt. Einziges kleines Manko: In der sehr kleinen Toilette gibt es kein Waschbecken. Zum Händewaschen muss man ins Bad gehen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft für zwei Personen sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Tag 1 sehr wohl gefühlt. Herta ist eine liebevolle und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die wir vor Ort immer erreichen konnten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Hier ist alles vorhanden, was man für seinen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders beeindruckend fanden wir die großzügige, teilweise überdachte Terrasse mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge und den Traunsee. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein absoluter Genuss! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können Hertas Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! 🫶🏻

Super komunikace s hostitelem, pěkné místo, utulný byteček, hezký výhled z balkónu... Za nás spokojenost!

Ubytování bylo krásně čisté a přesně jako na fotkách. Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni. Self check in a out bylo dobré z hlediska flexibility.

We hebben hier 3 heerlijke nachten gehad. Alles wat in de advertentie stond klopte precies. Makkelijk Inchecken en een fijne en schone kamer. Niks op aan te merken. Tomas is aardig en reageerde snel.

A comfortable, peaceful and spacious 1 bed flat with lounge-dining room and separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Awesome views of the mountains. Very convenient for Dachstein West ski area as the ski bus comes to the hotel building which the apartment is in. We loved being able to relax in the hotel saunas too. Gosau is pretty easy to get to by public transport. The journey from Salzburg airport was straightforward and daytrips to nearby beautiful Hallstatt and historic Bad Ischl were worthwhile. Would love to stay in this flat again!

Krásné, příjemné a čisté ubytování. Paní hostitelka byla velmi milá a nápomocná. Bazén byl mimo provoz, což byla škoda, ale jinak vše perfektní.

Wonderful location and good views from Rosemarie’s apartment. Everything in Strobl is easily within walking distance of her AirBnB. Check-in was easy and I’d recommend using your smartphone light to help find and enter the code for the key box (it’s in the underground garage). Entrance to her apartment will require navigating up many stairs but you are rewarded with a wonderful view of the local Parrish church and the mountains. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped…she has two very large balconies (bedroom & living room) which is nice. We were informed early on that some of the doors leading to the balconies were in need of repair and could not be used…the main door to the large south facing balcony. There is an onsite person who can be contacted to help open the very large sliding glass door in the living room. All in all a very wonderful place to stay in the Salzkammergut…lots to do and see. I highly recommend staying here!
