Gmunden District : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, vor allem für Kinder sehr praktisch mit Garten und Spielplatz. Es ist gut ausgestattet, liebevoller Empfang mit Geschenk für die Kinder. Ich habe nur die Sauberkeit zu kritisieren, vielleicht lag es daran, dass zuwenig Zeit für eine gründliche Reinigung war zwischen Ab - und Anreise der Gäste. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl in dem Haus. Viele Bademöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

We hebben een schitterende week gehad. Mooie tips voor de wandeling naar de Schafberg en Frauenkopf. Kachel werd met de kou de eerste dagen netjes aangestoken bij terugkomst, heerlijk warm. Internet vond ik in de rechterhoek van het terras, maar weinig internet is ook niet heel erg, verplicht rust en dat lukt prima hier. We waren met onze 2 jongste zonen van 20 en 18 jaar en misten daardoor een grote kookpan en wok. Als je veel opladers mee hebt, neem dan 2 extra verlengsnoeren mee. Douche is heerlijk!

We had a wonderful stay in Bad Ischl. Thank you Emmeran and Katharina for sharing your lovely house. It was a great base to explore the wonderful sites in the local area and the house is cozy and welcoming.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit am Attersee in Vanessas Unterkunft. Alles wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist für ein Airbnb wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Vanessa war sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen.

Krásné, čisté, stylově zařízené ubytování s výhledem na jezero Attersee. K dispozici bylo vše, co nás jen napadlo (gril, venkovní posezení, lehátka, sauna, místo na uskladnění kol). Co jsme velice ocenili, byla soukromá pláž přímo na břehu jezera s chatičkou na převlékání a možností půjčení malé loďky; zde jsme si po celou dobu uschovali nafouknutý padleboard. Katharina je velice milá hostitelka, stále k dispozici. Každý den se zeptala, co máme v plánu, popřípadě poradila nějaké tipy.

Das Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bei Fragen hat Petra schnell geantwortet.

Beautiful lake house in the very peaceful Grundlsee! We were 2 couples and rented this house for 3 nights to do trips to Hallstatt and Gosau. We wish we had more time! Grundlsee is a lovely and peaceful lakeside town with a walkway along the lake. We enjoyed taking a afternoon stroll along the lake. Get a bottle of wine or beer and have a picnic next to the lake with sunset, it's so special. The house itself have ample room for 4 adults. Two big living spaces, washing machine and adequate kitchen appliances. We wish there was a microwave oven, that is the only thing that we missed in the kitchen. Otherwise you have everything you need to self cater for a family. We appreciated the welcome drink and local snacks the host left us, made us feel very welcome :)

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl bei Fritz und waren sehr zufrieden. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Passt perfekt für einen schönen Aufenthalt im Salzkammergut.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very cozy and warm. It looked a lot better and nicer than the photos honestly. Multiple bathrooms as well. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a place that can host a friend group

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung! Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Drinks und Milch im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung war sehr aufmerksam, danke! Der im Inserat genannte Zugang zu einem eigenen Badeplatz ist allerdings nicht vorhanden.

Die Ferienwohnung von Stephanie und Reinhard ist sehr sauber, groß, hell und schön eingerichtet. Als Ausgangspunkt um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden, ist sie perfekt geeignet. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Urlaubstag kann man in der Wohnung, oder, wenn das Wetter mitmacht, auf dem Balkon wunderbar entspannen. Toll ist auch der Brötchen Service (man kann auch ein ganzes Frühstück bestellen). Die Kommunikation mit Stephanie und Reinhard war jederzeit schnell und nett. We've had a great time at Elisabeth's place. The apartment had everything that we needed and we felt right at home. Elisabeth's tips and suggestions helped us a lot in planning our days in Bad Aussee and the surrounding ski resorts. This is a place we'll definitely come back to. Thank you Elisabeth.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder und hatten eine wunderbare Woche über Silvester. Die Umgebung war wunderschön und wir konnten sogar eine Hütte fussläufig in 1:30 h erreichen. Es gibt wahnsinnig viele Ausflugsziele und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, um noch viel mehr zu entdecken! Die Unterkunft war sauber und groß genug für uns 6 Personen. Matthias war ein außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber, der uns immer Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stand.

Vos užėjus jausmas kaip namuose… Kvepia, švaru, tvarkinga. Atvykus namuose jau degė židinys. 😍 Vaizdas per langus fantastiškas, lovos labai patogios, vonia tokia didelė, kad vienu metu gali praustis trys žmonės. 😆 Vieta labai tyli ir rami, toliau nuo miestelio, todėl norit nuvykti į parduotuvę būtinai reikia mašinos. Ačiū Ana, tikrai dar sugrįšime. :) 🤍

The best Airbnb we had the chance to stay at. Location was perfect, quiet and at about 20 mins from Hallstatt. The view of the fields and montains from the back patio is breathtaking. It has all of the amenities listed from shower supplies to coffee, robes and sandals, a few washing machines and dryers with soap. The rooms are large and everything is very clean and beautifully decorated. The loft is on the main floor, quiet and no need to cart the suitcases up the stairs. Parking is right in front. There is a wondeful bakery 3 mins away that serve great breakfast and desserts. Communication was outstanding and almost immediate. There is also food available in a fridge in the hallway that you can pay later, turned out to be really practical one night. We really enjoyed the place and highly recommend. Hope to come back if we have a chance. Thank you!!

Tolle Unterkunft, wir würden wieder hinfahren.

een zeer proper, aangename woning. perfecte locatie en woning voor een familie vakantie met een grote groep. alles is tip top inorde. Robert is een zeer vriendelijke en beleefde host. we kregen meteen een warm en huiselijk gevoel bij aankomst. zeker een aanrader!

Ein Traumhaus in Österreich wie man es sich schöner nicht wünschen kann. Alles war perfekt! Das Haus und der Service waren den Preis mehr als wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Joost and Catharina are extremely responsive, detailed, warm and we very much appreciated their making our Christmas holiday special. The house is in a gorgeous location, it has alot of character. We enjoyed hanging out by the fire in the living room, cooking in spacious kitchen, and nearby access to good ski resorts. Heating is tricky for such a large house, and they did their best with wood supply, electric radiators, blankets, etc that we found adequate. They were super responsive as well when the clothes washer needed fixing. Thanks!

The place is exactly like the photos. We had everything we needed. We had no issues finding it, it was all clear with the instructions. The hosts were friendly. The area is beautiful, with lots to do.

Eine absolute Traumunterkunft!!! Das Haus von Anne ist einfach wunderschön und eignet sich ideal für einen Kurzurlaub im schönen Gmunden. Das Haus, welches Holz mit modernem Industrial-Design vereint, ist einfach unglaublich schön. Alles sehr neu eingerichtet und vom Haus, als auch von der Terasse, hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über den See und über Gmunden. Insbesondere für den Silvesterabend war dies unser Highlight. Die Ausstattung des Hauses übertrifft den Standard und ist sehr gehoben. Von der Feuerschale im Garten, über den schlüssellosen Eintritt, bis hin zu 3 wunderschönen Schlafzimmern und einer top modernen Küche - wirklich bis ins Detail top modern und hochqualitativ. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war herausragend - so bekamen wir proaktiv tolle Tipps für Schneeschuhwandern und anderen Ausflugszielen sowie Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is our second stay at Ulla’s beautiful villa on the Traunsee. We love the villa and the local area. Lots of swimming and boating in the lake from the bottom of the garden plus paddle boarding and water skiing etc from the jetties further down the lake. There are plenty of fantastic places to eat at walking distance from the villa and the most beautiful walks in the surrounding hills. On a practical note there are supermarkets close to the villa and so we had a few evening bbqs on the terrace. When we arrived we were greeted by Ulla’s friends who were so welcoming and friendly. It was another superb week in paradise!
