Lovely private home. Perfect for families, well appointed and well stocked with everything you would need for a home away from home. Walking distance to all Yallingup has to offer and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and Amenities with a very tidy apartment

Kadek’s home was fabulous. The place was even more spacious than in the pictures- a perfect family vacation home. There were plenty of towels which is fabulous given our frequent beach trips. The kitchen was well equipped with a fabulous coffee machine. The beds are comfy which was a plus. Most importantly, Kadek was super responsive. When we noticed a broken kettle (which can absolutely happen) - the next morning, we received a new one which we very much appreciated. The surroundings are stunning and the house was in walking distance to amazing beaches which are very family friendly and safe for swimming. We hope to be back one day.

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb. The pictures certainly did not do it justice.. it was the perfect place for a group of us. 2 minute walk to the beach & cafe, kid friendly and the most incredible, helpful hosts. I couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb. Thank you!! We will defiantly be back.

Veronica’s place was perfect for a long weekend getaway for my wife and I. It feels very private and secluded and has been built to offer maximum privacy to enjoy the beautiful surrounds. There are lots of amenities available and plenty of space to relax and unwind. Being centrally located in the Margaret River Region makes it perfect for day trips to the beach, local towns and wineries.

The house and property is absolutely stunning. one of the best locations in the state and everything you got to not have to leave the house. Ocean front balcony, backyard with pool, two stories, you name it. Can't ask for much more. communication was absolutely perfect. We will be back for sure! Christy’s house is the perfect location and walkable to the beach. The house is spacious and beautiful decorated with a large garden and beautiful balcony overlooking the treetops. I would come back anytime.

A great place to stay for a beach side holiday in Gracetown. Five things we liked: 1) very well equipped kitchen and pantry and clearly a place where the owner and his family actually stay and enjoy it. Just felt right for our family Xmas (the knives were sharp too :) ) 2) top end Internet (multiple devices and streaming all fine) 3) separation of bedrooms meant 2 (then 3) adult couples could share and be out of each others way. 4) fenced back area was safe for dogs and included a grassed dog run if needed. 5) toys, pool table, etc. lots to do if you were there and had to stay in. As noted. A genuine family holiday home. Some other things: Tony v reasonable about an extra couple joining us for a couple of nights (thanks!) with just a small extra cleaning cost. Maybe could have had a few more towels but pillows, linen, etc all great. Is close to beach as advertised if you use the little path to the north of the house rather than the road to south. All in all, great!!
