Its an amazing luxury villa with 6 bedrooms. It was like cherry on the cake on my recent trip to Goa. The caretakers were very helpful and supportive. I had awesome experience staying in the property. Property had pool and jacuzzi and they were well maintained and extreme fun to use. My kid loved it. Location is great as it is near to market and also beach is hardly 400 mtrs away. Meticulously decorated rooms and glasshouse dining was next level experience. The host were accommodating throughout the stay. I have been to various Airbnb in the past. This is so far the best. Location, amenities, vicinity to beach and markets, everything is top notch. We would highly recommend everyone to stay at the property if they are in Candolim. Looking forward to stay again and thank you for making our stay memorable. Great place to stay !!

Good stay. Close to Candolim beach. Poor network, but the host has arranged wifi. Overall worth the price you pay.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

Amazing place for 4-7 people to accommodate. Right on beach with 24 hour restaurant and bar. Very clear waters of the beach. Very responsive host. Overall worth every penny. Thanks Dennis for being such a nice host.

absolutely loved staying at Gauravs place. Super close to the beach and all the beach bars as well as water activities. walkable distance to to market and taxis nearby to get around if you want to explore other beaches. Plenty of restaurants nearby. hosts are very responsive and helpful. The apartment is really cute and the staircase is just one flight, which isnt difficult at all even with luggage. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely Return on my next trip to Goa.

I had my first 2 nights in India ever, and what an introduction! Dharman was incredibly helpful allowing an early check in, by keeping the accommodation empty for the night before, and for no extra charge! Dharman booked us a taxi from the airport, so our arrival was hassle free!, and Dharman was waiting to greet us and check is in, he then drove my partner to the local supermarket to get supplies! The place is set in a beautiful, tranquil setting, was immaculate, and the bed was extremely comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped and nothing was too much trouble for Dahman to help us with, booking boat trips, taxis and allowing a late check out! Would highly recommend this delightful gem and would love to stay again sometime soon!

We were a group of 5 people who stayed. It was quite enjoyable having the entire villa. Space was clean. Everything we didn't have in our last Airbnb was there. Clean and new furniture with clean sheets. Clean Bathrooms and clean kitchen. It was a relief to check in in this place after checking out from the last one. Position of washing machine can be improved, all of us banged our head into the staircase trying to operate it. And, a tap can be provided near the entrance to wash of sand. We put a bucket of water outside, as we wanted to keep the place clean. If I ever have to be in Colva, I will definitely consider this place. A property run by individuals, who provide personal touch to their place are better than company run Airbnbs. We had a horrible experience staying in such place. I wish Amit and Vinita a very good luck. Thank you for great three days.

Initially after confirmation, Chaitali has sent us the caretakers numbers for guidance. Checkin was smooth. The property looks as it is in photos. No disturbance. We went as a group of 7 people, Enjoyed the accommodation to the full. We even cooked food as we like. Thanks for the great stay and looking forward for next stay also.

Really very very satisfied and happy with the stay..The host Gitane gave exact description about location and also the amenities available. Pratiksha, the manager at the place is so friendly and helpful. she gave us a lot of information regarding the local sight seeings and restaurants. The care taker at the villa, Das and 2 other people really took good care of us. They way they interact, cook food, serve us and also helped us buy other items from local shops and stuff. Defenitely worth place to stay. A group of tourists staying in this villa can enjoy to the peaks. We a group of 8 cousins stayed at this place and had lot of fun for 3 days. We really feel like not vacating the place but we had to. A special mention about a friendly pet named Mogli. He was soo sweet.

amazing stay felt like home.. the care taker Narayan is amazing and very good kind person he just treated us very kind and proivded everything wht we required on time .. he helped us with car rent and each and everything and even the cook cooked amazing food nd the place is amazing with pool and very clean flt like vintage home thank u so much for such good service... 5****👍

The place was amazing with Private and Common pool with beautiful common area! The villa was very lavish and well maintained. Quite peaceful. Also mentioning care taker (Prakash), gem of a person, he helped us for everything, booking Cab, locations, maintain cleanliness in Villa

We stayed 16 nights! Staying in Villa Calangute Phase 1 was a delight. Close to the beach, very clean and tidy, and because Phase 2 wasn’t occupied too regularly we had good access to the pool. If you have guests to fill all four rooms it is good value for money.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

I just unpacked at home after a beautiful holiday in Goa, monsoon or sunshine Goa is always there when yiu think of a quick holiday . I packed for 3 days but after my stay at Vio's at this beautiful property STAAR luxury Villa I wanted to extend. The villa is nothing but Luxury at the price and so well done up keeping in mind the comfort of their guests. The care taker Mr.Gaurav was doing a fantastic job and cooked us breakfast everyday at the time

One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. It was very great experience staying at Rajendra’s place. It is more beautiful and cozy than pictures. Very spacious. Neat n clean kitchen, rooms and bathroom. The only issue was with bedsheet which was pale yellow color. Rest everything was best. Easy to find. Right in front of Anjuna Police station and police checkpoint. Very safe place

We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. Peaceful, relaxing, full of lovely plants and birds, and adding to that, the super helpful staff made this the best weekend trip we've had in a while.

We were a group of 6 people and had the best time at the villa. Narayan, the caretaker, was extremely helpful (i got a bad bruise on my ankle and he had the first aid handy!) he was always there to help and made the checkin/checkout process very easy. The pool was clean (and cleaned everyday we were there) which made using it worry-free. The rooms were pristine and towels provided were clean. The washing machine was easy to use and a helpful add on! There were enough amenities in the kitchen for daily coffee which helped kick-start our late mornings. There is enough space to park 2 cars and a couple of scooters. Judith and Ashok were highly responsive and very friendly. Overall, a great stay and can't wait to go back again :)

Felt right at home and indeed , waking up to bird song and a sweet breeze,surrounded by forest valley, while only 5 mins drive to the beaches, pure bliss. Sunlight seeping through the foliage, sitting on the terrace, having breakfast/lunch/dinner/coffee. Such a calm place/space, good mood lighting at night and fans/AC keep you cool when need more than the air flow from the open (mosquito net protected) windows. Even a little staircase to the roof to get a 360 feel of nature around you if you want. Couple other houses in the neighbourhood, hardly ever noticed anyone. Well stacked kitchen, coffee percolator, all utensils and water filter machine, as well as regular cleaning service included, big up Usha , Shanti and co, very kind and welcoming. These guys are great hosts setting a great standard/price, definitely recommend. Best if you have your own transport, which I'm pretty sure they can help you with as well. 100% loved ,from start to finnish. Best place!

The stay was well maintained and clean. The linen, the crockery, the fridges, the washing machine, the lights and the air conditioning were in pristine condition. Regular cleaning of the place and pool kept it quite fresh and was a nice touch. Thanks for having us!
