Pleasant surrounding, hill view from balcony and rooftop. close to nature. You can spend your full day just chilling out on roof top. I stayed for 31 days, everything was good. Best place for someone who likes to stay close to nature. You can see different types of birds from balcony. firefly can also be seen in night time. Overall it is a good place place to stay in south goa.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Ms. Tanya is an amazing host. She is extremely kind and approachable. The stay is very good, has lot of amenities and is easy to reach. Overall, a great place to stay at.

Yaju’s place is centrally located between the north beaches of Morjim, Arambol, Ashvem and restaurants of Anjuna and Calangute. The place is quaint, easy to reach and quite comfortable. I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend.

Homely environment and friendly host. Location is fantastic. There's a bunch of great restaurants, clubs and cafes in walking distance (2-15 mins). Took us 30 mins by car to get to Fontinhas, and 35 mins to get to Ashvem Beach (one of the quietest, least crowded beaches in North Goa). Host is connected to cab drivers, scooter rentals and car rentals. Eased the burden of finishing reliable transport. There's enough parking space available at the residence. There's an aquaguard for water, shower heating and ACs are good, and rooms are decent. Kitchen could be better equipped with a pan, bowls and a microwave. Only issue was the pea sized (practically useless) dustbin in the washroom. None in the kitchen/room.

It was a comfortable stay. The apartment is suitable for peaceful stay. Amenities are also good. The caretaker was also good.

Very well located if you want to explore all the fine dining places in Goa like Izumi, Bawei, Jamun and the list is endless . It’s also next door to shopping stores like flames , Rangeela Goa and no nasties . Nice place with access to pool. We travelled with toddler and a kid of 7 years and having a cook around was very comfortable

The place had a great vibe. The decor is very personal and interesting. We enjoyed being at this place a lot. Very close to calangute junction.

Goa is all about experience, and our stay at Niloy's abode was just like our second home. Everything clean fresh and homely. Location is awesome, it's peaceful yet well connected with the world. Niloy had been extremely helpful everywhere you can ever imagine. Very comfortable very safe and very well maintained. loved every moment spent there and looking forward to many more stays with Niloy. Located in one of the most happening places is goa yet peaceful. You name it and it's there all around. Will recommend long stays to really understand the people and culture of this fantastic place. Extremely happy and satisfied for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in North Goa. It is impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience. The host, Ms. Meenu, is extremely responsive and always available when needed. Additionally, the caretaker, Ms. Anupa, is warm and hospitable, making the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed stay in North Goa.

This was one of the places we rented for our first trip to Goa. I'm glad that we got to spend time at Lara's Whitehouse. I genuinely regret not being able to stay there any longer. thank you Nimish for giving us the best experience. hope to see you soon on our next plan

The experience was exquisite right from our booking till our checkout. Bela was super proactive in sending out check-in instructions and recommendations. She is very responsive on the App. Apart from this, it's the little things which make the apartment so homely and shows the thoughtfulness of the host, for example - two pair of indoor slippers, extra pillows, kitchen had chai patti and sugar (I love tea and I can't tell you how much I thanked Bela for this when I made my first tea there after an exhausted day. She even put a milk carton, so I didn't need to go outside ❤️), extension cords, iron, detergent, Alexa (it was so easy to just say play jazz at the end of the day 😀), comfortable work chair. The place made us feel at home in an instance, probably also because it had a lot of things similar to our own home. (lamps, desk, Jars) Bela even allowed us to put our luggage there even after our checkout time. All these things made our stay lovely. Great job. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was extremely cooperative and made sure everything was perfect. The home was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The food, especially the jibing ji in food, was absolutely delicious. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

This place was exactly what we wished for during our time at Palolem. The house is so thoughtfully crafted, considering every small need of a resident. The hosts and the caretaker are fabulous people. The place is close to the beach (you don’t have to go through the main Palolem Beach entrance—there are many shortcuts to reach the nearby beach and chill there all day). Our stay at the place was awesome! Shankar and Jagdish were very responsive and helpful at every hour of the day. When we checked in we had a couple of questions and Jagdish came over to answer those questions and assure us of the security of the place. Even though this could be done on the phone, he took the effort of coming over. The overall place was clean, chiç and well maintained. The cleaning service is done every alternate days and is done very efficiently. Just a couple of things that could be bothersome - The washrooms are a little crammed up with very little leg space. My husband, who is over 6 ft, wouldn't fit on the toilet space. - The bedsheets may have not been completely clean as my husband and I both had itching on our legs after a nap. However, our overall experience was amazing and I would definately recommend this place for peaceful time in Goa.

Over our comfortable stay of 2 weeks at Sol Banyan we had such a great time. All thanks to the caring host Mrs. Chopra and the caretaker of the house, Rajnikant. Hygiene was maintained at all times as the cleaners came by daily. The apartment was also decorated in a lively manner adding to its beauty.

I am happy that I landed up on the Insta page @casabella204 of this Airbnb in Goa. Have visited Goa several times, but so far, this is the best Airbnb I have stayed at! Must highlight the plunge pool, which is the best part—from its complete privacy to its stunning views, it was just perfect for my girls’ trip. The entire space was beautifully designed, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super responsive and made sure we had a hassle-free experience. Was nervous while booking and before the check in as its was my first air bnb experience…. The first tour of the bnb me n the friends where so carzyyyy … as it was just upto the mark n hospitality from small stuffs like ice cubes to toothbrush… like just wowww the hygiene was just wowwwwww…. Our stay at Oscar Ji’s place was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the pristine pool, which was clearly well-maintained and refreshing. Oscar Ji himself was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. When we encountered a minor issue with the AC not cooling properly, he promptly arranged for a technician to come and resolve the problem. Within just two hours, the AC was back to working perfectly. Overall, our experience was delightful, and we would definitely choose to stay at Oscar Ji’s place again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent service!
