Really great place. Unfortunately the short cut to the beach seems to have been closed so best to hire bikes or scooters from the places up the road to get to the beach and local restaurants. Quiet peaceful place. Would recommend

Stayed here with family ( 7 adults+ 4 kids) ...for the Diwali weekend and also a celebration of my parents 51st wedding anniversary ..it was their 1st visit to Goa in their life. the home, Raj ( coordinator) , Vimal (cook) and staff Amit n Maya..took care of very well...They also helped us make a nice barbeque night... overall a wonderful experience.... oh yes.. Snowey, rani and mango ..the pets became family for us..

I had a fantastic stay at this Property! The residential property is in a great location, surrounded by lush green paddy fields—a truly serene and picturesque setting. The pool is sparkling clean and perfect for a relaxing dip. The property is peaceful, located on the ground floor, and offers decent amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to guide us with anything we needed. Plus, it's conveniently close to many local Goan restaurants. It's a family holiday trip with my mom and son. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed a very quality time. The place is very calm and cozy which was very needed by us. The room is well equipped with everything necessary kitchen items and well facility washroom. The host is very humble and polite. Apart from beach adventure, if anyone wants to enjoy greenary, calm and cozy time then this is the right place to choose away from all city noise and hassle. Will surely recommend. Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

The stay always absolute delight,jason is an excellent host and available at any point of time The stay is almost located at the heart of city and there are soo many places to visit near by.and coming to the santity of the flat, it is really good, a well maintained property ,the scenic outer garden with bonsai and a nice and cleanly maintained pool with the food they provide is really good ,finally Raju Bhai is pretty good assistant who will always takes your care no matter whatever be the time...

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hi we stayed for 3 nights at Neeraj’s place and would highly recommend it again 1. Great location - close to Candolim market and beaches. Central to drive anywhere . 2 . Clean well kept spacious house - it is great cozy place for 2-3 people with a small garden and patio as well . It has all the amenities you may need including a washing machine . It has only one bathroom ( a separate shower and toilet) but it is extremely spacious, clean and well kept . 3. Our dog loved it too - as it had a garden up front 4. The Host was responsive whenever you had a question . Thank you for a lovely stay . When we come back to North Goa , we will stay at your place again .

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

It's a nice and cozy place to spend with dearones and your pet also. Gated community and good security. Essential are very near. It's a great place to stay with lots of greenary around

Mario’s place was just what we needed and more for an early morning flight the next day. It was very homely, and the pool was such a great bonus. Instructions were clear and the place was spotless. We would definitely stay again!

We had such a wonderful time with our family at Casa de Xanti! The place is bright, spacious, and super nice, with two lovely bedrooms with separate entrances and a kitchen. Walking into the casa just felt so peaceful—lots of trees (jackfruit! mangoes! and lots more), plants, and the sound of birds all around. It’s the kind of place you go to unwind, soak in nature, and maybe even write a book. I especially loved chilling in the outdoor dining space in the mornings and at night, picking up a book from their shelf, and getting lost in it. . The hosts were awesome and Neel gave us the best recommendations for places to eat and explore. I think we managed to check off every spot on his list, and they were all amazing! Oh, and there’s a cute outdoor cat on the property, which just made the place feel even more homey. We had such a relaxing stay and would love to come back. Highly recommend!

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

Taber's place was lovely! It was clean, felt safe, there were no check in, check out hassles. Taber provided all the amenities mentioned in the description; the kitchen was well equipped, there were sufficient towels and blankets provided, the bathrooms were extremely clean, the hall had a lovely collection of books etc. The best part was the little balcony area from where we could see the river which is just perfect to wake up to. Me and my friends felt very much at home and we even extended our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Sophie is definitely a wonderful person and her place was extremely immaculate. As my future wife and I were traveling for 9 days Sophie was heaven sent. She is extremely responsive and went up and beyond her means to make us comfortable. The only regret we had was we didn’t spend enough time at her place as we were headed back to Delhi on Monday. I would say the villa reminds me a lot of Ocho Rios. They have 2 swimming pools on the property. I will definitely be back in 2025 mark my words. Sophie also has many books to read. She goes the extra mile for her guests. There is a kitchen available so you can go to the grocery store and back if you don’t want to dine out. If you do be sure to go to Mike’s Place they have the best vibe in Cavelossim Beach. So sad Reggae Haven was not open at the time. Best time to go to Goa is December - January. Lucious beach across the street about 3 minute walk. Be sure to check out all the stalls before buying if you are looking for something special.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The villa was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a perfect spot to relax, and the location was convenient for exploring Goa. The host was super helpful and responsive, making our trip even smoother. Ekta is a great host. She kept us informed with all necessary information about & around our stay. This studio apartment was well furnished with all necessary amenities required for our stay. We felt like staying at our own home. I will definitely stay here when we come again in Goa.

Photographs cannot justify the beauty of the apartment, it was much better. It is well designed with a loft, spacious and well maintained. The flat was right in front of the pool which is cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, people were helpful, the resort was beautiful just next to the beach through a private road. There were many eateries just next to the road and taxis were available a call away. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place is amazing, location is fabulous, it is very near to the market yet offers solitude, the place has inverter which was hery helpful during our stay, it is home away from home. We carried an entire bag of daily utilities like mirror, washing soap, scrubber etc but there wasn't any need to open it as the place had all of them, will definitely book it for my next trip as well. We not visited the pool as we stayed in house most of the time.
