stay was awesome. owner was very responsive. also Nahid and Maid Khdeza was fantastic. nahid is a superhero. I locked my door by mistake and around mid night I sent messages and resend Nahid straight away. I needed soft pillow and owner send me the soft pillow with in 5 minutes. I really appreciated that. Also Location was great and no mosquito at all. next time definitely I will stay here.

The apartment where we stayed for the last five days was extremely well-organized. The host was very kind and responsive. The apartment is spacious enough for 5-6 people, with three bedrooms and four washrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and suitable for preparing lunch or dinner for families. All the bedrooms, washrooms, dining, and living areas have well-functioning air conditioning and TVs. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a group of travelers. The host and co-host have thoughtfully planned the interior decoration of the apartment. We are completely satisfied and will definitely come back.

We stayed in this beautiful flat for two nights. Our primary aim was to rest after several days of travel, and the place served this purpose well. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the balconies provided great views of the surroundings. Many good eateries and shopping options are close by. The WiFi was adequate. Nothing to complain about really.

This was my first airBnB experience in Bangladesh. I was bringing my family to enjoy staying with me as well. Everything positive that has already been said by others, I standby it 100%. Our host’s hospitality was as gracious as the house he hosted us in. Exceptionally furnished and decorated as well. Anyone will feel at home there. I also felt very safe which is an extremely important factor for me. Our host was always super responsive and flexible with our needs. I recommend this place 10 out of 10 times and would strongly encourage anyone who is looking for an amazing host/house combo with the airport close by to reserve their stay here. Thank you Colonel!

This is a wonderful place. We had a great time. Mr. Mahmud and his staff were just marvelous. We would like to stay here again in the future.

He is very proactive and friendly person. I loved being there and enjoyed the area a lot. Clean house and good internet with work from home facility helped me to do what I wanted. Supermarket is super close and security Gard’s are super friendly. 24/7 lift, electricity and water. Can’t get better in uttara area. 100% recommended.

There was enough space for three adults and a baby - actually three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room! Good location and we felt safe around. Great hosts and other people, we will remember all the guys with warmth. It's so good that there weren't any insects here (except for a few mosquitoes)! There are a couple of things I think you need to keep in mind. 5 stars for cleanliness but for the Indian style of cleaning, if you know what I mean. And since this is the first floor, we couldn’t open the curtains; so we didn’t have enough sunlight. And It's a little quieter in Gulshan. Anyway the apartment is great, the people are very helpful, we had a great time here and we highly recommend staying here, you definitely won't regret it!
