One of the very best rental properties we have ever stayed at. Well maintained, incredibly well stocked and a kitchen setup ideal for cooking and entertaining. We had three couples plus a couple of children along and the house felt spacious for the numbers. It was an easy drive to the local nordic ski areas of Sawmill Creek and Sauble Cross Country. Had a great time at both and super friendly people!

Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Exactly what we were looking for during our weekend stay. We went back and forth from the cozy wood burning fireplace inside to the hot tub with the best winter weather. Just perfect.

Radu has a nice place. we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Deck was big. we also went into grand bend and played at bunker in the bend. best golf simulator i have been too.

This cottage is very charming and homey. Our kids loved the second floor bedrooms. The kitchen is remarkably well furnished. If you have kids then you could teach them how to use a woodstove (as noted by our youngest son). The second you walk in, you feel like you've been there for ages, and it reminds you of childhood Summers and other loved cottages.

This is a great place! Very clean, warm and inviting. It had everything you could need. Cheyene was very friendly and quick to respond. The backyard was nice and spacious and the fire pit and hot tub were perfect in making our getaway enjoyable and relaxing!

This air b&b was perfect for our girls night getaway. The house was cozy and clean, with a beautiful kitchen for cooking. Becky was also quick to respond and even extended our checkout the morning of because roads were bad where we lives. We will definitely back for our next getaway.

We had a fantastic stay for a weekend get away. Loved having the hot tub to use and being so close to many breweries and wineries gave us lots to donfor our weekend birthday getaway. Also loved that it was pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. Would totally stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy cottage for the weekend! It was beautifully decorated, super clean, and had everything we needed. The peaceful location was perfect for relaxing, yet close to nearby attractions. Our host was thoughtful and communicative, making sure we had a great experience. We can’t wait to return!

The place was so cozy. It was a bit chilly when we were there but the fireplace made it very comfortable for us. The scenery was magnificent. Kelly is a very great host. She is so honest and responded to our questions always. Will definitely go back again and recommend. 💕

Our stay was great! The airbnb was so cozy- it was the perfect winter getaway with the fireplaces and cozy atmosphere of the home. Our host was great and we even extended our stay an extra day because we loved it so much! We highly recommend going to the local museum (it’s a bit hard to access the lake in the winter from our experience because it snowed a bunch but there’s still lots to do). Would definitely go again!

Carla’s place is one of the best Air BnB’s I’ve seen, and I’ve been renting places for years! From the moment you open the door, you’ll find the place is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, warm and inviting. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a super comfortable stay. Curling up on the couch with a good book by the wood burning fireplace in the living room while it’s snowing outside is a special experience. There’s also a great fire pit in the completely fenced backyard which is excellent for the pups! And a 5 min walk to the beach. Carla was always prompt to reply to any messages and very accommodating. It is evident Carla is an experienced host and makes her guests comfort a priority. I hope to be back soon!

It was a last minute decision to book this and I’m so glad I did. It is a lovely, spacious home that was very comfortable. I liked that the beach was so close for winter walks. The host responded to any questions promptly making the experience totally enjoyable. I highly recommend this home for your next stay!

Had a great, last-minute wintry stay at Jill’s. The fireplace kept everyone cozy, and there was lots for our kiddo to keep occupied.

Brooke's two-story lakehouse is beautiful and peaceful. Very quick walk down to the lake. It was extremely clean and tidy and well stocked with kitchenware. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the birds return for spring--the windows are fantastic and make you feel like you're part of nature. It was still pretty cold when we were there but we did get to enjoy the grill and the outdoor spaces on a few warm days. The area is very safe feeling and has easy access to Simcoe and Port Rowan, the latter of which has an amazing local grocery store with bakers on staff. Their bread is the best I've ever had! Make the little trek over to visit it & enjoy the cakes and other treats!

We had such a lovely stay! Rose was an amazing host. We appreciated the clear communication, tidiness, and advice to make our stay so lovely. The place is as pictured and the location is perfect! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was so cute and cozy and had everything we needed! We had lots of snow during our visit, and loved getting to enjoy the peaceful and private property. We even dug out the campfire pit for a winter fire! Even with all the snow, we were warm and comfortable, with the portable heater coming in handy to warm up after trekking through the snow! Jaclyn was so thoughtful and helpful as a host! We were very well taken care of! I would highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing, peaceful, and cozy getaway surrounded by nature!

I've stayed about five times at the Cottage. We go back because we love the space it's so open, and outside there's so much green space and so much to do depending on the weather! We always enjoy a night at Cowbell which is so close! On cold nights you can snuggle by the fireplace and keep warm and cozy. The hosts were great at keeping the snow out of the laneway so we could get in and out. Thanks again Melanie we really had a great time!

Our family had a fantastic vacation at Paula and Chris’s cottage on Lake Eugenia. This beautifully rustic and well-loved cottage is perfectly equipped for guests of all ages and interests. Although the weather started off cold and rainy, and not good for swimming at first, we took the opportunity to explore the nearby Bruce Trails, just a short 5-10 minute drive away, where we enjoyed spectacular views. Back at the cottage, the fire pit made our evenings cozy and memorable, and the hot tub was an amazing bonus while we waited for the weather to improve. Once the sun came out, the kids couldn’t wait to jump into the lake, and they had an absolute blast! The Lily pad was amazing- hours and hours of uninterrupted fun. Lake Eugenia is a stunning spot perfect for swimming and just the right size for exploring by canoe or kayak. A big thank you to Chris and Paula for being such wonderful hosts!

My sister and I had a wonderful week! The cabin is clean, well-appointed and surprisingly close to the beach. Labour Day Weekend was busy but everyone was friendly and respectful, and everyone abided by the the 11pm quiet rule. This cabin is ideally located. It is a 20 minute walk / 5 minute drive to the Sauble Beach strip and the town of Sauble Beach is a great take-off point for a wide variety of day trips, shops and restaurants in Southhampton, Port Elgin, Owen Sound, Tobermory. The sunsets and the gorgeous blue-green water will knock you out. If you have any beach-bum in you, this is the place for you.

The glorious sunsets, the gorgeous grounds, the warm and welcoming living space -- all that and more is aptly covered in the previous comments. But what you won't get until you visit this cottage is the sense that this is a truly singular experience. Amanda has anticipated and fulfilled every need, leaving you to luxuriate fully in a dazzling lakeside abode. Every glance at Huron is riveting and every effort has been made to ensure your comfort. We had an amazing stay at the Cozy Cottage. Place was exactly as described - great space inside kitted out with everything we needed. Bed was super comfy and the hot tub and sauna were both excellent. Hosts were great - easy to communicate with any helpful with local recommendations. It’s a really private and peaceful getaway - we will be back for sure.

Huma provided a comfortable and beautiful property for my friends and i. Fire pit, speaker, pots and pans and kindly provided coffee for the stay. And good coffee at that. Beautiful location. We will be coming back next year.

We enjoyed our visit to Sauble Beach and Yvonne’s cottage was great. Super clean with everything you need for a weekend away. Their place is next store which would make it helpful if guests needed anything at all. We ran out of potable water and it was provided immediately. The hot tub is located in the backyard with a deck surrounded by a big yard and three beautiful cabins. While we didn’t use them, bicycles, kayaks and paddle boards (plus more) are available for use at no charge. We loved that a beautiful beach is a block away. Perfect location for anyone looking to explore the area. Our visit was right at the end of summer season so all restaurants were open. We loved this area and proximity to Tobermory.
