my daughter and i always love to stay in avalon on our daddy/daughter trips to the valley, and this condo was by far the most like home. amazing 3rd floor location, corner of the building (ridiculously quiet), and over the lake. coming from guanacaste, its nice to have that many windows to open on colder nights, and was almost torture to leave early on a sunday to beat holiday traffic heading back north. absolutely amazing stay.

Excelente ubicación, la zona inmejorable y el alojamiento de primera. Estuvimos súper cómodos y seguros. Ernesto súper amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda es un lugar super recomendable y muy agradable. Nos sentimos como en casa. Muy cómodos y bien atendidos. Gracias Ernesto por todo.

Convenient location to Heredia and Cariari. We stayed here for my spouse’s birthday for a weekend in the GAM, and it was comfortable and convenient. Walkable to a few useful places (a handful of restaurants, convenience stores, and accessible to the bus line) while still feeling very private and peaceful. Check-in with the gate guard was painless and quick.

nous avons aimé l’endroit , beau quartier calme et sécuritaire, une piscine magnifique, très belle appartement avec toutes les commodités. Beaucoup de rangement dans les chambres . Je recommande sans hésiter.

Jorge was a great host and the place was immaculate. Exactly as described and a very responsive host. Building amenities are great and lots to do in the area. If we are in the areas again we will stay here again.

Bon rapport qualité prix, l’appartement est simple et fonctionnel. Un peu bruyant mais comme partout à San José. L’hôte a été hyper arrangeant et réactif c’était très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Exactly what you need for a stay close be the city but not down town. Gil is super nice and responsive. He was flexible and helped us out with any issue we had. The apt. is equipped with everything needed and the view is breath taking.

We had a pleasant time at Roland’s apartment. The apartment was clean and Roland provided both baby crib and high chair for our son. The apartment complex was very baby friendly, with playroom and outside play area. Roland was very responsive and a great host

El apartamento es pequeño, tipo estudio; pero demasiado cómodo y hermoso, con todo lo que se necesita para una estadía corta o larga. La cama riquísima, hay aire acondicionado, se siente uno muy seguro y confortable. El lugar es muy tranquilo, muy cerca de todo, fácil de llegar. Me sorprendió la torre inteligente de parqueo que tiene el edificio y muy amable don Domingo, uno de los guardas del lugar, le explica a uno todo, como maestro de escuela. Muchas gracias, María Jesús. Recomendado el lugar, 100%.

The condo is very nice and spacious. We stayed for 3 days and it is very quiet and peaceful. I recommend Sheyla's place very highly. Thank you Sheyla for being an excellent host.

Lymon is beyond exceptional as a Host and as an individual. Every time I sent a message to Lymon he responded quickly. The building is very secure with a guard at the front gate. Location is central and was just what I needed. I had just underwent major surgery. The second day at his flat I realized I needed support and help. I messaged Lymon via Airbnb - my crisis number at the time and within 30 minutes someone was at my door to help me! Edith, my angel, is so awesome! She truly is a gem; she helped me with everything in the condo and came by twice a day to make sure I was ok. I did pay her; that’s just normal. I am so very grateful and privileged to have met these 2 special souls. If you have any questions let me know!

Merci à Maria del Pilar de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans son appartement, qui a de nombreuses communautés ( parking, piscine...) également un charmant petit restaurant juste en sortant ou nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners. A savoir nous sommes allés au centre ville en voiture (Uber pour un prix dérisoire) retour à pied tout à fait faisable. Les prestations sont à la hauteur de la description.

Ein sehr schöne, mit Liebe ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung. Ich habe gut geschlafen. Garage und Aufzug waren comfortabel. Bryan hat sich zu meinen Anfragen sofort und sehr freundlich gemeldet.

Ingreso sumamente fácil y mucho más rápido que en otros lugares , vista increíble , con todo lo necesario , excelente opción .

El lugar es realmente increíble, las vistas y el sonido del río es la combinación perfecta. El apartamento está bien cuidado y limpio, realmente te sentís como en casa. Además, hay varias actividades que podés hacer: caminar por los senderos, nadar o hacer ejercicio rodeada de naturaleza. Marlene es una gran anfitriona, siempre atenta y con una gra disposición para ayudarte. ¡Nos encantará volver!

Great place and great communication highly recommend this apartment

Es un departamento espectacular, en un condominio nuevo y muy bien ubicado. Perfecto para iniciar la travesía en Costa Rica. La piscina del condominio es fuera de serie y a pesar de que fue una estancia del paso, me hubiera quedado feliz una semana. Tiene un Walmart a pasos y fue perfecto para abastecerse y comprar todo lo que olvidaste en casa. Lo mejor fue la cercanía con el terminal de buses desde donde partía nuestro autobús a La Fortuna. 😊. Muy buena elección ✨ y agradecido por la atención y la disposición de Damaris. Siempre atenta para lo que necesites

Marcela y Agustín fueron muy amables y nos brindaran todas las informaciones del apartamento y sus facilidades. Tiene una excelente infraestrutura de piscina, canchas y parque para perros. El apartamento está full amueblado y cumplió con nuestras expectativas y necesidades.

Excelente estadía, buenas vista, todo en orden, nos encantó el lugar lo recomendamos sin duda alguna
