Andrés y su familia nos han acogido de manera increíble, atentos siempre, solícitos a cualquier problema que pudiera surgir para solucionarlo de inmediato, Andrés siempre está cerca para solucionarlo todo, sin restarle ni un ápice de intimidad a nuestra estancia. La casa es sencillamente magnífica con un maravilloso jardín muy bien cuidado, con todo lo necesario para todos los quehaceres normales de una casa; cocina, lavar la ropa; todo muy cómodo y muy espacioso, no le falta un detalle a ninguna aspecto de la casa; ropa de cama, toallas, utensilios para cocinar… cualquier cosas que uno necesite, la casa lo tiene. Nosotros fuimos por trabajo y solo podemos decir que el marco para trabajar es incomparable, por lo espacioso del lugar y lo bien situado para acceder a todas las áreas de la Gran Área Metropolitana de San José. Además tiene tiendas y supermercados cerca lo que facilita mucho la logística diaria. Solo podemos recomendar este lugar tan maravilloso y especial y lo único que nos da lástima es no haber tenido más tiempo libre para disfrutar de ese magnífico espacio ideal para recorren Costa Rica y tener un punto de referencia desde donde poder desplazarse por todo el país…. La próxima vez así lo haremos…. Ya que ¿Qué mejor sitio desde donde conocer y recorrer todo el país…? ¡Muchísimas gracias de corazón Andrés y a tu familia!

Marion gave great instructions, was responsive and place was as advertised. The neighborhood was walkable with several good restaurants just a couple blocks away. My daughters and grand baby were there to visit family for a week and this location was close to family and was a perfect space for the three of us.

Me he quedado en esta casa en Sabanilla muchas veces y siempre es una experiencia excelente. Es un lugar muy cómodo, bien equipado y en una ubicación tranquila, ideal para descansar. Los anfitriones son atentos y mantienen todo impecable. ¡100% recomendado!

Daniel and his team were amazing hosts! They were incredibly kind, always helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time! Host was very responsive which was amazing and we were a little early but she still let us check in and get sorted. Big place with lots of space, the no hot water was interesting 🙈 haha. The only thing I will say is that one of the bedrooms (with the single bed and pull out single bed is down in the garage… luckily we didn’t have anyone stay there as we only needed 6 rooms, but I would not have liked to stay in that room myself.. The view from the top floor bedroom is phenomenal! Would stay here again 😄 Overall great place!

We stayed for about a month and the house fit our needs well.The property and neighborhood felt safe. The back garden is private. The kitchen had most things needed to make meals. We used the toaster oven because it worked better than the stove oven. There was grocery shopping and a park with workout equipment nearby. Marcela was very responsive whenever an issue arose which was much appreciated.

Porfirio's apartment was the perfect location for a week-long work trip at the University. I specifically looked for a place with minimal street noise, which is often hard to find in the San Jose metropolitan area. As a single female traveler, safety is an important concern. The location, with a guard at the street entrance, and a secure entry system, helped me feel very safe. The space was perfect for my needs with high ceilings, great cross-ventilation, and nice views. The kitchen is nicely equipped and there are numerous markets within a short walk.

El lugar está en una zona demasiado estratégica y muy tranquila, uno puede caminar con seguridad e ir a Barrio Escalante muy fácil. Catalina siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada y de cualquier cosa que necesitábamos. Nada más tomar en cuenta que es un loft, nosotros como íbamos por poco tiempo nos pareció genial ya que tenía todo lo necesario, pero si buscas un espacio más amplio debes tenerlo en cuenta, porque para acceder a las camas debes subir unas gradas un poco empinadas, pero nada que nos afectara la placentera estadía que tuvimos.

This place was amazing for the cost. Ramon is a great host and always there when you need! Definitely a place I would stay again if I am passing back through San Jose!

Location is great. Was able to park the car and walk everywhere we needed. Plenty of food and things to do nearby. Host was very responsive and instructions were very clear. Place looks like advertised. Be sure to take advantage of the jacuzzi.

I highly recommend this host and apartment! Great location in Escalante, where you can find several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you may need for your stay in San Jose at a very reasonable price. The staff at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. The host was incredibly responsive. I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes for her to get back to me. 5/5 communication! The elevator that parks your car is also really nice. You simply drop off your car and retrieve it when you are ready to leave without the struggles of driving inside a parking garage. The only thing to keep in mind is that you are not allowed to bring visitors to your apartment. So, if you're planning on having guests, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Fernando was a very good host. He was there waiting for me when I arrived and walked me through the house. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. There is no air conditioner in the condo but the open window allowed comfort through the day and the nights were very cool. There is a train close by but it did not cause us any issues. If these are negatives they are just very slight as they cause us no issues at all. Now the location. This trip was for pure relaxation. The condo was very comfortable. The neighbor was just what I wanted to experience. Every morning to get up early and walk the 40 yards to the pulperia and bakery for breakfast. Amazing friendly neighbors and the mountain back drop. The very secure building. The 400 yard walk to Walmart if I needed something bigger. The bus to San José or the 1600 colones taxi ride to downtown San Jose from cinco esquinas. You will not find restaurants within walking distance but between the pulperia and Walmart we were able to buy ingredients to cook most meals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook and serve. I was there for 5 nights and it was my most relaxing visit to San Jose. Usually I stay at hotels downtown. Here I was able to feel comfortable and relax. My next visits will be right back here. I have recommended it to my friends. Ernest Carmona

This was our first time in Costa Rica, so we were a little intimidated about staying in the heart of a big city. However, from start to finish we had a wonderful time! The condo was easy to find and located next to a ton of restaurants, bars, markets, museums parks… I could go on but there was so much to do we couldn’t fit it all in during our 3 night stay. The property was clean, beautiful, safe and private. As for the host, Karil, he was fantastic as well. He contacted us with very thorough instructions prior to our arrival, as well as a litany of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. I would stay at a property owned by Karil again without hesitation. I cannot recommend this airbnb enough! 5+ stars and we would love to stay here again if we are ever back in San Jose!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein absoluter Großstadttraum. Mega Ausstattung und mega Aussicht. Dazu ist das Secrt Sabana mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. (Besonders der 31. Stock ist mehr als Sehenswert)

We absolutely loved our stay at Jennifer’s place! It is a wonderful building that is in a perfect location to walking and exploring the city and local flavors. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing safety, security, and keeping everything pristine, and the amenities are perfect for restful days. Staying here absolutely elevated our experience in Costa Rica and we will certainly be aiming to stay here for future visits! Thank you!

Great place for 4 people, amazing amenities (gym, pool), very clean and great building

This is my second time staying at this location and having Veronica as a hostess. I love the building and the unit. Great location. The unit was very cleaned and just as advertised. Veronica was extremely responsive to my inquiries. I would definitely stay here again.
