good place to stay but listing discription of the listing should be improved a lot ...it's creating few confusions while booking

This is literally a place that is shileded by coconut trees between you and the beach. You will hear the waves the entire night and it's a beautiful sound. In terms of the residence, it's rustic and a place to shower and sleep and if that's what you're looking for and intend to spend time seeing the place, I definitely recommend. Sindhura was amazingly helpful and supportive - please ask for help with directions to the place 😉

Host Sindhura is very responsive, always available to cater to your needs, However, the location is not ideal if you’re not keen on walking . We had to walk a couple of kms to the stay as it’s not directly accessible via road.

Pros: 1. Property is near to beach, it is walkable. Since, it is near to beach, u will enjoy this place. 2. Rooms are clean, furniture n bed are in good state. 3. Host is polite and responsive. Cons: 1. Property is 100-150 metre far from main road. So u have to walk this distance, if want to go to other place 2. AC is not there, so if u r coming in off season and it is summer, it will be very hot. (again this climate will be across Gokarna in summer months) 3. Second floor room is the top floor of property and if it is summer (off season), room will boiled up. In conclusion, Property is good and u will enjoy here, if u are coming in season (Nov-Feb). Host is nice and helpful. Walking 100-150 metre from main road to reach property is fine since u will visit other sites, beach, caves by trekking only 😀

The place is amazing because of its location near the river and sunset makes this place more beautiful. We spent whole evening watching the sunset, you can also book a boat ride to near by beaches which will make the experience more better. It is a small and a cozy place which has 3 cottages so if you want to have privacy with not many visitors for your big family or groups you should check out this place The outdoor setup is so luxurious and vibrant that outdoor chilling with your friends becomes more fun! Overall a good stay!

I had the most amazing 3-day stay at this lakeside property in Goa! The location was absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views of the lake and surrounding nature. The highlight for me was the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, and the serene atmosphere made it even more special. The property itself was well-maintained, with cozy, comfortable rooms that had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. If you're looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating retreat in Goa, this place is an absolute gem! Just perfect with the 2 pools and sofas and by the river. You don't even feel the need to go out. All the beaches are relatively close by. There is even a boat service from the property to butterfly beach which. Overall, a beautiful property.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in South Goa with our 1.5-year-old baby. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation with a toddler. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and we appreciated how baby-proof the space was—the furniture had curved edges instead of sharp points, making it much safer for our little one. The location was perfect—peaceful and close to stunning beaches, with plenty of family-friendly cafés and restaurants nearby. One of the highlights was the outdoor space, which had a swimming pool and private car parking. Our little one could play safely while we enjoyed the serene surroundings. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals whenever needed. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. My friend and I had a wonderful stay a Vishals place. The house is even better than the photos and it felt so freeing to be in our own space, prepare our own food and do everything in our own time. Diljit, the house manager is nothing short of a super star, so kind and considerate, nothing was too much. Diljit even carefully baked some cashews that had fallen from the tree out in the garden for us, (cashews are poisonous if not prepared correctly!) The house is a short walk to Patnem but a way away to find peace too. Thankyou for having us. We will be back.

This villa is better than the pictures, a perfect place to detox in the lap of nature. It’s so quiet that you can hear birds chirping most of the day time. The view of the water, mangrove forest and the hills behind was so relaxing. Overall an awesome villa with efficient staff & very friendly host. A special thanks to Katja.

I had my first 2 nights in India ever, and what an introduction! Dharman was incredibly helpful allowing an early check in, by keeping the accommodation empty for the night before, and for no extra charge! Dharman booked us a taxi from the airport, so our arrival was hassle free!, and Dharman was waiting to greet us and check is in, he then drove my partner to the local supermarket to get supplies! The place is set in a beautiful, tranquil setting, was immaculate, and the bed was extremely comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped and nothing was too much trouble for Dahman to help us with, booking boat trips, taxis and allowing a late check out! Would highly recommend this delightful gem and would love to stay again sometime soon!

My friend and I have just spent 3 weeks in this lovely house. It's set back next to Magic View restaurant at the end of beautiful Patnem beach and is easy to find . You just step out of the door and your toes are in the sand. The house is basic but has everything that you need. There's a veranda to sit on and watch the world go by. Inside there's a big bed, a ceiling and standing fan. We didn't use the air-conditioning as we prefer not to. There's a good sized fridge and a basic kitchen. There's not really enough pots and pans to cook properly but it ok to make drinks and snacks. ,there's plenty of restaurants nearby anyway. There was always hot water in the bathroom but the pressure is really poor. it wasn't an issue for us as a hot bucket bath perfectly sufficed. We never met Kanishk but he responded promytly via phone and fixed the wifi when we had issues.We've stayed at quite a few different places in the area and this was by far the best. Highly recommended.

Tanvi and Dipanshu's place is absolutely amazing!! We had a fantastic stay in the traditional cottage which is set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The location is perfect and there are lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance, also the beautiful beach of Patnem is only a scenic 10 minute walk away. The AC works great as does the WiFi. The cottage itself is very spacious and extremely comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need including a big fridge/freezer and the large bathroom has a lovely shower which seems to have endless hot water! What really makes this place special is the big outside balcony area where you can relax on the comfortable furniture and listen to all the different wildlife. The hosts were always available and helpful.. I would definitely recommend this beautiful traditional Goan cottage to future guests 🙂
