Great house and very comfortable in Türkbuku. Gets a bit noisy from the music in town after 7pm but amazing views from the house and very roomy and spacious place inside.

Great location , wonderful place and fantastic host Erkan who was super helpful and proactive with his communication . The house is perfectly located with close proximity to the marina and amenities , groceries . We also rented a car and access from the area was super easy . We highly recommend this place for families or a big group . We will surely come again !

Fantastisk 3-dages bådtur med Mustafa i Bodrum Vi havde en utrolig 3-dages bådtur med Mustafa i Bodrum. Fra start til slut var det en afslappende og mindeværdig oplevelse. Maden var fantastisk – frisk og velsmagende tyrkisk mad, som vi nød i solnedgangen. Vi sov på dækket under stjernerne, hvilket var helt magisk. Mustafa tog os til smukke, skjulte bugter, hvor vi svømmede i det klare, blå vand. Ingen stress, kun ro og afslapning. Mustafa og hans besætning sørgede for, at vi havde det godt hele vejen. En perfekt måde at opleve Bodrum på – varmt anbefalet!

Really enjoyed this beautiful place and it was the perfect home to host a large family Very much enjoyed the pool and living area spaces which are very spacious. The location is great as there are many different villages to go to in Bodrum area and I felt this was perfect. Amazing home. Highly recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt, als Familie mit zwei Kindern, in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse/dem Garten ist wirklich beeindruckend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Die Villa liegt in einer gated community, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht; ein perfekter Vermieter!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Ugur's place is wonderful and we had a fabulous holiday there. The pool and outside spaces were amazing and the view is incredible. The walk down to the beach is steep but it is close. Ugur was a lovely host. She was kind and attentive, and came round as soon as there was any issue. She met us at the airport and even accompanied me to the local supermarket on our first day. She couldn't do enough to help; definitely 5 stars! Be aware that the local area is changing quickly. There are lots of new houses being built close by, with one being built in front of Ugur's house. Local roads and infrastructure aren't quite keeping up but it's not a big issue. Local restaurants are fabulous, with great places to eat nearby with amazing views and some sweet fish restaurants down in Bogazici. You do need a car. We would be happy to book again, no doubt about it, as long as Ugur would have us!

Gio’s villa/townhouse is located just outside Bodrum center (marina) in a community with small 2-unit villas and this one is on the top floor (two levels) with bedrooms downstairs and kitchen, extra bathroom, living area and balcony upstairs. It is a clean place and well-maintained. Note that it comfortably sleeps 5 people (2 double and one single bed), but for 7 guests, the sofas upstairs would have to be used (not sleeper-sofas). For a group of young people, this may not be an issue, but for more settled travelers, this could be.. Also note that the view outside is limited - you will not have sea view from Gio’s villa, but look at the villas in front and next to it, although that is fairly reflected in the price. Beach access is on a small strip between 2 hotels (Azka and Salmakis) or through 2 beach clubs nearby, left and right of the hotels. Gio is easy to communicate, reliable and went an extra mile to address concerns.

sessiz sakin kendi halinizde kafa dinleyebileceğiniz bi yer. biz iki çift gittik ev gayet büyüktü rahatça sığabildik. sadece gümüşlük bize göre biraz sakin kalıyodu eğlenmek için fazla seçeneğimiz yoktu kaldığımız yer bodrum merkeze yarım saatti onun dışında ev gayet temizdi havuz da aynı şekilde ortak olduğu halde temizdi biz memnun kaldık teşekkür ederiz:)

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

Eda Hanım oldukça nazik bir ev sahibi olup aynı zaman da çok ilgiliydi. Kendimi bir dostumun evinde misafirmişim hissiyatı oluşturdu. Bunun dışında evin konumu ve otantik havası güzel bir deneyim yaşattı 👍🏻

Alev thank you so much for the lovely stay. Coming from Dubai to Bodrum area during the “off-season” for respite from our heat was beyond incredible. My 2.5y old toddler loved the little backyard, as well as the beautiful flowers and nearby little park, and my 4 mth old baby and I thoroughly enjoyed your outdoor balcony swing where we read and napped every afternoon. My husband and I loved your big kitchen for cooking all our meals. Your place was exactly what we were looking for, thanks for your hospitality!!

Elena hn ın evinin düzeni ,eşyaların fazlasıyla yeterli ,kaliteli ve donanımsal olarak yeni olması tatilimizi son derece kolaylaştırdı.Temiz düzenli her şey yedekli durumda çok kaliteliydi.Tatil öncesi ,ve tatil esnasında iletişimimiz sürekli vardı .Gezip dolaşacağımız ,yemek yiyebileceğimiz ,alışveriş yapacağımız markete kadar bize yardımcı olup rehberlik yaptı.Havuz deniz konusunda bizi öncesinde bilgilendirmişti hiç zorluk çekmedik.Sitedeki tüm komşularda Elena hn ı çok sevdiğinden bizide ilk günden misafirleri gibi candan karşılayıp ilgilendiler.Evi Elena hn ın sayesinde elimizle koymuş gibi bulduk.Elena hn ın öncesindeki bilgilendirmeleri ile sanki daha önce gelmişiz gibi çok kolay adapte olduk.Evin manzarası,Havuz ,deniz (yürüme mesafesi olmasına rağmen ) araçla gittiğimiz için çok keyifliydi.Sitenin geneli merdivenli ancak Elena hn ın evi çok kolay ulaşılabilir kısımda yer almaktadır.Çok memnun kaldık seneye tekrar görüşmek üzere herkese tavsiye ederim.

Öncelikle Ilgın Hanım’ın sıcak ve samimi yaklaşımı bizi çok rahat hissettirdi, ne zaman iletişime geçsek çok çabuk dönüş aldık. Ev mükemmel; gerçekten resimlerdekinden daha güzel. Özellikle 2. Kattaki manzara nedeniyle yeşillikler içindeki havuzu zaman zaman göz ardı etmek durumunda kaldık. Ev, tertemiz bir şekilde teslim edildi. Evde tüm ihtiyacımızı karşılayacak malzeme ve eşya vardı. Özetlemek gerekirse; hem evden hem de misafirperverliği nedeniyle Ilgın Hanım’dan çok memnun kaldık.

Mekan çok huzurlu, muhteşem gün batımı izledik, Nazime hanım’a çok teşekkür ediyoruz, huzurunu bize aktardı, çok memnun kaldık.

We had an amazing two-week stay at this villa! The location is perfect, just a 5-minute drive to the Yalikavak Marina with great restaurants, and 20 minutes from a lovely sandy beach in Bitez. The house is fully equipped with all amenities and very practical, plus the pool is fantastic. A special thanks to Mrs. Damla, who went above and beyond to meet our needs with prompt and helpful service. A big thank you to Mrs. Esra for handling all the logistics seamlessly. We enjoyed a luxurious airport pick-up and drop-off, and even had a rental car delivered directly to our villa. The entire process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Долго выбирали виллу с бассейном, вариантов было много, остановились именно на этом и не пожалели. Отдыхали с 22.07-11.08 очень понравилось, уезжать не хотелось, думали продлить до конца месяца, но не получилось, нашу маленькую собачку не с кем было оставить, она ждала нас дома. Описание полностью соответствует, когда мы приехали,нас встретил человек, который присматривает за домом. Он всё показал и рассказал.На вилле было чисто, на территории растут прекрасные растения, великолепный бассейн. Если будет желание готовить, на кухне имеется вся необходимая посуда. Очень красивый и незабываемый вид с террасы! Общение с собственником всегда было положительным, на наши просьбы быстро реагировал и всё решал. До пляжа идти мин 7, но нас это не смутило, так мы любим пешие прогулки. Пляж ухоженный, вода в море прозрачная, с красивым изумрудным цветом. Мы были приятно удивлены, какие приветливые отдыхающие турецкие семьи на этом пляже, всегда поздороваются, спросят как дела.Находиться было одно удовольствие! На территории очень хорошее кафе, всё что заказывали было вкусно, если чего-то нет в меню, то можно попросить, всё приготовят индивидуально. На виллу также можно заказывать , всё доставляют быстро. Мы провели прекрасные три недели!

Our stay was lovely, the place was clean, and the staff were really nice, lovely pool, and good restaurant, we had a 10% discount on all items on the menu, we recommend their special breakfast with great varieties, we had it almost every day of our stay. good parking space, good location, there is a lovely street on the sea with restaurants and souvenir shops behind the compound, highly recommend this place if you're looking to have a great time in Bodrum. thumbs up !

the location is absolutely amazing. it is 40 minutes away from bodrum airport, 20 minutes away from guemuesuelue (a nice fisher-village), 10-15 minutes away from bitez beach, 15 minutes away from yalikavak (high class marina), between 5-15 minutes away from any supermarkt, 15 minutes away from bodrum marina and guembet (both shoppoing places), 10 minutes away from midtown mall, 6 minutes away from a stunning view point with wind mils. it is a quiet place with a stunning view, the architecture of the home is stunning and unique, it has so many beautiful spots to take nice pictures. the garden and the pool area is amazing and offers a lot space to relax. the hosts are super friendly, helpful and proactive, we had some minor issues with the flushes in the water but it was solved within few moments. recommending 100%

A wonderful villa with sea and bay view from the terrace. It has a private pool and a beautiful courtyard. It was very clean and smelled good. Tracey was very friendly and welcoming. She was very flexible with checkin and check out time. She welcomed us and showed us around. She was very helpful with local tips. She helped me with the car rental, and advised me few restaurants nearby. We truly enjoyed all her advices. This villa is quite big enough for large families. The pool is sparkling clean and well equipped with all kind of pool toys for kids. Terrace of the villa is just amazing with the stunning view and breeze. I have no single negative point during our entire stay. For sure will come back again. I would like to thank you Tracey once again being so nice and helpful during our stay. All the best :)

The apartment is perfect for a couple or single person. My girlfriend and I stayed for a month, and the size was perfect. The location is pretty great. Everything is in 30min walking distance (Bodrum downtown but also Gümbet, which is another bay). It's on top of a hill though, so if you don't like walking there's always the Dolmus very close by (local small bus that leaves every 10min). The terrace is huge and has an awesome view of the marina. If you visit during high season, you might hear the loud music of the clubs. They are across the bay, however, the landscape directs the soundwaves to the apartment. Weird phenomenon. Luckily, the bedroom is on the other side of the house and it's always quiet to sleep. Ayca is a great host, communication is fast and flawless. Would definitely book again!
