Property is very clean, kitchen is fully equipped, have all the facilities like home - cooker, mixer, smart tv, fully automatic washing machine, clean bathrooms, geysers, etc very much enjoyed the property and host was always responsive.

I looked this place up for an outing with my doggo and my sister and this place turned out to be great vacation home. As it is a new layout, it's little to the outskirts of Mysore but easily accessible even for food delivery. It was well compounded like I wanted for my dog. There's one huge bedroom and extra mattresses too for extra people to crash in. The atmosphere is peaceful with a well maintained garden and the surrounding is serene with birds chirping around. Vijendra was a great host to coordinate with us starting from arrival till we left with a filled heart. Will definitely visit again as it is one of the beautiful spaces in Mysore.

Fresh towels, hot water, lots of room for yoga and chilling were the highlights of this space! Very peaceful part of Gokolum, and an easy walk to all the cafes and yoga shalas. I had a great time staying here as my base as I explored Mysore. Simran and her mother were very flexible, understanding and helpful, and I very much appreciated that. As hosts, they made my time in the city all the better! The house is spacious and off the main road, so it’s usually quite quiet at night, a good respite from the noise of the city especially during Dasara! There is a convenient bus to the city not far from the house, and Uber also worked very well. About 110 rupee to Mysore Palace by tuktuk (“auto”). They provide clean drinking water and there’s a place to hang your clothes outside. Some good vegetarian restaurants in walking distance. The house is fairly old, but apart from the electricity sockets which were a little bit loose for my devices’ connections, it was all pretty well-maintained and everything was clean. I’d stay again!

We had a really great experience staying here—it truly felt like a home away from home. The host has maintained the house so well, thoughtfully providing everything a guest could need. This was our first trip with our 1-year-old baby, and even he felt comfortable and happy during our stay. The place has definitely set a benchmark for what an ideal Airbnb should be. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Preetham’s place for a week to ring in the new year and had an amazing time. The villa was exactly as advertised and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a peaceful locality away from the city noise, it was still just a 10-15 minute drive to the city center. Preetham’s family was very welcoming, and we loved their company. The house was kept neat and clean, and we especially appreciated the care Preetham took to ensure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The open terrace offered beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset, perfect for sipping tea, coffee, or even a chilled beer. There were also board games to while away the time. Overall, we had an awesome time and plan to surely visit again in the future. Thanks Preetham! especially grateful for your hospitality. Good luck hosting and continue the great job!!

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained.

Très bon endroits pour visiter Mysore et ses alentours. Endroit très propre , sécuritaire (gardien 24h/24) , bien placé dans la ville. Nous avons séjourné 5 jours , l’hôte nous offrait de l’eau et des fruits frais. Tout était neuf dans l’appartement. Pareil comme sur les photos. Merci encore une fois pour votre hospitalité !

Nice, cozy unit in a desirable neighborhood. The place is squeaky clean and sufficient for the needs of a single visitor. The surroundings are peaceful and allow for an authentic Mysuru experience, nestled as it amongst the homes of local inhabitants. The care taker by the name of Prasad is extremely helpful and always available. Overall, great value for money!

Great stay. Very peaceful area, which was very welcome in such a busy city. The apartment has everything you need for a short break & limited cooking - no need to cook with good cafes so close. Tharak is a brilliant host, very proactive and extremely helpful on local recommendations and a great person to chat with. Special thanks to Dorna for the amazing cookies.

Nice service apartment, place was clean and tidy..exactly like the photos posted. The caretaker Topan is very friendly, supportive and just a call away. He ensures all your needs are taken care and always has a smiling face. Definitely a place to stay again.. We easily got blinkit , Swiggy delivered as and when needed. we stayed for 2 nights. location is little inside from the main road but once you reach the service apartment you feel nice. Just avoid taking big cars like XUV 700 , otherwise good place to stay . +1 for the caretaker who helped us with all our requests. ✅️

I and my wife with a infant stayed here for one day. Place matches description and very neat and clean. The care taker ashok is very nice guy he is very helpful and always be there to assist for anything we need. Price is bit more comparing to other stays in Mysuru. I stayed similar stays in mysuru for almost half of the price i payed for this. May be its worth if we have more than 2 persons or staying with at least 2 families.

The place was very clean and accessible, we were 4 people and the rooms and bed were comfortable to stay in. Has a working TV with OTT platforms, which was good enough for some leisure time. Definitely worth the price
