נהנינו מאד ! הדירה מקסימה ונקיה ביותר . קרובה מאד לים הנוף מהדירה מהמם . התקשורת עם פיליפ מרגע ההזמנה היתה מצוינת . הדירה נוחה ונעימה מאד . מצאנו בקלות . ופיליפ אישר לנו צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר ללא עלות . ממליצים מאד

The apartment was clean. The location is great. Shmariah was very kind and welcomed us when we arrived. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well-stocked and it had a water filter where you can get hot, lukewarm and cold water. Before we arrived, we planned on meeting up with another group of three, 1 week later, and managed to extend our stay to include all five of us in this same apartment. I want to thank Shmariah for working with us through this change. I think this added some confusion initially, but we got everything resolved.

Great location, super supportive host. Even though it’s not the newest building everything is clean and great value for money .

ישנו אצל סוזן שני לילות, לפני ואחרי החתונה שלנו וזה היה פשוט מושלם! נקי ונעים שתי מרפסות מהממות יש חשיבה על כל הפרטים הקטנים (גם אלו שאנחנו לא חשבנו עליהם), מטבח מאובזר, מראה, מגהץ, מגבות בשפע, אפילו מגבות לים! הכל יפה שם ומפנק וסוזן כל כך אדיבה ונחמדה וגם התנהלה מולנו ברגישות רבה ממליצים ממש בחום! תודה סוזן 🩷

אירחנו שלושה אורחים מאירופה לאירוע משפחתי שהתקיים בפורים. בחרנו אתהדירה של קרלוס מתוך מגוון נכסים באיזור קיסריה/זיכרון. לאורחים שלנו היו חשובים מספר פרמטרים כאשר החשובים בהם היו: ניקיון, זמינות ושקט. לגבי הניקיון: הדירה נקייה ומסודרת וממש לא צריך כלום כדי להרגיש שהנכס מושקע. לגבי הזמינות: קרלוס היה שם תמיד לכל שאלה ונתן מענה מהיר כשנדרש. לגבי השקט: האורחים שהגיעו מערים סואנות חזרו לביתם מסוחררים מציוצי ציפורים והשקט במתחם (שהוא סגור ועם שמירה 24/7). תודה רבה!

אולגה הייתה מארחת נהדרת. הייתה זמינה לנו לכל שאלה . הדירה ממש כמו בתמונות. מאוד נקיה ונעימה. נוף מהמם לים. רואים את כל רצועת החוף. היינו זוג פלוס 2 בנות ,בנות 5, ומאוד נהנינו. מעבר לכביש יש אוטובוס שמביא לתלפיות, להדר ולכל מקום בעצם. מאוד נוח! ממליצה למי שרוצה לשהות בקרבת הים וגם עם גישה לשאר מקומות מרכזיים בחיפה :) תודה!

We booked Ryan's apartment multiple time and last stay was also amazing . Apartment is perfect, clean and well equipped, our guests felt like at home and Ryan's hospitality as always on top lever . היה נהדר. נוף ממש יפה ודירה גדולה ומרווחת. מאוד נהנו

היתה לנו חופשה מדהימה ובימים שכולם נופשים לא הרגשנו את הצפיפות וההמון. המיקום מושלם ליד חופים מרהיבים ושמורת טבע יפייפיה. ליזה היתה זמינה לכל שאלה ובקשה וניכר שהיא נהנית לשתף את ביתה ולארח. בכל פינה בבית מצאנו כל מה שדרוש לשהות נעימה. נהננו מאוד ונשמח לשוב ולהתארח.

סמי תמיד היה בקשר..דירה קטנה נקיה ..הכול חדש ..סדינים עם ריח טוב .גקוזי עבד מצויין ,מים חמים תמיד..ביקשתי מכנת קפה..קיבלתי ישר.תודה על סבלנות ושירות.יש פרטיות וזה חשוב..על יד הדירה תמיד היתה חניה ..חנויות פתוחות בשבת.לא היה חסר כלום.יש מיקרוגל..מקרר קטן.

Enjoyed the stay in very peaceful surrounding, mountains and forests on one side, sea on the other in an older style, eclectic and welcoming home

We had a wonderful time at Yuval's place. It is exactly as in the photos - we could literally recognize the house from the street just from seeing the photos. Everything was super clean and so beautiful and the kids loved playing on the large porch and we loved relaxing there at the end of a busy day. The place is only a short drive from a beach which is also a nature reserve and there's lots of other things to do in the area. It's the perfect beach getaway - with sea views, very quiet and quite private. We would definitely want to come back in the future! The access to the house can be a little tricky so it's not perfectly accessible perhaps for older people or people with disabilities and it can get a little tricky if you have a lot of baggage. But that's the only thing that isn't perfect about this house, and for us it was a none issue.

We enjoyed our stay! Was exactly as described . Was comfortable and a great location! The owner was very proactive about checking in with us about Joe how everything was.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautifully designed unit. The property had three separate units, this one offered extra privacy compared to the other unit that’s on the ground floor. The highlight was the stylish balcony with a comfy lounge area and lovely outdoor bath/trough - easy to fill with warm water and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was spacious and well-built, and the wood-and-concrete design made the whole space feel modern yet cozy. A cute coffee cart is within walking distance, and there are some restaurants just a short drive away. Highly recommend, we had high hopes and still were pleasantly surprised.

We were an extended family with 3 grandchildren and two dogs and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely! The house is warm and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and the garden was relaxing as well as fun for the kids. Kinneret was a great host . We Wii definitely come back

הדירה הייתה מאוד מאובזרת, יפה ונוחה. ענבל הייתה מאוד מאוד זמינה וגמישה בכל הבקשות שלנו ונתנה לנן המלצות טובות לבילוי בסביבה. נהנו מאוד תודה רבה!!

Great view of the sea. Clean and comfortable. We are family of five and we had enough space for all. Each room has a great view of the ocean.

בתור אחד שעובר הרבה במלונות או בדירות לשכירות טווח קצר אני רוצה להגיד שהמענה שקיבלתי מהמארח Sam פשוט ענה כל ציפייה וממש היה אדיב ונדיב, הדירה ממש נקיה ומסודרת , החניה התת קרקעית פשוט מעולה, הכל נגיש , המעליות והבנין נקיות תמיד, קל ופשוט להגיע למקום, יש הזמנת אוכל לבנין כולל הגעה של שליחים עד הדלת, הפרטיות היא מעל ומעבר, שקט ושלווה מהשכנים, יש נוף מדהים מהמרפסת - רואים את הים ואת כל הצפון!!! לסיום אני ממש ממליץ על הדירה ואין ספק שאחזור לכן!! תודה רבה לך Sam היקר 🙏🏼 💙
