The place was exactly pictured quiet and relaxing near the entrance there pools areas were nice with grills plenty of seating and even an area with hammocks nice gym area as well very responsive slowed me to check in early and check out later loved the place will book again

Kathy was great to work with as she communicated well and the place was just like the pictures and met all of our needs. We were able to walk to a variety of places such as restaurants,bars, shops and grocery. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again . Thank you Tami

The communication with the host Marie were quick and the check- in process was smooth. Marie gave us simple and detailed instructions. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for the three of us. The bed was very comfortable, and the air mattress provided for our third guest was quick to inflate, though the pump was loud. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, with a convenient Jack and Jill layout. The location was about 10 minutes from groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants, and 25 minutes from Tempe and Mesa, with minimal traffic. Overall, it's a great place for a small family.

This was the most perfect condo, & area, with great correspondence fromShon, we are staying here next year, might try stay here longer too. Had everything needed only bringing clothing. Thank you for a absolutely marvelous 2 months, see next year!! Cindy &Mike from Michigan

Everything was perfect with Jung's home. Location was quiet, check in was easy and the place was spotless. The only minor complaint I had was there were no regular sized washcloths, only regular towels and hand towels. Even with that minor inconvenience I still rate the entire experience 5 stars. If I ever come to Phoenix again alone I will be staying at this spot.

We had a great stay here! We came for NASCAR weekend and the location was perfect for the race! Took us a few spins around the place to find the unit but we were a bit tired from travel all morning. The place was big, spotless and had everything you need. The bathroom was huge! I would recommend if you are cooking to buy some oil/salt/pepper as there was none available but not a big deal! 10/10 !

Jays was a great host! The unit was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and neighbors. Enjoy the pools and workout areas. Short drive to shopping centers and restaurants. Will definitely rent from Jay again.

Great little apartment not far from anywhere you would want to go in the Phoenix area! We stayed here for spring training and it was a great location and nice place to unwind.

Loved everything about this place and look forward to returning. The interior decorations were tasteful and beautiful. The place had everything I needed for a week’s stay. And I loved the courtyard with the mature garden and pool. Jacqueline was helpful and communicative.

Great location! Just 5 mins from everything yet not in the middle of it all. Came to town for a tournament at the AZ Athletic Grounds and it was super convenient to just be a few miles down the road. Clean place, good amenities, very helpful and nice hostess, easy to find and access, would definitely book again.

Enjoyed staying there, Good host. Airbnb is very close to airport and closest all restaurants and happening places.

Katie’s place was great! Nice, quiet, safe, and walkable location, lots of nearby stores and restaurants, close to hiking trails. It had everything I needed for a long term stay! Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Phoenix.

The apartment was clean, spacious, I liked that it had its own parking spot. A lot of stuff to do within walking distance. The host made it easy for us to check in and was very informative about everything.

We loved our stay at the Pavoni Getaway! Perfect for a couple. The location was great - walkable to many restaurants, stores, and our favorite - OHSO Brewery - and just a short drive to Scottsdale or Phoenix. There’s a great walking/biking path just steps away from the complex as well that walks through the nearby golf course and neighborhoods. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio and the peacefulness of the area. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. All of the residents in the complex were very friendly. The unit was very clean, kitchen is stocked with many spices and dishes/pots/pans/silverware/tupperware. We had everything we needed! We hope to return to Carolyn’s place for a stay again soon :)

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo - it was very clean, well laid out and the location was hard to beat! A plus was meeting some of the neighbors and having a beer with some other visitors that were also staying in the complex. Really pretty grounds, condo was comfortable and host was top notch so it would be an easy decision to stay here again!

The Airbnb was very nice. It was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and well equipped. The location was great - close to stores, Starbucks and restaurants. Old town Scottsdale was a 18 min walk. Mayberh was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!! We really enjoyed the stay.

This property was perfect for our stay. Even though we got in really late and I was tired, I still said "Oh wow. " as soon as I opened the door. The place was spotless and spacious. We didn't have time to use the pool and/or hottub, but the patio area was great. You won't be sorry if you stay here!

Very nice, spacious and new apartment with great amenities and location - we loved the pool area! The host was very responsive when we had questions about getting into the complex. Super easy access to the highway and lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Our only suggestion is to offer more seating (such as a bistro table) for mealtimes and to relax on the outdoor patio. Overall a nice place, a minor furniture upgrade would make it great!

My family and I stayed here for 10 nights and thought it was a great experience overall. Joel was detailed, friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as many restaurants and bars nearby. The parking and lower level condo was convenient and was very accessible. The price was very reasonable and the place had everything we needed.

Danuta’s place was simply amazing! The pictures are exactly what the place looks like and then some. The small touches (like water in the fridge, tea bags, and salt/pepper grinders) are things that set this place above others. My husband and I loved the area for we were 10-15 minutes from everything we did. The neighborhood was extremely peaceful and quiet and the building was right next to the community pool which we loved. I’d most certainly stay here again for my next visit. everything was as described, we had a great time on our stay! only issue we ran into was the key fob missing but due to Laurie's quick responses it was with us the next day. awesome stay, awesome area, awesome host. we will be coming back!!!
