This was the perfect stay for it being my first time in Phoenix, it made it very easy due to the fact that it’s only 7 minutes from the airport. This location is in the middle of everything but still in a quiet peaceful location. The unit I stayed in was very clean homey and even had a lot of privacy. I also felt very safe and secure since the unit is located behind the main house and has a nice gate that is key entry access only. The home was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook clean and to make myself comfortable… The host is so sweet friendly always responds promptly and was very considerate for allowing me to do an early check in. I would definitely stay here again and plan to book once I’m in town again. Definitely a 5 star stay for a solo trip or a couple stay.

Cozy place. Very close to ASU campus. Well stocked with all essentials. Kitchen was well equipped including lots of storage boxes. Lots of extra sheets, pillows. We tripped the fuse! We called the owner. He immediately came and fixed it. Also clear instructions for check-in, check-out. If we come back to visit ASU, will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect with Jung's home. Location was quiet, check in was easy and the place was spotless. The only minor complaint I had was there were no regular sized washcloths, only regular towels and hand towels. Even with that minor inconvenience I still rate the entire experience 5 stars. If I ever come to Phoenix again alone I will be staying at this spot.

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

Great location with a fantastic vibe inside. Perfect city apartment with all the nearby amenities.

For a group of four this place was perfect. Both the apartment and the area were clean and felt safe. Paula was a fantastic host who responded promptly with the few questions we did have. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place! We went for a festival and it was perfect! Quiet! Had a pool we could sit at (it was a bit too cold to go swimming).. our gracious hosts were very responsive to our texts and we loved the place! I would recommend to tighten the front door doorknob and have cleaners clean around the bathroom trashcan (just a bit of trash around the trashcan that wasn't ours but very small) but other than that, we had a blast!

Had an amazing stay at the Residences. We enjoyed to have so many restaurants walking distance. Thank you so much!

Rae’s home has everything you could need - spacious, very comfortable beds, huge couch, GIANT tv, fast WiFi and fully stocked kitchen. I stayed for several months and was very happy. The back porch has chairs and table and bbq grill, grocery stores five minutes away, and enough restaurants for days when I didn’t want to cook. Oh, and it is a very quiet neighborhood, very safe to walk at night, had zero issues during my stay. Phoenix is just up the road for the airport, spring training games, or anything else. Highly recommend Rae’s home for both short term and long stays!

Connie’s home was a wonderful place for my family to stay at. Plenty of space for my family. It was clean. Plenty of towels to go around. We did have a hiccup with the A/C, but Connie did her absolute best to get in contact with a HVAC company to come out as soon as possible. Also, she was out of town with limited cell service. Awesome communication. Stuff happens all the time with houses. It’s how they communicate and Connie did fantastic.

Great place to stay in Casa Grande. Residential area but close to amenities. 7 of us made good use of the place, it was winter so we didn’t use the pool or back yard. We would definitely stay again.

Mike’s home was perfect for our weekend stay. Close to Phoenix Raceway and MLB Spring Training sites. Mike was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Jeffrey was very responsive without being intrusive. We made a small request and it was promptly addressed and he was very friendly. Highly recommend this home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It has a wonderful backyard area as well we particularly enjoyed.

Maria is a great host. House was clean and as described. The location is central to many restaurants and things to do around west Phoenix. Would definitely stay here again.

Oleksandr was a fantastic host! He helped us heat the pool and hot tub the entire stay, and was very responsive to any questions. The house is large with a great backyard for kids!

Everything was as described and pictures. Place was great for us to relax after busy days and was centrally located with lots of food options nearby

Shaun was amazing. The place was located near anything you could want. The neighbors are there every winter to April 1st are literally amazing. The shared patio and private balcony are lovely. Hope I get to stay again!

Had a great extended stay at this property in Chandler. Excellent location. All the amenities needed for a short or long term stay. Very good communication before and during the stay. Highly recommend.

Stayed six nights in Scottsdale. The condo was in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the pool every afternoon to cool off. The unit had a view of the pool which gave it that resort feel. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to AZ.

Our stay at this condo in Mesa was absolutely fantastic! The location was easy to find, and the space perfectly matched the description—plus it was stocked with everything we could possibly need, including an iron and ironing board, which was a nice touch. The home was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Eric was an outstanding host—proactive, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again

It was a nice easy stay! Any questions they answered with no problem. Also gave good recommendations on what to do in the city!

Greta’s place was easy to find, super clean, and had beautiful paths to take walks. I will stay again.
