Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Winston is very responsive to questions. The house is pretty old, and I don’t think you can tell that very well in the pictures. It is very stocked, which is nice. Stayed 5 days with husband and 3 teens. Everyone had own room, which is great. Two bedrooms are in one section w a full bath between them. The ‘master’ bedroom has a small walk in closet and a small 3/4 en suite. The 4th bedroom is on other side of house- used to be the garage. It’s pretty loud, and could definitely hear all the traffic driving by in that room. It has a tiny bathroom attached w just a tiny stand up shower. Kitchen stocked with a hodgepodge of plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. Everything is mismatched and older, but still plenty functional. All we had to buy was groceries. Regular coffee maker w tons of filters. Beach towels and cooler (that was moldy gross but we were able to clean out ok). Definitely not the ritz, but the space was great and hot tub fabulous. This is our 2nd year in a row staying here and it just keeps getting better! You just can’t beat the outside space or location, with so many attractions and the keys nearby. Andrew is such a responsive host, who goes above and beyond!

This apartment is larger than the pictures indicate and the kitchen has every amenity. Dana and Adrian were always quick to respond with questions or needs. The neighborhood is one of the nicest in Fort Lauderdale.

Ray's place was perfect for a few days in Miami. Central location to everything. The hot tub was a nice touch on the small private patio. I would book with him again.

This is a beautiful place to relax with friends and family. It’s a short walk to the beach and located in a charming by neighborhood. Highly recommend and would definitely book again

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren wirklich der Hammer, direkt am River. Im Garten gab es jeden Tag was zu sehen, Leguane, Enten,Geckos einfach schön. Der Whirlpool war super zum entspannen nach einem ereignisreichen Tag. Das Haus ist liebevoll und komfortabel ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation zwischen Daniel und Orlando war bestens, hatten wir mal Fragen wurde direkt darauf reagiert. Es war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub den wir in Miami verbracht haben ,was auch Daniel und Orlando mit ihrem wunderschönen Haus zu verdanken ist. Vielen Dank an Euch beide. Lance literally made me feel like a family member .. I would love to stay again

Tim's place was perfect for my family of 6. I am originally from Miami and now live out of state but needed a place to stay for the passing of a family member. This home was perfect for my wife and kids. Quiet neighborhood tucked away. Tim is very proactive. We did not have to reach out to Tim for anything because we had everything we needed. When I come home, the first place I will look is for Tim's place.

Great location, quiet and close to the beach. The beautiful garden area outside was a nice touch. The apartment was exactly as described, and Donna and Tracy were incredibly friendly. We were 4 people, and there was just the right amount of space for us. They even let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the evening. Thank you to Donna and Tracy—highly recommend this apartment!

What an amazing host and fantastic property. Communication was prompt and professional. The host really worked with us to help us to make our experience a great stay! We would stay again and highly recommend this property!

Close to the airport and lots of other services. Which was very convenient. Catch of the Day restaurant was real handy after a long day.

The location and apartment was great. Everything was within walking distance which was a great plus. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Had a great time staying here.

The place was a charm inside and outside. It rain while on my stay and sitting in the cover back porch hearing the rain & having a place for dogs to hang out was amazing during the weather. The area had many different pathways to walk. My doggies enjoyed all the smells and things to see. It was in a very good location.

Had a great stay! Everyone in my party of 11 enjoyed the property and the amenities. The theme is very cool and elevates activities on premises. The hosts were fantastic and extremely responsive. Would recommend!

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

This home was a great stay. We came to town to see a Miami Heat game and explore Ft Lauderdale too- so perfect location between the two . The house was very clean and plenty enough room for our family of four with teen boys. When flying in for a short stay it’s hard to think and bring everything you need, but Maria the host had it all- including umbrellas for the Florida downpours. The icing on the cake for this place was the pool and backyard amenities. The pool was super clean and the furniture was perfect for grabbing sun! Thank you!

The greatest family vacations ever, beautiful private pool, stylish pretty home. All from my family can only say "thank you Jane so much" and we hope we will be able to return soon.

As perfect as anyone could expect. One minor issue that im sure they were not aware of but jumped to correct it. Two of the most important things for is is there was nothing misleading about the property description and the communication couldn't have been better.

Christina’s place was absolutely lovely! The pool was perfect, and the backyard felt like a little oasis—so peaceful and relaxing. The interior was exactly as expected, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had such a great time and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Vischka has a beautiful family home, she was always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed. I would recommend staying at her place!

This was a perfect place to stay for the group size we had. We had tons of room and space for everybody. The house was clean and free of any clutter. The pool was nice and clean.
