The location met all expectations, with a fantastic and walkable area that provided easy access to numerous restaurants. The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment was contemporary, clean, and comfortable. Additionally, Publix was conveniently nearby for purchasing necessities. Overall, the experience was both refreshing and relaxing, precisely as anticipated.

We had a wonderful stay in Wynwood at this beautiful apartment with great amenities. Furthermore, they allowed us to check-in early when we had a disastrous stay at our previous airbnb on South Beach and had to vacate abruptly. We couldn't be more thankful for arriving to a very clean and well kept place, a helpful host, and an awesome ending to our trip in Miami! The location is amazing, vibrant neighborhood with lots going on, but a quiet and peaceful apartment to return to. The place is BIG, lots of space to spread out and we would have done our entire two month stay there if we would have known! Thanks again and we will definitely return!

Lorelei's place was beautiful and has an amazing view of both Coconut Grove and Coral Gables! The location is right off the Cocowalk, so there are many restaurants and activities within walking distance. Room was very clean and spacious. Overall the experience was excellent, wish we were there longer, but we'll definitely stay again sometime.

Nice location,quiet community access to everything. The apartment was brand new,spotless,comfortable,pet friendly 5 star !! Thank you James Instructions easy to access. My only minor complaint would be pool not heated in the complex however if theweather was alittle better probably would not matter

Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato, fornito di tutto l’occorrente per una famiglia. Host gentilissima e disponibile. I nostri asciugacapelli non funzionavano e prontamente ce ne è stato fornito uno nuovo. Abbiamo potuto fare il check-in posticipato aggiungendo una piccola somma. La zona, bellissima, è residenziale e ben servita. Siamo completamente soddisfatti.

Destaco mucho la limpieza de toda las dependencias de la habitación y la ubicación del edificio frente a la playa. Muy útil que además tenga incluido estacionamiento gratuito. Andrew was quick with responses and knowledgeable of the area. Place was as described and met our needs. Includes mini-kitchen which allows for small meals, but so many good restaurants are walkable from the location in Coconut Grove. Parking included is great for the rental car during the visit. Room swipe key allows for access to the parking garage for car and hotel elevator for the room.

Le logement est vraiment très spacieux et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé, à côté du bayside Marketplace et de bayfront park. La station de metromover College Bayside est juste en face de la résidence. Merci à Philip pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. Je conseille vivement cet appartement à tous les voyageurs qui souhaitent séjourner sur Downtown.

We had an awesome, relaxing vacation. Erick was very responsive and extremely accomodating with our flight changes. The heated pool was fantastic and the one minute walk to the beach was wonderful. House was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely come back!

Wir waren super happy! Eine tolle Unterkunft mit allem, was man benötigt. Bushaltestelle super zu Fuß erreichbar und leckere Tacos um die Ecke! Lieben Dank an Leda für den Tipp🥰 Schöne Bepflanzung in Garten und Wohnung und Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder 🤩🌴🥭

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

We had a great stay at this property , The house was exactly what it shows with lots of space, very clean, pool was well heated, bed very comfortable . We would defiantly stay here again next time we are in Ft Lauderdale. The Host was more than accommodating. Great Stay!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Stefano's. The house is well-appointed, spotless, quiet and conveniently located. Slept well on high quality cotton sheets and comfy beds. We loved walking around the neighborhood. There are buses and a free trolley a block away and it takes you to all the high points of Miami. We hope to come back!

Leo was extremely responsive and a great host. They were there when we arrived to show us around the house which was very helpful! Great host and would definitely stay again.

"This is a lovely, well-maintained older home that's exceptionally clean. While it exceeded my expectations in many ways, I was slightly disappointed upon arrival. As a backyard guest house, it felt a bit like staying in someone's backyard rather than having a private space. Overall, it's a nice place, but the layout might not be ideal for those seeking a more traditional, private accommodation."

Nichole was an amazing and responsive host! We were looking for something pet friendly on short notice and are so thankful we chose this place. Nice area in the back for dogs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
