Alejandra’s home is a complete gem! Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Check in was quick and easy and she communicated all requirements. I’m grateful to have found this home and she was so willing to accommodate me and my family on such short notice. I look forward to staying her time and time again!

Great value for size. 4th floor is lowest floor in the tower, so you cannot see the beach but you can see the ocean. Pictures looked dark but plenty of light throughout. Nice furnishings and thoughtful layout. Bathroom backs the lift, but most of the time it is very quiet. We went during Spring Break expecting some noise. Lobby was bustling but it was quiet on our floor. Don’t miss the restaurant. Prices are reasonable and the food was better than the ratings let on. Kitchen not very stocked but there is a convenience store downstairs. Free Trolly out-front for all of Miami Beach. Valet service got behind with all the guests, so give them about 20 minutes while busy. You can call ahead, but dropping off after a night out will take some patience. Great value on Mid-Beach.

The house is beautiful and we were very comfortable. The private backyard and pool is awesome. We spent most of our time back there and the boys loved playing in the pool all day long. It was really a great place and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for some down time to relax under the palms around a pool. Thank you for the great place to stay.

Jeans place was awesome and perfect for our family!! So close to the ocean and freeway accessible. The private parking and keyless entry were so convenient!! Didn't have to worry about keeping up with a key while at the beach or shopping. It was so clean and he was always getting back to any questions I had. I would not hesitate to book with him again !! It was the perfect vacation home for us.... clean kitchen and bathrooms and our own PARKING GARAGE!! FREE PARKING!! Plenty of extras like lounge chairs and umbrellas coolers.... AC worked great in the Florida heat !! There was even a fan in the rooms so I could have my white noise at night.

Great place, very quiet neighborhood. With a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is no wifi so be sure to bring a hotspot.

Este alojamiento fue una muy buena eleccion. La zona es hermosa, las vistas del departamento son bellas y todo funcionaba muy bien. Solo tuve algunas dificultades con el equipamiento, no tenia colador de pastas, ni jarra de agua caliente, manteles individuales, etc...etc. Pero nada que sea realmente importante. Ah! y fue un poco incomodo que solo te dan un juego de llaves, siendo 6 personas esto era muy inconveniente, pues hasta para ir a la pileta, bajar al garage o lo que sea necesitas esa llave. contar con una mas, al menos, hubiese hecho mas cómodo todo. de todas formas, el departamento esta muy bien y volvería a elegir este lugar!

O apartamento é bem cuidado, móveis novos, bem limpo. cama bem confortável. A piscina é aquecida fui no inverno e deu pra usar. O mar e a vista são top. Acesso a praia direto pelo condomino muito bom.

Está divino el departamento, chiquito, bien distribuido, cómodo. Súper limpio. Bien ubicado. Indicaciones súper claras del dueño. Claro lo volvería a rentar.
