The home on the lake was absolutely perfect for meeting family for a long, relaxing weekend. The home had everything we could ask for. We love to cook and the kitchen had all the appliances, cookware, utensils and space to prepare large meals for everyone. We even smoked two shoulder roasts on the Big Green Egg. The three comfortable couches provided all the sitting space we needed to enjoy movies at night and The Masters during the day. Outside, the we all enjoyed the hot tub, sitting by the firepit and enjoying lake time on the dock and the boat we rented. Such a great place. When we return to Lake Norman and need a rental, Brenell's place will be at the top of our list.

This guest house on Lake Norman is beautiful! My husband and I have stayed here multiple times, and will continue coming back. It is so peaceful to drink a cup of coffee or read a good book while sitting right by the lake! The house is always clean, and we love being able to walk down and sit on the dock. We brought our mountain bikes this time and rode some nice trails at Lake Norman State Park. Tom is a great host, and is always responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking this place!

Sallie was very accommodating to our last minute need for an Airbnb when our closing was delayed 2 days. She always responded to messages very quickly and was very kind to our family. We will absolutely stay here again. The view of the lake from the private dock and having a private guest house in addition to the main home was wonderful!

My husband and I stayed here for a getaway to celebrate our anniversary and it was perfect. Great, peaceful home in a beautiful setting. The host was extremely accommodating and very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Mike was a very responsive host and the home was thoughtfully appointed. We enjoyed the proximity to local restaurants and area attractions. We have a family of 5 and found the house well suited to our family. The kids loved the pool table and I loved the porches. This home met all of our expectations.

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

This home was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The entire home was well appointed, clean, comfortable and perfect for our small gathering. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of clean towels, and so many wonderful things to do. We used the fire pit, grill, game room, paddle boards, fireplace, and watched the most amazing sunsets from the house and dock. We also rented a pontoon boat which was delivered and picked up from the private dock. We made and shared some amazing meals in the kitchen/ main living area with all the same luxuries at home. The gift basket with s’mores and wine was truly appreciated. The ice maker was awesome to have on hand for cocktails. The layout of the master sweet is unique but it worked out great for what we needed. I would 100% recommend this home and will likely rent it again for any large gatherings. Thank you for being flexible with the check out. The extra time allowed us to enjoy our last coffee together without being rushed.

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!
