Lovely villa, clean with great facilities and fabulous pool, close to the beach which had lots of activities available.. paddle boarding, banana boat, jet skis & diving school. Great restaurants within walking distance, especially likedThe Bay tree .. great food/drink and friendly hosts and a shop with all the necessities.. loved our stay. Thank you ☺️

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Unser bestes AIRBNB was wir je hatten. Angefangen von der sehr guten Beschreibung des Objektes, die reibungslose und einfache Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern, die SPEKTAKULAERE Lage des Hauses, die mehr als überaus gute Ausstattung des Objektes bis hin zu den liebevollen Eigentümern, die in jeder Situation die richtige Antwort, Hilfe und sehr sehr gute Empfehlungen abgaben. Weiterhin haben wir uns so richtig wohl gefühlt da die kompletten Ferien durch all die Süßen Katzen begleitet wurde. Wer Ruhe sucht, abgelegen eine traumhafte Zeit mit allen Annehmlichkeiten verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. In der Berge zum Troodos Gebirge sind es ca. 30min mit dem Auto, welches mit wunderschönen und gut Markierten Wanderung wartet. Auch Weinliebhaber kommen in dieser Region, ein paar Autominuten weiter unten nach Troodos, voll auf Ihre Kosten. Wir dürfen und möchten uns in aller Form für diesen tollen Urlaub bedanken und kommen sicherlich wieder. Von unserer Seite 10 Sterne.

Lovely house and pool situated 10 minutes outside Larnaca. Easy access to the main road A3 for moving around the island. Lovely villa with huge living area and a nice kitchen. Bedrooms are large with two bathrooms.

Pobyt w tym miejscu to była czysta przyjemność! Przede wszystkim – kontakt z właścicielem zasługuje na najwyższe noty. Bardzo miły, pomocny i zaangażowany. Wskazówki dotyczące dojazdu i zameldowania były niezwykle dokładne i przejrzyste, dzięki czemu wszystko przebiegło bez najmniejszych problemów. Sam dom zrobił na nas ogromne wrażenie – jest dosłownie wszystko, czego można potrzebować. Nawet jeśli o czymś zapomnisz, to tu z pewnością to znajdziesz. Ogromny plus za dostępne przejściówki do cypryjskich gniazdek, turystyczną lodówkę z plastikowymi kieliszkami i wkładami chłodzącymi – idealne rozwiązanie na plażę! Lokalizacja bardzo spokojna, na wzniesieniu – idealna na odpoczynek. Do miasteczka i plaży można dojść spacerem w około 20 minut. Na dole znajdziesz sklepy, restauracje i dużą, przyjemną plażę. We loved our stay there. Panos and his parents are very friendly. They explained everything to us. The house has everything you need and it was more than clean. It is very comfortable and you can easily relax there for days. Small bakery and supermarket around the corner. We recommend the accomodation 1000000%

It was a very nice stay! Very quiet area, lovely sweets&coffee store on the first floor. The apartment is very cosy and was perfectly clean. I was there for 2 days for work purposes and will definitely come again when needed. Μπράβο, ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cyprus! The place was spotless, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time with our three kids. The host was so helpful, always available to answer our questions and give great recommendations. Made us feel at home. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Cyprus, this is it! Вилла Acua мне понравилась. Есть все не обходимое для проживания и отдыха. Вся бытовая техника, большой холодильник, просторные комнаты. комфортно будет 4-5 гостям. Замечательный пляжный отдых, море супер. Территория располагает. Рядом магазин хороший. Спасибо за предоставленную возможность отдохнуть у Вас. Воспользуюсь обязательно еще.

To był bardzo miło spędzony czas. Willa jak na zdjęciach. Widok wspaniały. Okolica cicha. Blisko do morza. W domu wszytko co trzeba. Czysto i pachnąco. Polecam wszystkim to miejsce !!

You can never be sure how old the photographs are on AirBnB, so I really wasn't sure what to expect. I need not have worried! The property was exactly as described! Huseyin was always available, even quite late in the evening (on our first evening in particular), to help with getting the WiFi working. That was not his fault, it looked like previous occupants had taken the plug adapter! However, I had one of my own and we got logged on with no issues after that. I had to work during some of my stay and the WiFi was fast enough (as described), to work and receive WiFi calls with no issues whatsoever. The bathroom was extremely clean and had some toiletries already so, we didn't need to worry about rushing out to the local shop on that first night. Everything in the kitchen worked and it was very clean. Bedrooms were very comfortable with good quality mattresses and pillows. All in all, a lovely property and one I would definitely recommend. First class Host !!!!

Dejligt stort hus, masser af plads og alt det udstyr man behøver. Meget tæt på centrum, og alligevel meget roligt område. Parkering mulig. Hvis man kommer i den kolde periode skal man være opmærksom på at cypriotiske huse IKKE er isolerede på nogen måder. Der varmepumper til alle rum, så det er let nok at varme op, men prioriter i stedet for lunt indetøj, og ikke mindst noget varmt til fødderne. Gulvene er iskolde. Det kan let blive en dyr omgang hvis man holder alle rum opvarmede hele tiden. Vi tændte i de rum vi opholdt os i, når det var nødvendigt og slukkkede altid når vi ikke var der. Vi betalte ca 100euro for 14 dage, men kunne let have kostet måske 5 eller 10 gange mere hvis man ikke havde tænkt sig om. Der er ALT i huset, og det er børnevenligt, da intet står sart og funklende, men mere praktisk og afslappet. Bedste vært vi har haft nogensinde. Oplagt til store familier med plads til privatliv.

Very spacious villa. It is located on a resort, so there are many onsite restaurants, amenities, and activities. The checkin was also straightforward as it uses the resort resources. It doesn’t have local character as it has more of a resort feel. But the location is great so there is easy access to local villages, etc. You’ll need a car.

Beautiful views in a quiet location. The children didn’t use the downstairs bedroom as it can only be accessed by outside steps and didn’t have a lock. This didn’t matter as the second bedroom has two single beds and is a good size. When we had a problem with the shower draining very slowly, the matter was sorted very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful accommodation in the village with two restaurants nearby. The Tochni Tavern had wonderful meals at a good price. Mr. George gave us a little history and offered us a map, which helped us navigate where to visit and go during our stay. He answered our questions and was proactive in asking if he could be of any more help to ensure our comfort. The bed was comfortable. The accommodation includes a pool and A/C, which made the heat bearable. All in all, I intend to come back and would absolutely recommend this to anyone

Wir haben die Zeit in Kallia‘s Haus in dem kleinen Örtchen Cholou sehr genossen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie beschrieben, besonders die Küche empfanden wir als sehr gut ausgestattet, zudem wird man mit einer kleinen Jause im Kühlschrank begrüßt. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Loutmila was an astounding host. Responsive, professional and genuine. My family and I loved the villa, probably one of the best and most peaceful locations in Limassol. A truly beautiful neighbourhood. Any questions we had were answered and dealt with in a proactive and professiona manner. we have been visiting Limassol for over 20 years as a family, and I would not hesitate to use Loutmila again or indeed stay at this villa.

3 günlüğüne Airbnb'den bir ev kiraladım. Kiraladığımız ev gerçekten çok güzeldi. Üç arkadaş birlikte konakladık. Odaların ve banyonun temizliği, salonun düzeni harikaydı. Ev sahibi her şeyle yakından ilgilendi. Zeminde yer alan bu evin kendine ait özel bahçesi mükemmeldi. Temiz havlular ve tertemiz yatak nevresim takımları için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Bulaşık ve çamaşır makinesi için tablet ve deterjan sağlayan ev sahibine de çok minnettarız. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Evin konumu mükemmel; Gazimağusa’ya ve birçok gezilecek yere oldukça yakın. Ayrıca sessiz bir ortamda yer alıyor. Salamis Otel’e ve Long Beach sahiline de çok yakın. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz! Malý domek s vlastním dvorkem na jižním okraji města a hned přes ulici za plotem opuštěná čtvrt Varosha, unikátní dojem z lokality. Denis výborně komunikoval a vůbec nevadilo, že čas našeho příjezdu byl nejasný kvůli přechodu hranice z jihu. V domku vše potřebné k pobytu i vlastnímu vaření, a dokonce topení navíc vzhledem k neobvykle nízkým teplotám. Moc milé setkání s tátou Denise (údržba domu) a jeho cenné rady ohledně autopůjčovny. Když v ulici na chvilku vypadl elektrický proud, hned nám zjistil, co se děje a nemuseli jsme nic řešit. Skvělá a ochotná rodina, můžeme vřele doporučit! Moc děkujeme!

Amazing place to stay, one of the best I have stayed in Cyprus. Very clean, cozy, quiet , with all the amenities someone needs away from home. Christina is very friendly and communicative and was always there to answer if I needed anything. Definitely 5-star stay.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Nordzypern war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist ein Traum – in der Nähe vom Meer, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser. Der Pool war makellos gepflegt und bot die perfekte Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Das Haus selbst war außergewöhnlich sauber und gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Gastgeberin Laura war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Sie hat sich um alle möglichen Angelegenheiten wie Taxitransfer, Mietwagen und Ausflugsziele perfekt gekümmert. Sie war immer ultraschnell erreichbar. Absolut vorbildlich ! Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
