Golden : locations de vacances adaptées aux animaux

It was a pleasure staying at Marion's Cabane in Feb 2025 during our backcountry skiing trip to Rogers Pass. The place comfortably slept 4 adults and surpassed our expectations. The attention to detail in the cabin is next level - the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and had all the appropriate amenities (including any staple you may need including oil, teas, etc.). The spot is ~15 minutes from Golden. The area is quiet, but close enough to still have some cell service and has good Wifi. The wood burning stove complements the heating system well in the winter, keeping the cabin warm. There is ample wood provided that is dry and easy to start a fire with. Ample hot water for 4 consecutive hot showers. All in all, an excellent spot that surpassed expectations. Looking forward to hopefully coming back in the future!

The host is responsive and helpful. We had an internet connection issue, she tried every way to help us to solve it. We like the decoration of the rooms and a famous poem of Chinese. I strongly recommend.

A great stay for a ski getaway! All the amenities needed for an enjoyable time. Would definitely recommend Doug’s place to anyone visiting the area!

We had such a lovely stay at Rich’s place. The house is very well maintained, clean, very equipped kitchen and beautiful deck and stunning mountains views. He was always very responsive and friendly. We’ll definitely come back.

Very nice lodge, we were 4 friends skiing for 8 days . Loved the spa! Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for our group. The wolf sanctuary is very close, very special to hear them while in the hot tub! No patio furniture in the winter but that was expected. Would return if in the area.

Wonderful, relaxing, getaway in the mountains! We booked because of the private hot tub and wood burning fireplace. Perfect size and location, we will definitely be back!

Eine super Unterkunft - etwas abseits gelegen, privat und mit etwas Fahrtzeit die Möglichkeit in mindestens drei Nationalparks Tagesausflüge zu beginnen (Glacier, Yoho, Kootenay). Auch Banff ist zu erreichen. Jenn war super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten hervorragende Tage in den Rocky Mountains.

Es war wundervoll! Die Suite war sehr angenehm eingerichtet, sodass man sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und hat alles zu bieten, was man benötigt. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön und hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge parat. Die Gegend ist wirklich schön und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für tolle Aktivitäten. Auch die Hunde Holz & Ryder waren sehr lieb. Wir würden uns immer wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden!

We had a group of 6 and enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Very quiet area and were able to cook dinner at the cabin - we would definitely stay here again! Great time in Golden area!

If you are looking to escape the fast pace of life, this is the place to do it. Limited cell service, no TV - but instead surrounded by natural beauty of trees and mountains. This cabin had everything we needed, and the town of Golden was a short drive away. Our dogs absolutely loved roaming the property and we enjoyed the peaceful scenery. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. I would absolutely book this place again!

Great location for our weekend family birthday getaway. Lots of room for the 7 of us with a beautiful location allowing us to explore some of the close by activities. Would stay again and recommend! Our host was very prompt with replies!

Very comfortable cabin with a lovely fireplace and ample space, good layout. We loved our 2 nights here at the end of our Banff and Yoho-area week. I picked the Chalets because it would be a manageable morning drive to YYC for departure, not necessarily for peace & quiet and privacy. However, we found it beautiful, relaxing and a great place to wind down after a busy week of activity. We weren’t bothered by the train noise, nor feeling kind of “on top of” our neighbors (you can look right into the cabin next to you). But everyone on site while we were there was quiet and it wasn’t full to capacity so we really felt like we had the place to ourselves. I can see how this might be much different during peak season. Also be prepared to cater for yourself because eating options are at least 20-30mins away either direction. But the kitchen is great and has good stuff in the way of cooking equipment. Bring your own oil/butter/cream/condiments. Also be aware that the camp store closes at 6.

Such a beautiful location. Mosquitoes were the worst part but Jeremiah really made up for it with his kind demeanour. Hopefully next time we can have a longer stay as one night was not enough to take in the beauty. Many might complain about the bugs but that’s all part of the experience! Great host, meeting him was already worth the stay. Recommended Airbnb!

The cabin was amazing, exactly has described. Stef was very responsive. The view from the private deck off the bedroom was breathtaking and the private hot tub was perfect after hiking. Golden was very close so it was very easy to get groceries or supper. The access road was very well maintained. I cant say enough good things! Will definitely be back!!

a relaxing and very scenic place to stay. Sarah and Dan were very responsive hosts. Their dogs were friendly and made the place feel very homey. It is a little out of town but easy to access with a car. We definitely recommend staying here!

Wow! Kylie’s chalet was absolutely breathtaking. The cabin was exactly as shown in the photos with extremely nice amenities. Kylie was extremely responsive through text both before and during our stay. She made us feel right at home and wanted to ensure that we had a great time. The hot tub was professionally serviced and spotless. Overall, I could not recommend this place more and would love to come back in the future!

We stayed at Hawkes Hill while visiting family in Golden. The place was super cozy and served as an excellent home base for a weekend in the mountains. Our host, Bill, was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a weekend getaway.

Even with the gondola being down in kicking horse at the moment, we are glad we never changed our plans and kept our great reservation at the Smiley Wolf! Love the ski in ski out location with private hot tub

I absolutely LOVED my stay with Annabelle! My partner and I had the most peaceful trip and managed a couple of day trips which was fab as the place was a very central location. I cannot recommend this place enough for a romantic getaway!

Boo's Den is the perfect place to stay for a ski vacation at Kicking Horse. Great location, beautiful space, friendly and accommodating hosts. Can't wait to come back when the gondola is working again!

David was extremely helpful and communicative about the property. The kitchen was stocked with appliances/cooking tools, everything was well serviced and the location cannot be beat. Literally 2 minute walk to the ski-down to be at Kicking Horse resort. David was extremely accommodating and I would 100% stay here again.
