My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

The moose was an amazing place to stay. If is spacious and has a lot of rooms to relax. Kyle was very responsive and helpful during my stay. I would recommend this location to anyone!

We loved everything about this house & host! The house was beautifully furnished with everything we needed and then some! It was clean, tidy & beautifully appointed. Sabine obviously knows how to have fun and make people feel at home. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the cool evenings. The foose ball table was a blast and the kids bedroom was so cute and full of toys! If you have young children they will love it!! The yard was landscaped nicely and the back patio offered many comfortable seating options, plenty of shade and a pool! Sabine had thought of everything and provided all the necessities plus many little extras. She was proactive with instructions & offered many ideas for things to do, beautiful scenic drives & things to see. The neighborhood was quiet, nice, safe and made for a nice evening walk. Location is great! Close to everything. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

the house was absolutely beautiful and had some incredibly cool features like a speakeasy and fun game room for the kids. it was decorated very stylishly and just a cool space all around!!

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

Place was nice and in a great location. We loved the hot tub.

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

Just as described! Fantastic value and a ton of space. We easily fit 10 adults and 2 kids and didn’t feel cramped at all. Stocked with everything we needed and bus stop right down the street straight to the mountain!

So happy about this space. Our previous air bnb didn’t have all the dates to accommodate us. This added to the experience of being in Denver for the first time. We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

Anya’s house was great for a girls weekend away. She has the most beautiful landscaping and we loved the open areas in the house where we could all sit and catch up. We felt right at home and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in the Boulder area.

Four families met together at this cabin for my birthday. It was the best birthday ever. The cabin was perfect for all of us, so spacious, well designed and private. Sleeping rooms were comfortable and with so many bathrooms we were served so well. Mel was responsive but we really did not need anything as it was all there for us. We enjoyed Winter Park including skiing, restaurants, playgrounds, sledding, bus route and the over all vibe. My favorite place was the hot tub so large, clean and well-maintained. We definitely enjoyed our long weekend and would visit this cabin again!

Beautiful home and super friendly Hosts. Very accommodating as we were hosting our family thanksgiving dinner here. Even have a kids table set up for 4.

fabulous place with stunning hiking and running trails literally right out the front door. grocery store coffee and delicious pastry shop 2 minutes away (10 min walk). Barbara and Don are super responsive. Highly recommend.

This was a great stay for us as a couple. The amenities were plentiful and pristine. The location was very private and beautiful. We will definitely be recommending and booking this home in the future.

Samuel was an amazing host. I was traveling with 4 kids on a Spring Break trip ages 10 through 17. Samuel was quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. Looking at the calendar now to book our next stay at The BlueBerry House!

We had everything we needed for a quick spring break trip in the snow! This home has more room than I imagined and great set up for the varying ages of the boys. The town of Nederland offered some eclectic spots and the local mountain Eldora was perfect size for a great couple of days of skiing and snowboarding. Then home to cook in the large kitchen, a little sledding, and relax in the hot tub. We would definitely return!

Rob was HANDS DOWN the best host I’ve had. I was initially supposed to stay at another Airbnb in Denver but was unable to. It was late at night, around 10:30pm when I’m panicking and trying to find somewhere for my dog and I to sleep that night. I booked another place and upon messaging that host, the reservation was unceremoniously cancelled by that host without even a word from them. So frickin rude, right? Now I’m in tears and really freaking out. I’m in town for work, been driving all day, and I still don’t know where I’m going to sleep. I find Robs place, book it, and he was SO HELPFUL even with how late it was. I was able to drive right over there, get in, and get to sleep. Rob, thank you so, so much for your hospitality. The house itself is wonderful. It’s very cute and cozy. The side yard was perfect for my dog. I would 100000% stay here again.

Aracely’s house was beautiful and peaceful. Easy to find, near where we needed to be, and very cozy.

We really loved this stay. We had seven adults (professional colleagues) and it was kind of perfect. Every bedroom was clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were great. The kitchen was huge and well supplied. There were multiple gathering areas for casual relaxation times (we were in the house a lot for both work and recreation). It was a great walking neighborhood, including to many fun eateries, and the park across the street is lovely. With all this, we didn’t really need to contact the hosts much but when we did they were responsive and friendly. A great all-around stay.

We had an unexpected forced vacation due to Water damage in our home, our family had to move out while the floors were being redone. Heather and Chip’s North. Boulder location is walking distance to the foothills where you can hike, ride bikes, and walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean. Their home is spacious and loaded with high end amenities with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It ended up being the best scenario for our family! We’re so glad it worked out and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a North Boulder getaway!
