We enjoyed the peace and quiet surrounding at Sanalkumar's place, the house is far enough away from the main road to not hear the distant traffic. The rooms were clean and the main kitchen was well equipped as described. The children had a great time playing in the barn. Everyone had a wonderful time, it was fantastic to catch up with extended family in a relaxing and spacious home. Thanks Sanalkumar!

From booking to checkout Kelly and Romney were super helpful and responsive. The place was tidy, thoughtfully stocked and presented.

We loved our stay at Joyce’s beautiful property! Only minutes walk from the stunning Lake Wendoree and the Lake View hotel, we felt so relaxed and in instant holiday mode. The house is so cosy and welcoming and the kids enjoyed the spacious back yard and kind neighbours who returned their balls over the fence! Couldn’t recommend this stay highly enough!

along with the clear instructions Kathryn provided the property was well presented. The prime objective was to attend the Begonia Festival and the property was within 15 minutes of the site. We also found a lovely Hotel close by 'Bunch of Grapes' great meals and close to Ballarat for other outlets.

Young was an excellent host, we noticed some minor cleaning issues during check in and notified her, but later we didn’t want to bother any more about it, but Young insisted fixing them and very quickly arranged for it to be addressed. Never seen any host this responsive and responsible -that too on a public holiday. Thanks much Young. The place itself is in a residential suburb nearby to lake Wendouree (5mins drive), beds were very comfortable we want to buy the same mattress for home, house is compact and has almost all that is needed. We stayed with our small dog, so the big enclosed backyard was very useful (used only during daytime, didn’t use at night as it was a bit dark). Overall it was good value for money and we certainly had a nice relaxing stay there. Again, host Young’s service was exceptional and she made it a very comfortable stay for us.

Beautiful house, brilliant location and Edward provided extremely good information. Would definitely recommend both Edward and the property.

We really enjoyed staying at the Cottage. Very well presented. Great experience booking and communicating. It was perfrct for our family of 4 as a base to visit Soverign Hill. Only tiny thing worth noting is there is only one 2 1/2 seater couch in the cute front lounge, so if you have 4 or more guests you can't all sit in the lounge to watch TV. We could squish 3 on the couch and brought one of the 6 dining chairs from the adjoining kitchen in for extra seating which wasn't quite as relaxing. Tiny issue as it is a gorgeous cottage, large open space in the kitchen and bedrooms and beds were perfect. Also really comforting to have off street parking. And a lovely coffee shop only 200 metres away. Really enjoyed ourselves and highly highly recommend Thank you.

We had a great time in Ballarat. The house was cosy and convenient. We could walk to restaurants and the art gallery and a short drive from other sights. Linda was incredibly helpful with ideas for things to do in Ballarat and left a great selection of breakfast provisions.

Great property with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and tidy and the little touches like board games and pedestal fans were appreciated. Nice and quiet street which was easy to find and a short easy walk to Vic Park.

I had a great two-night stay at Donna's property. Donna is a great communicator and kind and flexible. The house was warm, bed very comfortable, and the facilities provided were more than most other places I have stayed at. The location is close to shops and food outlets. There can be some traffic noise but that dies down at night. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and I look forward to staying again and having Donna as host. Thanks very much.
