Excellent apartment right off the main road in Solvang. Tons of walkable bakeries, restaurants, shops, and parks.

The Worldmark in Solvang is very well situated, close to the main area of town but far enough away to avoid the congestion of people and traffic. Anne was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this place for families who don’t want to be crammed into a hotel room.

Great place to stay. We will definitely be back. Anne and Emory did an excellent job of communicating and making sure I had all the information I needed to make it a smooth visit. The place was very clean and very comfortable.

The Solvang property was very conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The unit itself was immaculately clean, comfortable and relaxing. Anne was super responsive and patient with my questions and inquiries.

The hosts were great. Everything was as described. We enjoyed the rec room with billiards, foosball, and table tennis. The outdoor pool is heated to 85. There is a lot to do in Solvang within a little walk. We would stay here again.

This host was amazing. Quick & easy to communicate with. I had to book this place last minute because the previous Santa Barbara reservation cancelled on me the day before the wedding. This house was close enough to Santa Barbara to make it an easy trip, yet peaceful, walkable, & affordable. AND DOG FRIENDLY!! Thank you for a great, stress free stay. Cute home too!

We made a very last-minute reservation (less than an hour before arrival) and LeeAnn went out of her way to contact us and find a place for us at the property. We had a great time end of summer vacation in Solvang.

The condo was absolutely perfect for us, it had everything we needed and more! Fantastic location as well and well worth the money! We loved it! Will definitely recommend and will book again! Great communication as well! Thank you Lorie!

The place was in the perfect location, making it easy to walk into town and have access to all the activities in the area.

Lorie is a great host. She responded quickly to all my messages and gave clear instructions for directions, check-in and Internet log in. There was a good amount of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Worldmark resort has a game room with a pool table, foosball, ping pong table and a collection of movies that you can borrow and play in your unit. Hopefully the pool area's renovation finishes quickly, the water was just emptied during our stay. You can walk all around Solvang from here. The front desk has suggestions and discounts to local businesses, coffee in the morning and snack vending machines. The front desk let us pick the view we wanted because there were a few units open to choose from, which was nice. We would stay here again.

Great weekend in Solvang / Los Alamos thanks to Lorie. Place was perfect size and close to everything. Highly recommend!

It's in Solvang downtown, easy to walk to all different restaurants and bakeries you'd like to visit without the hassle of finding a parking. we enjoyed our stay, my one complaint (to worldmark, who runs it) is the internet. it's very slow and we had to pay extra for it. otherwise, it's a good place to stay.

Very nice nad friendly host

We originally booked it for 2 nights and extended it to 3 nights. Meghan and Justin were both very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. They gave us recommendations on what they liked around the area and answered any of our questions. We went to Lizards Mouth nearby and watched the sunset. The next day we went to Channel Islands and came back to relax in their hot tub and got to try a cold plunge! The next morning we went to the Hot Springs Trail and got to try the hot pools they had there. We came back to the airbnb to shower and headed out to rent bikes to ride along the beach and checked downtown Santa Barbara. It was beautiful! After the bike ride we came back and spent another evening enjoying their Hot Tub again. I would recommend this place as a place to stay and would stay there again of we ever come back to Santa Barbara. It was conveniently close to everything we wanted to do and more! 5 Stars!

I was able to park on the driveway, which was very helpful because I had a lot of stuff. Bryce is kind and considerate. Thanks for a delightful stay.

It was very clean and we loved the décor and spacious, private yard. He provided everything we needed for our stay and the built-in water filter was great.

This house was perfect for our large group. The main floor primary bedroom is perfect for folks who can’t handle stairs. The house was clean and just as described. Extremely comfortable mattresses. Great location near everything we wanted to do. Beautiful views. We used one of the cruiser bikes in garage and enjoyed it. Highly recommend the farmer’s market on Main Street Saturday mornings and tacos on the pier. We’d definitely stay here again!

Jasmine was easy to communicate with, responsive, welcoming and also a lovely person. Her home is set up on the hill with a view of the city and the ocean. It was the perfect place for an intimate family gathering. The home exceeded our expectations. Everything we could need was anticipated and then some. It is also a great place for cooking with a tremendously well outfitted kitchen. There's a great sound system but it's equally rewarding to simply listen to the quiet and the crickets in the night.

Jonathan's place is conveniently located - 5 minutes or so to both Hendry's beach and downtown Santa Barbara. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and has plenty of privacy. The parking area is spacious. The views from the interior and the deck area are outstanding - you get quite an expansive view of the Santa Ynez mountain range. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The master bed is king sized and we slept great. Jonathan was a great host - very responsive, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again when in SB. Very nice property.

We enjoyed our time there, the beach was half a block down the street, the house was phenomenal, and the garage was full of beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a canopy, perfect for awesome days at the beach. They were also highly responsive when we had questions.
