The home was comfortable in a minute I walked in it. I did not want to leave? Well definitely rent again.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

This beautiful home was everything my family and I needed. My “6 month” old son loved it as well. Beautiful ambiance, such a zen vibe, relaxing and felt right at home. Much needed family time and I would recommend this beautiful home again, and again. The hosts were very sweet, and answered all questions. We appreciate everything.

What an absolute gem of a house in the perfect little California beach town 🤩 The pictures are accurate but don’t really do justice to how seamlessly this house blends vintage character with modern comfort. The updated amenities ensured we had everything we could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The location is simply perfect – just steps from the beach, with a private patio that was our favorite spot for an evening drink. Right in the heart of restaurants and shopping, but it was never loud or distracting. Beach was a short walk, and the provided chairs/wagon was so helpful! Carp is one of our favorite spots and this is easily one of our favorite houses we’ve stayed in anywhere - loved everything about it and can’t wait to return!

We were so pleased with our stay. The house was very well-appointed, with all the amenities and conveniences you need. It was charmingly decorated but not cluttered or kitschy. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the yard is private and spacious, and the location is great. We will definitely return!

I don’t say lightly especially as someone who has been a host for years. This is one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed out. It is just so….cool. All of it are so well designed. Nice work!

Amazing house in the perfect location for our family of 8 trip with 2 Infants. The owner was very responsive. The house was clean, cozy & peaceful. Had all the essentials. Stocked with towels, pillows, toiletries. Very comfortable and spacious with tons of family hangout areas in the house. Cool little putting green in the front area & picnic area atop of the house. There was a fireplace which was nice added addition since it was cold the nights we stayed. The house is attached to someone else’s home so be mindful of the loud steps at night. The house is walking distance to an entrance to the beach, some local shops, bars and a couple of restaurants. 5 min drive to main shopping centers. We were so lucky to have found Debbie’s home & can’t wait to plan more trips in the future.

Location location location. Great place to stay. We could walk to everything yet the residence was private. The upstairs patio was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

I was very pleased with my three week say, at David's place. The building is well maintained, clean, and secure. Felt safe. I see the effort that was made, to make this a good place to stay. Well furnished. Full size TV, and fridge. Fully stocked kitchen, with gas stove, pots and pans, dishes, ect. Full size comfortable bed. Secure parking under the building. Best with a small car. this place was PERFECT! We booked last minute and Alex responded right away. It was even better than the pictures, super clean and homely and a cute private little home. Instructions made it super easy to access late at night and we slept so well. Would definitely recommend thank you :)

Great place to stay for visiting Santa Barbara. This place is nicer than staying in most of the hotels in Santa Barbara that are older buildings with thin walls. Very quiet location and friendly neighbors. Less than a 10 minute walk to one of the best coffee shops in SB (Handlebar). Host was extremely responsive. Very dog friendly place and neighborhood.

The room is clean. It also has the Disney+, Apple TV. So we didn’t felt boring during our stay. The neighbor is peaceful and beautiful. It’s really a nice choice for the journey.

What a beautiful space! So close to everything so walking everywhere was perfect! Easy check in and clear instructions. There were 5 of us in the space and with the vaulted ceilings and so much light coming in, it felt very spacious. It was cozy and close to everything we wanted to do! I would definitely book this place again next time we go!! Thank you:)

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

Can't say enough great things about this Airbnb or the host! Check in was easy and Autumn made everything so smooth for us! She was detailed with her instructions and very responsive. The airbnb itself was fantastic!! It was spotless, clean, best location, great views and walkable to anything you need. I will definitely be staying there again for all future Santa Barbara locations! Highly recommend this airbnb!
