What a great place! Check-in was seamless with the Smart Lock. Home was just as pictured, and the backyard absolutely perfect! Why has no one mentioned the beautiful gardens? And the amazing Lime & Orange Trees? And all those succulents? 😍 Sitting in the backyard among the mature gardens made it feel like a private oasis! We enjoyed the yard even in the rain - and the artificial ‘grass’ and hardwood/tile floors made it a perfect, stress free set up for traveling with pets. The home is quaint and full of character, exactly what you expect from a 1950’s home. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and made us feel very safe. Onsite parking was a huge bonus! Location was perfect! Just a short drive to everything you could ever want to do while visiting! Courtney was very helpful with her recommendations and quick to respond and so friendly and kind. Our only complaint is that we wish we were able to stay longer!!!

A wonderful stay at Hollywood Beach! This house was perfect for my family for the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was immaculate and Maya the host was so gracious and responsive. This house had everything you could think of. Everything was cozy and great for gathering. I would certainly stay again and will be for sure recommending this place to friends and family in the future.

We loved our stay at this cute house! It was perfect for the three of us (myself and husband and teenage daughter) plus the fenced in yard was great for our dog. The house is adorable and the yard makes it fee like you are in the tropics. It's a quick walk to the dog-friendly beach, which we enjoyed long walks on every morning. And you are a 5 minute drive from the town of Montecito and close to Santa Barbara. We would definitely stay here again to visit our other daughter at college.

We had a sweet time in Ojai over spring break at Jennifer’s house. It was plenty spacious enough for our family of five and I appreciate that she has put thought into the simple design of the space. It was a quick drive to town, which was very convenient. And there was a great pottery sale just down the street which was a fun surprise. The house sits on a pretty busy road (by Ojai standards), so it wasn’t really feasible to walk or bike with kids from the house. Other than that we had a great visit!

Thank you so much for your attention to detail! Our dogs loved their leash gift and it was wonderful to have both an outdoor and indoor fireplace. We loved your information that you emailed ahead of time giving so much data of The area. Truly helped with planning. We hope to stay again in the future.

The home was very cute and cozy. It was clean when we arrived which was very nice. Bathrooms were spotless, trash emptied, beds clean. The kitchen was full sized, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, and there were friendly horses as well. Angela was responsive and helped with any questions I had before and during the stay. We will be back!

5 out of 5 on all aspects. The place was exactly as advertised and we were very satisfied. Cute home just like the photos with a great yard for the dogs (& humans.) Would definitely stay here again.

We spent almost a week at Rick's place in Santa Barbara. The house was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable; the location was ideal for getting around the area; and we were so well cared for by our incredibly hospitable hosts, Rick and Lynne. After being out each day on hikes and other explorations, it was a pleasure to return to a quiet leafy neighborhood. Eating citrus fruit straight from the tree was an extra treat!

David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Alanna’s place. The casita was even more spacious than in the photos and super private with anytime access to the pool and hot tub. We used the amazing hot tub sometimes multiple times in a day to enjoy this incredible oasis. The bed was extremely comfortable, linens pristine and towels seemed brand new. Every detail was covered. It was also incredibly convenient to both Los Olivos and Santa Ynez. Amazing restaurants and wineries just around the corner. Alanna herself was a particularly welcoming and gracious host with great local recommendations and always responsive. You can’t go wrong staying here. We’ll be back!

Great stay in Ventura, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice outside area by the pool and hot tub. Cute and well stocked home.

A beautiful house in lovely surroundings. It was a great meeting place for our family who were attending my father-in-law's memorial service. Lots of space . It was nice having so many condiments for our cooking. And we used an air fryer for the first time. It was cold outside so the extra blankets came in handy. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the lovely pool and hot tub! All of the guests said they want to come back again! Erin was extremely responsive to any of our questions.

We had a wonderful time at Bonnie’s house! The house was gorgeous and such a great deal. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable vacation. The gardens were spectacular and our girls loved running around pretending to be garden fairies! This was a lovely, quiet, private street but very close to all the great restaurants in Ojai.

My son & I were in the area for a high school tour & wow, we were so blessed to have coupled that with staying in the Fantastical Cottage. There was no one else staying in the Glass House adjacent to us, so we had the entire area to ourselves. We brought our pup, cooked all meals in the open-air kitchen, enjoyed the open-air shower, hammock, lovely pool & spa, trampoline, birds galore, dreamy tree swing, & were nourished by the hens’ offerings for breakfasts. Each used space was very clean. No cell service meant no interruptions & we were able to truly enjoy being with each other on the land. We are outdoor & nature lovers, so for us this was a perfect fit! Jennifer is a wonderful & communicative host.

Patty and Bob were wonderful hosts! The place was exactly as described and had so many thoughtful touches. The backyard is so peaceful and even has a little garden trail to walk up with a gorgeous view. Everything was clean and well organized, and the place is conveniently located to downtown Ojai. We hope to come back and stay!

Was a wonderful stay. Natasha was really nice. Nice pool, nice room. Coffe on the deck at 7. We would definitely stay there again for sure.

The stone cottage is the most beautiful charming air b and b! Everything was pristine yet cozy and inviting. The decor of the cottage is exquisite. So many lovely and thoughtful details throughout. The grounds of the property are magical. We had complete privacy but also had immediate responses to questions. The book prepared for the cottage with info on everything you need for your stay including things to do and restaurants was so thorough and well done . Plus Tom is a friendly, wonderful host and Sayde is the sweetest dog! Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you!

This is primarily a location for RVs but daughter and I did car camping. So, so appreciate Christian allowing us to use electricity for small additional charge. Had e-bikes requiring charging. Also allowed us to use waste water line. So, so convenient. Confused if we had to take our trash or if ok to leave trash and recyclables. So we left it ( so sorry if this was a problem). Our specific purpose was to be near the bike trail and it was right there. Also we are geocache lovers and we were close to many caches. Will consider returning. Thanx a bunch.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed or stay very much! We loved the peaceful neighborhood and walkable distance to the beach. We also loved using the fire pit in the evening and hearing the waves crash at night. Though we only stayed a couple of nights, Kristi and Karen were very responsive throughout our stay!

We had a great stay! They were very accommodating of my special request for dogs. We had just enough space for a couple large crates. The place was clean and well organized. I loved the information and everything was well labeled. Overall very peaceful, quiet and the neighborhood seemed nice.

Beautiful home and perfect location near the ocean, the Oxnard Beach Park, and Marina. We loved the area and went for walks everyday. Also, the host is very responsive.

Janet’s place is everything I expected and so much more! The small cottage makes you feel welcome, the attention to details from the fresh flowers and orchids, to the beautiful inside decor, to the amazing landscape that makes you feel secluded and comfortable. We were welcomed with a bottle of great wine, and breakfast items for the first few days which makes it so convenient. The bird bath that is visible just outside the window and from the dining table, I could just spend hours watching them. The house is close to downtown and we walked everywhere from there. It was a great experience and will be staying here again when traveling to Santa Barbara

Super convenient! I just stayed here with our 2 dogs and loved it! It’s a decent sized place, got 3 bedrooms and lots of room for everyone. They’ve got everything you need right there, felt just like home. Loved the snacks and wine and flowers left as a welcome after a long day of travel! The house has its own driveway so parking was easy, right in front of our door. The hosts stay upstairs and are super nice. Melissa helped me out with tips about what to do around the area. There’s a big yard too, fenced in, so good for dogs or just hanging out. The neighborhood is actually off the beaten path, so not a lot of traffic other than folks who live there. You do hear the highway cause it's right there, but it’s not too bad. It makes it super easy to get around to Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, and other spots quick.
