We had an amazing family getaway. Everything was first class across the board. House and property were amazing, communications were awesome, and we just had a blast. Will DEFINITELY stay again when in Buellton.

Extremely clean, comfortable and relaxing home. Nice backyard and very well located for local attractions and restaurants. I would definitely recommend the place and hope to book it again!

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

Absolutely wonderful! Clean and tastefully decorated. Amazing location. Pretty much everything you could want in a vacation apartment!

We enjoyed the peace of the place and that it was outside the city. We only stayed one night. Unfortunately, it was cold and windy so we couldn't be outside but it was cozy inside and we were happy.

It's a very tastefully decorated traditional wooden house with an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The lot is very private, up on a hill, nestled between fruit farms, with a beautiful garden (flowers, fruit trees, lawn) and beautiful hill view. Extremely quiet at night. The outdoor hot tub was a nice added feature. The on-site host (Anat) was very responsive and friendly (she lives in a cottage next door). It's a perfect getaway for a family or group that just wants to hang out, cook, and bond.

Excellent location, walkable to Funk Zone, clean and quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee & pastries at Helena Avenue Bakery (6-min walk) and a nice walk on the beach after which was so close! The dedicated parking spot was a bit tight for me but there is plenty of street parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place for your trip to SB.
