Golfo Dulce : locations de vacances en maison d'hôtes

Jessica est très accueillante, présente mais discrète. La piscine et la terrasse sont à 2 pas des bungalows. Pour un léger surplus, elle nous a servi un déjeuner copieux ( pâtisseries, fruits frais, thé, café, jus frais, rôties) et a fait la lessive. Nous avons vu des reptiles, des toucans, des capucins et entendu des singes hurleurs. Nous avons manqué des perroquets Ara de peu ! Environnement paisible, sécuritaire. Nous y séjournerions de nouveau.

De gastvrouw was super vriendelijk, we kregen super snel antwoord op alles. Drake Bay zelf niets zo speciaal en stelt niet veel voor. De kamer en badkamer waren super proper. Minpunt is wel dat de douche gewoon ijskoud was, wat wel minder was… En het is heel gehorig, tot 3u snachts had de bar van ernaast muziek afgespeeld, maar na zo vermoeiende dagen in Costa Rica slaap je er wel direct doorheen 🤣

The house is great and Jim, Elaine, and Scotty were very welcoming. The house was clean and well furnished, and had a nice open layout. It is very solidly built, with poured concrete bars and benches, which the photos did not do justice. The shower has a natural stone and gravel floor, and hosts a family of friendly halloween crabs, which we thought were fun. A troop of spider monkeys also wandered through the trees over the house several times a day. The closest beach is mosly rock, but Pan Dulce, a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away, is a beautiful sand beach.

Die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Großzügigkeit von Andrea und Christophe sind großartig. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, mit dem 2Flammen-Kocher sogar besser. Sie ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden und die letzte Straße holprig, aber im angrenzenden Wald waren Faultier, Tukan, Ara und Affen von der tollen Terrasse aus zu sehen. Wir waren sehr gerne länger dort!

Very cozy home would definitely stay again. Communication with Alison was very swift and easy. We stayed with two small children and they loved it too. Nicely decorated and cozy for those rainy afternoons. The hot water was a little bit fickle, took a day to get used to and the pillows of the large bed could be better but that were only minor inconveniences. Recommended!

Beautiful place in paradise. Super close to the beach, with a beautiful balcony to watch hummingbirds and potentially other birds. The soda close by was great too:) Absolutely marvellous sunset and due to its proximity to the beach you can stay, walk the beach and/or swim after pretty much everyone already left, listening to the howler monkeys and sounds of the waves. I went diving the next day and pick up from one beach over was possible by boat, very convenient! If you arrive walking on the drake bay hiking trail finding the path to the accommodation can be tricky, but there are friendly helpful people everywhere:) And if you ask the hosts up front for help I am sure they’ll provide you with extra info. I was only there for one night but really enjoyed it ! The hosts were super very friendly too!

Logement conforme à la description. Stéphanie Carolina et sa maman sont très réactives en cas de besoin. La forêt derrière la maison nous a permis d'observer de nombreux oiseaux, dont les aras rouges très présents ici. Puerto Jiménez est tout proche et la ville est très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour !

Excellent rapport qualité prix, je recommande juste d’avoir un 4x4, trop loin de Bahía Drake à pied. L’hôte est adorable, son restaurant est super bon, le logement est propre, il fait bon, nous avons vu pleins de toucans dans le jardin qui est bien plus beau en vrai qu’en photo. Vous avez également accès à des hamacs et une petite cuisine d’extérieure avec frigo.

Adorei os dois anfitriões Maria e Helmer, são verdadeiramente pessoas com um enorme coração, aprontos a ajudar e muito prestáveis. São extremamente hulmides. Toda a comunidade familiar ajudou a que eu sentisse como se estivesse em casa. Falta apenas uns pequenos melhoramentos na estrutura de interior mas estou certo que pouco a pouco vão melhorar. Gostaria de voltar

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und hatte alles, was man braucht, inklusive eines eigenen Bads. Die Außenküche war super ausgestattet – es wurde wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht, von Tee und Kaffee bis hin zu Gewürzen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber, die unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit sind. Sie haben sich viel Mühe gegeben, uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist eher ruhig, mit wenigen Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung – perfekt für alle, die etwas abseits vom Trubel entspannen möchten. Insgesamt eine großartige Unterkunft, die wir absolut weiterempfehlen können!

Difficile de noter un tel endroit, tout est fait de bric et de broc mais ça marche! Disons qu’il ne faut pas s’attendre à un palace. Nous on a adoré l’ambiance très cool des lieux et le balcon pour l’apéro. C’est très bruyant la journée mais il n’y a plus un bruit après 21h. Le resto d’en face est top. Quand à Alvaro c’est un super hôte qui a tout organisé pour notre retour sur sierpe et c’était vraiment agréable. Il organise aussi des tours, nous avons fait le snorkling et c’était vraiment bien. Pour résumer; oubliez vos standards européens et vous adorerez cet endroit, sinon passez votre chemin.

We absolutely loved our stay at Michaele's place! The views were amazing, both from our room and the common area and the dining area. Michaele was super helpful and responsive, and helped with our bags after getting off the boat from Sierpe. He was also super helpful arranging for a guided walk in a nearby forest, and arranging for transportation to our next location. The food was also great, and the waitress in the restaurant extremely helpful and friendly. Very very highly recommended, and we hope to be back some day!

C’est endroit est superbe, magique. Vous plongez dans un environnement naturel sauvage. Au pied de la jungle, on peut s’y rendre en partant de la maison, pour faire un petite randonnée, il y a une cascade magnifique, on peut profiter pour se baigner dans la rivière. La maison de Victor est vraiment belle, on a été très bien accueilli. On est proche de la mer, les plage sont sublimes. Je conseille d’aller découvrir l’île Del Cano. Je recommande vivement

This is a lovely place. The views from the cabins are beautiful, and you can hear the sounds of the sea and the jungle at night. The staff are friendly, and Michaele is a helpful host who provided us with useful tips. . For those who enjoy being close to nature, this spot is a good choice.

prachtige b&b midden in de natuur. veel dieren gezien in Victor zijn tuin waaronder een toekan en een luiaard. Victor is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk

Beautiful, clean place and the sounds of nature were out of this world. You can hear the crashing waves at night and the birds in the morning, making for the most peaceful sleep. Many things to do and lots of restaurants nearby. I do wish the host was more responsive but it was difficult reaching them and they never answered messages on Airbnb, preferred to communicate on Whats App, and even there were not very responsive. We had difficulty finding the place as the address link made it seem like it was in the water and we asked for a pin/additional instructions, which we never received and had to rely on a local restaurant to direct us there. Other than the lack of communication, it was a great stay and overall would highly recommend.
