Eugene is a very nice and kind host! He hosted me for 2.5 months and I have 0 complaints. The place had everything I needed for the cold winter - super insulated and working ondol (floor heating) system and efficient dryers. Never had an issue with the shower water temperature and electric stove was sufficient to cook simple meals.

Great place to stay for an extended period of time. The home was clean, appliances worked well, and the bed was comfortable. Other amenities in the home were great to have and the gym downstairs was a nice perk. Walkable food options and a quick walk to bus stations that will get you anywhere you need to go. Only downside is that you need to take a bus to any metro station.

Amazing modern apartment in the heart of Gangdam 🤩 Super great location if you want to eat everything, go shopping or attend to some business. The small office space & chair is a very nice touch for meetings/calls + the WiFi is VERY good. Close to all public transport. I would stay here again, easily 🌟

Es un alojamiento cómodo y con todo lo necesario la ubicación es favorable ya que se encuentra la estación del metro y bus muy cercanos tiene una zona amplia de comercio en general lo recomiendo

Great place to stay in Seoul. Not far from subway and easy to find many restaurants and convenience store nearby. The house is cozy and perfect for 5 people. Helen was reachable at any moment and help us to make everything good. I recommend this place

너무 깨끗하고 호텔은 앉아서 먹을 수 있는 공간이 협소한데 여긴 테이블도 참 크고 좋았어요 화장실이 참 깨끗해요 침구류도 체크인하고 들어가니 너무 좋은 향기가 났고 침대도 적당히 푹신+딱딱이라 너무 좋았어요 강남 쪽 갈 일 있다면 또 재방문할 숙소입니다! 비대면 체크인이 전 너무 좋네요 짐 맡기기도 너무 편하고 연락도 빠르시고 친절하세요~

The room was clean and tidy and smelled good. I feel very good when I go back to the room every day. The location is great and easy to find. The room is also very warm in winter. The landlord is very kind and I will recommend it to friends.

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

곤지암 스키장에서 매우 가깝고 차량주차도 2대가 가능해서 친구 커플여행으로 너무 편하게 다녀왔습니다! 식기류도 4인에 맞춰서 준비되어있고 설거지도 깨끗하게 잘 되어 있어서 찜찜한 부분 하나 없이 편하게 쉬었습니다~일회용 치약에 수건도 넉넉하게 준비되어있고 라면 4봉지에 넷플릭스도 사용할 수 있는게 진짜 친구 집에 놀러간거 같았어요ㅎㅎ 숙소 내에 부분부분 안내문이 잘 붙어있어서 헷갈리는 부분 하나 없이 잘 이용했어요^^

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and convenient place. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to public transportation. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to answer any questions I had. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Seoul.

숙소가 굉장히 정리가 잘 되어 있고 :) 숙소 근처에 밥집과 카페가 많아 좋았습니다! 제일 인상 깊은 건 서랍마다 뭐가 들어있는지 상세히 적어 놓아주셔서 불편함이 없었고 세심함을 느꼈습니다:D 다음 수원 일정에서도 꼭 머물고 싶은 숙소 입니다:D

숙소가 컨벤션센터와 아주 가깝습니다.교통입지,호수,레스토랑, 백화점 등 지역관광과 쇼핑을 하기에도 아주 좋았습니다. 내부는 아주 정리정돈이 잘 되어 있었고 깔끔했습니다. 침대에 전기장판이 깔려 있어 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 다만 숙소 입구를 찾는데 좀 헤매였는데 지형지물을 이용해서 좀 더 상세한 안내가 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 도심의 좋은 쉼터였습니다.

스피커로 노래 들을수 있어서 좋았고 인테리어가 잘되어 있어서 깨끗하고 편안합니다 ^^ 다만 식탁의자에 얼룩이 많다보니 방석이 있었으면 합니다 침대도 편하고 티비가 크고 스피커가 있어서 영화보기 좋습니다 잘 쉬다 갑니다 ^-^

가족 행사가 있어 1박 숙박하는데 왠만한 호텔보다 좋았습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 집안 곳곳 호스트님의 세심한 배려가 보여 감동받았습니다!!

Gwangju's location was exactly as he described. He was very responsive and very flexible. His house was exactly as described and it was very welcoming! perfect location, right next to Hongik station. Lots of stores and restaurants around. I highly recommend it.

Overall, our family of 4 loved this airbnb. We stayed at 2 locations during our visit in South Korea. This one and one near hongdae. My husband and I talked about how much we preferred this place over the other. Luxurious. We had a 2 year old and 4 year old with us. The elevator was essential. Location- the place is in a great location for traveling in Gangnam. Its right by the subway exit which is awesome for traveling around especially to sinsadong. Close to bus stop. Walking distance to starfield coex mall. Good resturants and coffee shops. Stay- place looks just like the photos. My fav thing about this place was the incredible views. Its on the high floor and faces the Gangnam river when the sun rises. I sat on the window seat every morning. The only trouble we had was the a/c. It takes a bit to cool down the place. It was so warm when we entered which was stressful. Once the place cools down it was fine. Clean bathrooms. Twin beds okay. Queen was comfortable. Pillows were goo
