Masi was a pleasure to deal with, as he was responsive. The unit was perfectly suited to our needs with all the basic amenities available. All the cleaning products available were plus too! The unit was also clean, neat, not sparse, not cluttered or over decorated. I sustained an injury on one of my outings, so it was helpful that the Netcare hospital was close by. Just one snag for me was because of the nature of my injury (foot), getting into the shower was challenging because of the height, so from that perspective, this unit would not be suitable for someone with a disability/similar injury. Otherwise, everything was good 👍🏽 😊

The place was as it looked on the app, beautiful!. The best part was the view, it has an amazing beautiful view. Easy access to V&A Waterfront in minutes. The area is clean and safe above all the host is very good with communication, they left no detail in explaining everything. The host even told us of a company that keeps your suitcases and delivers them wherever you incase your flight is way later after checking out. Everything about this apartment was awesome we felt at home.

Nice big and clean apartment (I would even say very clean, compared to my other experiences in Cape Town). Secure building with fingerprint access. Very central: park, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. No loadshedding. Minor downsides: busy road (with closed windows it’s OK), shared washing machine (one per to apartments). Overall impression was good, would definitely recommend and stay again myself.

Просто невероятный вид! Мы не могли оторваться! Очень безопасно, внизу несколько охранников, лёгкое заселение,чистота внутри , вечером можно подняться в бар, откуда открывается супер вид! Настоятельно рекомендую!

We had a great stay at Franziska‘s place. Its central location is perfect for exploring Cape Town. Unfortunately the bed was very squeaky and moved during the first two nights but Franziska came to fix it and we were able to get a good night‘s sleep for the rest of our time.

The place is so beautifully decorated and the location is nestled away so nicely you forget that you are close to a mall or highway. Will definitely try to come again.

It was a great place to be, so convenient walkable distance to the city, Lukman was so friendly and welcoming, would also love to visit the place again and i can recommend to anyone.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Marius. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt und das Apartment im 31. Stock mit einer eindrucksvollen Aussicht war einfach nur ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had am amazing time staying at this beautiful apartment and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Capetown.

The studio apartment was neat and met our needs perfectly. The gym provided enough equipment to remain active over our stay. The complex security was excellent and the parking was extremely safe. Highly recommend.

Das Appartment im 29. Stock in der Bree Street 16 ist super. Die Ausstattung ist modern und der Ausblick direkt auf den Tafelberg und Lions Head sind atemberaubend. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn man in Cape Town zentral wohnen will.

Es war eine super Unterkunft, man hat sich sicher gefühlt. Lage war TOP!

Absolutely fabulous stay! Liz and Nancy were amazing – incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from start to finish. The housekeeper was also warm and welcoming, which really added to the experience. The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of it all, with easy access to top restaurants, shops, and attractions. We also really enjoyed the on-site gym and swimming pool – great additions that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cape Town – it’s a must-stay and we’d love to return!

The perfect place to stay in Cape Town! Tucked away on a charming, cozy street, this house and its beautiful garden offer a true home-away-from-home experience. We loved it so much that we often chose to dine at the house rather than the city. Every morning on the terrace, every evening on the terrace—it was pure bliss. We truly wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!

Tanya was thee absolute best ,a perfect host ,very helpful aswell as her helper ,the place was easy to find and I must say the pictures don’t do it any justice it’s a beautiful place clean and the kitchen has everything we needed for our stay ,the pool kept the kids busy as it was so hot ,she even gave us an extra day 🌸I must say she was one of the kindest individuals that have ever hosted me ,I appreciate all she did for myself and my family ..

The accommodation and my entire stay was just perfect! Beautiful house in the best location in all of Cape Town. A wonderful cleaning lady Winnie and above all two wonderful hosts who take care of everything and are always there when you need something. I had no problems with power outages and the internet was always available, which was important for me and my work. Thank you Paul and Christa for letting me be your guest!

I would recommend this venue to anyone visiting Cape Town. Well situated, superb facilities and a great host. Safe parking, pool and a great garden for a BBQ or “braai”!!!

This is an AirBnB with a little something extra! Every detail is thought out and it really is a perfect place to unwind and spend some time away from the city. We kayaked, walked around the nature reserve, fished (badly), drank amazing coffee on their jetty and wandered around Muizenberg. There's even a hot tub :) The hosts, David and Maya, are super helpful with tons of recommendations, flexible and quick to respond. Staying at David’s place was truly a great experience. The location is perfect and the house is really something special that added an extra level to our holiday. David was very responsive from the minute we made the booking, right up until our departure. The housekeeper Ralph also helped make the stay enjoyable. This is by far one of my best experiences i’ve had and highly recommend anyone considering staying at David’s place, to go for it! All services and descriptions were exactly as described and the place looks even better than the photos!

What an amazing house. You have everything there especially the swimming pool. my kids were in the pool half of the time. Lots of amenities like pizza oven and huge braai area.
