Die Unterkunft von Mark ist sehr, sehr schön. Eine coole Architektur, mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Es gibt 2 große Terrassen, einmal hinter dem Haus mit Meerblick und vor dem Haus, mit Outdoorküche und Grill. Mark ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, wohnt nebenan und war immer erreichbar. Wir können diese schöne und individuelle Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had a fantastic week at this beautiful place, which felt like home after a couple hours of staying there. Louise is the perfect host, always responding very quick and taking care of everything with so much joy and passion. It was great meeting her. The house itself is very well equipped and decorated with love. The neighborhood is very safe and quite. We enjoyed our stay so much and regret that we did not stay longer. We wish Louise all the best and we hope to come back one day.

Superb place with a genuine ‘home’ feel to it. Lots of communal space inside and out and a gorgeous garden to enjoy. Tracy is a super host - responsive and shared loads of advice what to do locally. Hout Bay is a 10 min drive.

I rented the house for my wife, two kids and some friends. We had a very great stay and a good time at the house. Everything was as expected and described by the owners. We had a very good communication with them before and during our stay. They are so lovely and helpful. Restaurants are close, also grocery store and a mall. The beach is just 7 minutes away by car and around 20-35min to downtown depending on traffic. Also once a week the house is cleaned with no extra charge. All together 5 Stars from us! Thank you very much.

An absolutely fantastic stay! Myself and a group of friends spent 1 week in Roland’s place in Seapoint. We were welcomed at the property, shown around and given recommendations. The home was beautiful, spacious and very clean. There was lots to do around and very easily walkable to the beach and different restaurants. We had an amazing time and loved the home. I would high recommend this stay to anyone and would definitely visit again! Thank you!

Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt bei Corinne und ihrer Familie. Der Check-in konnte ein wenig früher erfolgen, was toll war nach dem langen Flug und das Haus ist super hübsch eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Insbesondere der große Garten und die Terrasse haben uns sehr gut gefallen und unser Sohn hatte viel Spaß mit den Hunden. Tashi und Niven standen uns während des ganzen Aufenthalts immer zur Verfügung und haben uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We stayed in the place for 14 days, 2 couples. We very much enjoyed our time. The house matches the description, is beautifully designed and well maintained. The outside area is well-thought trough, provides sun-protection when sitting outside and offers amazing views over Cape Town and Table Mountain. The house offers 3 bedrooms distributed over 3 floors. A bit of a negative is that although you can close the doors, privacy can be an issue as it is not fully sound proof. Lightning could be better in the bathrooms, but design won over. The service was great, cleaning excellent and the pool was well maintained. The surroundings are great, plenty of coffee places for an easy breakfast, bars and supermarket nearby. Easy to go for a morning run to Green Point and Sea Point. We loved it and highly recommend the place. Thank you.

Thank you, Ryan and Kelly, for making our stay so memorable. Our large family felt very much at home and enjoyed the beautiful living areas and outdoors. Thank you too for organizing the porta cot and high chair for our grandchild who thoroughly enjoyed having lots of space and all the fun toys. Your home was exactly as described, and we felt safe and will certainly stay in your home again when we visit Cape Town.

We enjoyed staying at Alison’s place - it was a perfect location for the cricket, with a great view onto the ground from the balcony. The place was secure, with Face ID required to enter the lift, which was set up by security on arrival. The place itself was well stocked with amenities, having everything that we needed for our stay. The rooftop pool and gym was a bonus, with incredible views from up there. Contact with the host was simple and clear. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Newlands area.

Compact unit with everything you need. I appreciated that both rooms have their own en suite bathrooms. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable and the linen is crisp and fresh and the bedrooms have air conditioning. Lush towels for bathing and towels for swimming are provided. Honestly, great little place.

I communicated primarily with Johan during my stay. He was incredibly responsive and transparent. The apartment looked exactly as expected. The layout was thoughtful and there was plenty of closet space. I was traveling with my toddler and I loved that the patio provided a safe and very high enclosure for her to have a sense of freedom both indoor/outdoor while in my eyesight. Mind you that high enclosure did not compromise on the views of Table Mountain on the backdrop of a beautifully curated patio garden. Please note that garden must be watered and it’s on an automatic system so don’t forget your laundry on the line overnight like me LOL because you’ll be doing a second wash. The pool was amazing and often empty—again VIEWS and don’t forget to bring flip flops the tiles are slippery when wet. Externally, traveling alone with my daughter, I appreciated the multiple levels of security. The front desk was helpful. Co-working space around the corner and lots of restaurants nearby.

Lovely flat well furnished, as shown in pictures with the exception of the view that was truly stunning & breathtaking. Ideally located for walks on the beach & walking distance to restaurants & amenities. Would have no qualms about booking again.

We had a great stay at Wayne’s listing. I’d highly recommend for anyone that’s visiting Cape Town.

We would book this again and again! The location itself is the biggest perk! We felt safe and loved the view from the balcony. We were very thankful for the laundry as well. Such a treat!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is lovely, clean, and well-equipped — it had everything we needed. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to access the apartment, which made check-in very smooth. The only thing to keep in mind is that the area can be a bit noisy at times, as it’s close to a street and the port. Still, it’s a great place overall!

Our stay at Jurgen und Adele Bredel's penthouse was absolutely incredible! The penthouse itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. Everything was exactly as promised, if not better. The attention to detail and the care put into maintaining such a beautiful space were truly appreciated. Maryna was an exceptional host —always easy to contact and so welcoming. Thank you for allowing us to experience your wonderful penthouse. My parents-in-law loved this place. The safety, cleanliness and accessibility is top-notch. It looked exactly like the photos and the hosts are very responsive. Will definitely book again if I have other people visiting. With just a 1-minute walk to the beach, it’s great value for money.

The place is central with an easy walk to the V&A Waterfront in combination to easy access to the restaurants on Bree Street. Security was tight and sometimes a little annoying, but also gives comfort. Views were excellent!

Kelly is the sweetest, and a very communicative host. The place has a great view of the ocean, felt safe, and is in walking distance of camps bay restaurants and the beaches - both camps bay and Clifton. We had AC in one of the bedrooms which was great. We really enjoyed our stay.
